Zagrepčanka (45) koju smo za potrebu ovog teksta nazvali Ana (podaci poznati redakciji) imala je samo 23 godine kada joj je liječnik priopćio strašnu vijest da boluje od raka vrata maternice, najčešćeg zloćudnog tumora ženskih spolnih organa.

Na ljestvici učestalosti malignih bolesti u žena nalazi se odmah iza vodećeg raka dojke, i u Hrvatskoj od njega svake godine obolijeva više od 300 žena, a umre ih, nažalost, 100.

Po život opasna bolest nije najgora stvar koja se dogodila našoj sugovornici, koja je inače javna osoba ali u ovoj prilici to nije htjela isticat.

Biopsije na 'živo' su ono što joj se urezalo u sjećanje i od čega još uvijek ima traumu.

- Prvi put sam i dijagnostiku i terapiju laserom obavila privatno ambulantno i nije bilo traumatično jer sam imala sjajnog doktora, a laser nije jako bolan u tom slučaj. Nakon lošeg nalaza papa testa slijedila je biopsija pa dijagnoza i potom 10 laserskih terapija.

Biopsija je uzimanje tkiva sa suspektnog mjesta da bi se poslalo na analizu. Laički rečeno, čupanje komadića tkiva nečim što nalikuje kliještima.

Bolno je, ali jako kratko traje jer se prvi put uzima samo jedan mali uzorak, dakle, 30 sekundi boli i onda slijedi krvarenje koje traje još par dana. Ali svaki idući put se uzima više uzoraka, s više mjesta i sve je bolnije jer se ide sve dublje u tkivo koje je već oštećeno od prije, sjeća se.

Rak se prvi put vratio nakon sedam godina i Anu su preusmjerili u jednu državnu zagrebačku bolnicu na daljnje liječenje. Tada joj je obavljena druga biopsija i prva operacija. Nakon nje su uslijedile još dvije operacije i biopsija prije svake.

Posljednje dvije biopsije su bile strašne. Ana kaže da ne zna je li joj u gorem sjećanju ostala bol ili odnos bolničkog osoblja prema njoj za vrijeme i poslije zahvata.

- Na predzadnjoj biopsiji sam pala u nesvijest od boli i kad sam se osvijestila glavna ambulantna sestra je vikala na mene da sam razmažena i da što ja glumim i pitala me jesam li jela prije zahvata. Odgovorila sam da nisam jer se stvar događala u osam ujutro.  A i išla sam vaditi krv prije toga, pa kad sam to rekla ta ista sestra je još jače počela vikati na mene da sam budala jer nisam jela iako sam joj objasnila da sam izgubila svijest od bolova a ne od gladi…

Rekli su mi da gdje bi oni došli kad bi nas sve uspavljivali za taj postupak jer nemaju dosta anesteziologa ni za operacije, a kamoli za biopsije. Dodala je da ne postoji lokalna anestezija za taj postupak, prisjetila se je Ana tog užasnog iskustva koje se, nažalost, ponovilo i to u još gorem obliku. 

- Na posljednjoj biopsiji koju sam imala prije pet godina tri sestre su me morale držati prikliještenu na stolu da se ne bi trzala, što je nemoguće jer su bolovi nepodnošljivi.  Trajalo je dobrih pola sata jer su morali uzeti više uzoraka. I ovog puta su vikale na mene da što se trzam, a ispred mene je jedna sestra drugoj rekla da sam glupača, veli.

Ana se kune da više na biopsiju ne ide budna pod cijenu života. Na sreću nema ni potrebu za tim jer je bolest trenutno u remisiji. 

- Ako me neće uspavati sigurno to više nikad neću prolaziti budna, pa makar umrla. Trauma je jednostavno prevelika. Trenutno sam u remisiji i tik pred menopauzom, imam endometriozu koja mi stvara velike probleme i jedva čekam da s menopauzom to sve prestane, nadajući se da se rak neće opet vratiti.

Nakon te zadnje biopsije koja je bila čisti horor, doslovno sam pobjegla iz te državne bolnice na Kliniku za tumore gdje sam posljednji put operirana.  S Klinikom imam samo dobra iskustva a sve loše sto mi se dogodilo je bilo u toj državnoj bolnici, s grčem se prisjeća Ana koju smo pitali je li se ikad kome požalila.

Odgovorila nam je da nije i pojasnila zašto.

- Kome da se žalim i kako kad je to standardni postupak koji prolaze hrpa žena svaki dan? A i uvjerili su me da sam ja preosjetiljiva. Budući da mi je biopsije izvodio predstojnik bolnice koji je autoritet, kome da se žalim?!, Ana je kratko poručila.

Zagrepčanka (45) koju smo za potrebu ovog teksta nazvali Ana (podaci poznati redakciji) imala je samo 23 godine kada joj je liječnik priopćio strašnu vijest da boluje od raka vrata maternice, najčešćeg zloćudnog tumora ženskih spolnih organa.

Na ljestvici učestalosti malignih bolesti u žena nalazi se odmah iza vodećeg raka dojke, i u Hrvatskoj od njega svake godine obolijeva više od 300 žena, a umre ih, nažalost, 100.

Po život opasna bolest nije najgora stvar koja se dogodila našoj sugovornici, koja je inače javna osoba ali u ovoj prilici to nije htjela isticat.

Biopsije na 'živo' su ono što joj se urezalo u sjećanje i od čega još uvijek ima traumu.

- Prvi put sam i dijagnostiku i terapiju laserom obavila privatno ambulantno i nije bilo traumatično jer sam imala sjajnog doktora, a laser nije jako bolan u tom slučaj. Nakon lošeg nalaza papa testa slijedila je biopsija pa dijagnoza i potom 10 laserskih terapija.

Biopsija je uzimanje tkiva sa suspektnog mjesta da bi se poslalo na analizu. Laički rečeno, čupanje komadića tkiva nečim što nalikuje kliještima.

Bolno je, ali jako kratko traje jer se prvi put uzima samo jedan mali uzorak, dakle, 30 sekundi boli i onda slijedi krvarenje koje traje još par dana. Ali svaki idući put se uzima više uzoraka, s više mjesta i sve je bolnije jer se ide sve dublje u tkivo koje je već oštećeno od prije, sjeća se.

Rak se prvi put vratio nakon sedam godina i Anu su preusmjerili u jednu državnu zagrebačku bolnicu na daljnje liječenje. Tada joj je obavljena druga biopsija i prva operacija. Nakon nje su uslijedile još dvije operacije i biopsija prije svake.

Posljednje dvije biopsije su bile strašne. Ana kaže da ne zna je li joj u gorem sjećanju ostala bol ili odnos bolničkog osoblja prema njoj za vrijeme i poslije zahvata.

- Na predzadnjoj biopsiji sam pala u nesvijest od boli i kad sam se osvijestila glavna ambulantna sestra je vikala na mene da sam razmažena i da što ja glumim i pitala me jesam li jela prije zahvata. Odgovorila sam da nisam jer se stvar događala u osam ujutro.  A i išla sam vaditi krv prije toga, pa kad sam to rekla ta ista sestra je još jače počela vikati na mene da sam budala jer nisam jela iako sam joj objasnila da sam izgubila svijest od bolova a ne od gladi…

Rekli su mi da gdje bi oni došli kad bi nas sve uspavljivali za taj postupak jer nemaju dosta anesteziologa ni za operacije, a kamoli za biopsije. Dodala je da ne postoji lokalna anestezija za taj postupak, prisjetila se je Ana tog užasnog iskustva koje se, nažalost, ponovilo i to u još gorem obliku. 

- Na posljednjoj biopsiji koju sam imala prije pet godina tri sestre su me morale držati prikliještenu na stolu da se ne bi trzala, što je nemoguće jer su bolovi nepodnošljivi.  Trajalo je dobrih pola sata jer su morali uzeti više uzoraka. I ovog puta su vikale na mene da što se trzam, a ispred mene je jedna sestra drugoj rekla da sam glupača, veli.

Ana se kune da više na biopsiju ne ide budna pod cijenu života. Na sreću nema ni potrebu za tim jer je bolest trenutno u remisiji. 

- Ako me neće uspavati sigurno to više nikad neću prolaziti budna, pa makar umrla. Trauma je jednostavno prevelika. Trenutno sam u remisiji i tik pred menopauzom, imam endometriozu koja mi stvara velike probleme i jedva čekam da s menopauzom to sve prestane, nadajući se da se rak neće opet vratiti.

Nakon te zadnje biopsije koja je bila čisti horor, doslovno sam pobjegla iz te državne bolnice na Kliniku za tumore gdje sam posljednji put operirana.  S Klinikom imam samo dobra iskustva a sve loše sto mi se dogodilo je bilo u toj državnoj bolnici, s grčem se prisjeća Ana koju smo pitali je li se ikad kome požalila.

Odgovorila nam je da nije i pojasnila zašto.

- Kome da se žalim i kako kad je to standardni postupak koji prolaze hrpa žena svaki dan? A i uvjerili su me da sam ja preosjetiljiva. Budući da mi je biopsije izvodio predstojnik bolnice koji je autoritet, kome da se žalim?!, Ana je kratko poručila.
