Ovih dana gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak dopunio je Plan upravljanja pomorskim dobrom na području grada Splita za 2022. godinu.

S ovim dodatkom u gradsko upravljanje pomorskim dobrom uključena je omiljena splitska plaža Bačvice. Nju je, podsjetimo, Županija oduzela koncesionaru “Bačvice plaža”, tvrtki koju su osnovali Grad Split i "Konstruktor", zbog nepridržavanja koncesijskog ugovora. Grad je proveo u lipnju javno savjetovanje, a regule za Bačvice stupaju na snagu usred sezone, što je neobična situacija.

Dopunom Plana upravljanja pomorskim dobrom predviđeno je da na području od Ovčica pa do kupališta Željezničar kod Katalinića briga bude sveukupno 150 suncobrana i 150 ležaljki.

Ovi plažni rekviziti bi se rasporedili tako da bi 50 ležaljki i suncobrana bilo raspoređeno na plaži Željezničar, isto toliko išlo bi na pješčanu plažu Bačvice, a preostala trećina bi zauzela obalni dio ispred ugostiteljskih objekata na istočnom dijelu uvale Bačvice.

Kako je poznato, do sada je bio cirkus s ležaljkama koje su okupirale plažu na veliko nezadovoljstvo građana. Osobito jer se koncesionar nije pridržavao koncesijskog ugovora po kojem samo 30 posto područja smiju zauzeti ležaljke i suncobrani.

Izjutra bi prostirao ležaljke od kojih se plaža bijelila pa je mjesto za šugaman trebalo “svićom tražit”. Također, županijsko Povjerenstvo je utvrdilo da je koncesionar postavio brojne objekte bespravno, između ostaloga "Žbircu" ilegalno proširio štekat.

Tijekom javnog savjetovanja u Banovinu je stiglo 51 primjedbi i prijedloga, od toga je Povjerenstvo zaključilo da ih je pet nerazumljivo. Primjedbe su mahom slali ugostitelji zabrinuti za svoje poslove, pitajući gdje su ležaljke i terase, tražili su da se uvrste kiosci i njihove pizzerije. Povjerenstvo je većinu primjedbi prihvatilo. Zanimljivo da je odbačena primjedba gradske tvrtke "Žnjan" jer su postavili zahtjev u vezi plaže na Žnjanu, što uopće nije bio predmet ovog savjetovanja.

Je li 150 suncobrana i ležaljki ipak puno za kupalište Bačvice? Zamjenik gradonačelnika Bojan Ivošević odgovorio nam je da ono što donosi Plan nudi bolje od onoga što je bilo do sada.

- Planirano je tri puta po 50 ležaljki. 50 na pješčanom dijelu plaže, 50 na Željezničara i 50 na suprotnoj strani prema Ovčicama, što je znatno manje nego što je bilo za vrijeme koncesionara "Bačvice plaža". Ako se pokaže da je to previše, revidirat ćemo već u planu za 2023. godinu, koji se donosi za četiri mjeseca - tvrdi Ivošević.

Na Bačvicama su u Planu za ovu godinu predviđeni aqua park, osam pedalina, šest SUP dasaka i četiri kajaka. Za pripadajuće ugostiteljske objekte odobreno je šest terasa, kao i dvije terase za kioske. U periodu od 27. kolovoza do 2. rujna postavit će se vaterpolo igralište za potrebe ljetnog kampa Hrvatskog vaterpola za treninge i igre dječaka i djevojčica.

U Planu upravljanja pomorskim dobrom za 2022. stoji da Grad namjerava izgraditi teren za odbojku na pijesku, u što bi uložio 350.000 kuna. Zanimljivo da je kao lokacija odabran istočni dio na samom kraju kupališta Bačvice, gdje se danas nalaze štekati. Prema sadašnjem Planu, uz tamošnju obalu se može postaviti 50 suncobrana i ležaljki, iza njih dolazi dio obale kojim prolaze šetači i kupači, a na mjestu natkrivenog prostora sa štekatima izgradilo bi se igralište za odbojku na pijesku.

Iako se Marijana Puljak bunila u Saboru protiv dodjele koncesija po metodi "najbržeg prsta" i zalagala se da na natječaju pobjedi najbolji, u Planu koji je za Bačvice odobrio njezin suprug splitski gradonačelnik stoji "ukoliko za istu mikrolokaciju pristignu dva ili više zahtjeva koji udovoljavaju uvjetima za davanje koncesijskog odobrenja, prednost će imati ranije zaprimljeni zahtjev". No, što se tiče koncesijskih odobrenja za terase, uz zahtjev treba predati ugovor o zakupu poslovnog prostora ili sporazum o korištenju poslovnog prostora.

Ovih dana gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak dopunio je Plan upravljanja pomorskim dobrom na području grada Splita za 2022. godinu.

S ovim dodatkom u gradsko upravljanje pomorskim dobrom uključena je omiljena splitska plaža Bačvice. Nju je, podsjetimo, Županija oduzela koncesionaru “Bačvice plaža”, tvrtki koju su osnovali Grad Split i "Konstruktor", zbog nepridržavanja koncesijskog ugovora. Grad je proveo u lipnju javno savjetovanje, a regule za Bačvice stupaju na snagu usred sezone, što je neobična situacija.

Dopunom Plana upravljanja pomorskim dobrom predviđeno je da na području od Ovčica pa do kupališta Željezničar kod Katalinića briga bude sveukupno 150 suncobrana i 150 ležaljki.

Ovi plažni rekviziti bi se rasporedili tako da bi 50 ležaljki i suncobrana bilo raspoređeno na plaži Željezničar, isto toliko išlo bi na pješčanu plažu Bačvice, a preostala trećina bi zauzela obalni dio ispred ugostiteljskih objekata na istočnom dijelu uvale Bačvice.

Kako je poznato, do sada je bio cirkus s ležaljkama koje su okupirale plažu na veliko nezadovoljstvo građana. Osobito jer se koncesionar nije pridržavao koncesijskog ugovora po kojem samo 30 posto područja smiju zauzeti ležaljke i suncobrani.

Izjutra bi prostirao ležaljke od kojih se plaža bijelila pa je mjesto za šugaman trebalo “svićom tražit”. Također, županijsko Povjerenstvo je utvrdilo da je koncesionar postavio brojne objekte bespravno, između ostaloga "Žbircu" ilegalno proširio štekat.

Tijekom javnog savjetovanja u Banovinu je stiglo 51 primjedbi i prijedloga, od toga je Povjerenstvo zaključilo da ih je pet nerazumljivo. Primjedbe su mahom slali ugostitelji zabrinuti za svoje poslove, pitajući gdje su ležaljke i terase, tražili su da se uvrste kiosci i njihove pizzerije. Povjerenstvo je većinu primjedbi prihvatilo. Zanimljivo da je odbačena primjedba gradske tvrtke "Žnjan" jer su postavili zahtjev u vezi plaže na Žnjanu, što uopće nije bio predmet ovog savjetovanja.

Je li 150 suncobrana i ležaljki ipak puno za kupalište Bačvice? Zamjenik gradonačelnika Bojan Ivošević odgovorio nam je da ono što donosi Plan nudi bolje od onoga što je bilo do sada.

- Planirano je tri puta po 50 ležaljki. 50 na pješčanom dijelu plaže, 50 na Željezničara i 50 na suprotnoj strani prema Ovčicama, što je znatno manje nego što je bilo za vrijeme koncesionara "Bačvice plaža". Ako se pokaže da je to previše, revidirat ćemo već u planu za 2023. godinu, koji se donosi za četiri mjeseca - tvrdi Ivošević.

Na Bačvicama su u Planu za ovu godinu predviđeni aqua park, osam pedalina, šest SUP dasaka i četiri kajaka. Za pripadajuće ugostiteljske objekte odobreno je šest terasa, kao i dvije terase za kioske. U periodu od 27. kolovoza do 2. rujna postavit će se vaterpolo igralište za potrebe ljetnog kampa Hrvatskog vaterpola za treninge i igre dječaka i djevojčica.

U Planu upravljanja pomorskim dobrom za 2022. stoji da Grad namjerava izgraditi teren za odbojku na pijesku, u što bi uložio 350.000 kuna. Zanimljivo da je kao lokacija odabran istočni dio na samom kraju kupališta Bačvice, gdje se danas nalaze štekati. Prema sadašnjem Planu, uz tamošnju obalu se može postaviti 50 suncobrana i ležaljki, iza njih dolazi dio obale kojim prolaze šetači i kupači, a na mjestu natkrivenog prostora sa štekatima izgradilo bi se igralište za odbojku na pijesku.

Iako se Marijana Puljak bunila u Saboru protiv dodjele koncesija po metodi "najbržeg prsta" i zalagala se da na natječaju pobjedi najbolji, u Planu koji je za Bačvice odobrio njezin suprug splitski gradonačelnik stoji "ukoliko za istu mikrolokaciju pristignu dva ili više zahtjeva koji udovoljavaju uvjetima za davanje koncesijskog odobrenja, prednost će imati ranije zaprimljeni zahtjev". No, što se tiče koncesijskih odobrenja za terase, uz zahtjev treba predati ugovor o zakupu poslovnog prostora ili sporazum o korištenju poslovnog prostora.
