Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad šestero hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 39, 44, 28, 36, 29 i 37 godina zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv gospodarstva, piše Zadarski.hr.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem, 39-godišnjaka sumnjiči da je od siječnja 2019. godine do kraja siječnja 2020. godine, kao vlasnik i odgovorna osoba svoja dva trgovačka društva iz Zadra, u dogovoru s ostalim osumnjičenicima, odgovornim osobama raznih trgovačkih društava sa sjedištem na splitskom području, unio neistinite podatke i proknjižio ukupno 76 ulaznih računa za isporuku razne robe i usluga, iako su osumnjičenici znali da se isti ne temelje na stvarnoj poslovnoj djelatnosti, te da navedena društva nisu isporučili nikakvu robu niti usluge prema njegovim trgovačkim društvima, a u poslovanju su ih upotrijebili kao istinite.

Potom je, tako neistinito knjižene račune u podnesenim mjesečnim prijavama PDV-a, kao osnovu za odbitak pretporeza, prikazao nadležnoj poreznoj upravi, a čime je državni proračun RH oštetio za iznos veći od 1.400.000,00 kuna.

Protiv svih šestero osumnjičenika podnosi se kaznena prijava zbog kaznenog djela Krivotvorenje službene ili poslovne isprave, dok je protiv 39-godišnjaka podnesena i kaznena prijava zbog kaznenog djela Utaja poreza ili carine, a protiv 44-godišnjaka, 28-godišnjaka, 36-godišnjakinje, 29-godišnjaka i 37-godišnjaka kaznena prijava zbog pomaganja u počinjenju kaznenog djela Utaja poreza ili carine.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad šestero hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 39, 44, 28, 36, 29 i 37 godina zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv gospodarstva, piše Zadarski.hr.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem, 39-godišnjaka sumnjiči da je od siječnja 2019. godine do kraja siječnja 2020. godine, kao vlasnik i odgovorna osoba svoja dva trgovačka društva iz Zadra, u dogovoru s ostalim osumnjičenicima, odgovornim osobama raznih trgovačkih društava sa sjedištem na splitskom području, unio neistinite podatke i proknjižio ukupno 76 ulaznih računa za isporuku razne robe i usluga, iako su osumnjičenici znali da se isti ne temelje na stvarnoj poslovnoj djelatnosti, te da navedena društva nisu isporučili nikakvu robu niti usluge prema njegovim trgovačkim društvima, a u poslovanju su ih upotrijebili kao istinite.

Potom je, tako neistinito knjižene račune u podnesenim mjesečnim prijavama PDV-a, kao osnovu za odbitak pretporeza, prikazao nadležnoj poreznoj upravi, a čime je državni proračun RH oštetio za iznos veći od 1.400.000,00 kuna.

Protiv svih šestero osumnjičenika podnosi se kaznena prijava zbog kaznenog djela Krivotvorenje službene ili poslovne isprave, dok je protiv 39-godišnjaka podnesena i kaznena prijava zbog kaznenog djela Utaja poreza ili carine, a protiv 44-godišnjaka, 28-godišnjaka, 36-godišnjakinje, 29-godišnjaka i 37-godišnjaka kaznena prijava zbog pomaganja u počinjenju kaznenog djela Utaja poreza ili carine.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad šestero hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 39, 44, 28, 36, 29 i 37 godina zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv gospodarstva, piše Zadarski.hr.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem, 39-godišnjaka sumnjiči da je od siječnja 2019. godine do kraja siječnja 2020. godine, kao vlasnik i odgovorna osoba svoja dva trgovačka društva iz Zadra, u dogovoru s ostalim osumnjičenicima, odgovornim osobama raznih trgovačkih društava sa sjedištem na splitskom području, unio neistinite podatke i proknjižio ukupno 76 ulaznih računa za isporuku razne robe i usluga, iako su osumnjičenici znali da se isti ne temelje na stvarnoj poslovnoj djelatnosti, te d...
