Pitate li bilo koga u Dalmaciji koji je najbolji, neizostavan prilog uz pečenu janjetinu, mahom ćete dobiti odgovor: mlada kapulica. Neki će, doduše dodati "I pečeni krumpir".

Mlada kapulica zaista se savršeno slaže s janjetinom, osobito onom s ražnja, nadopunjujući svojom svježinom i hrskavost one neodoljive, dobro posoljene kožice, dok svojom pikantnošću stvara dobrodošao kontrast masnoći kojom je prožeto meso. Mmmm...

Međutim, postoji nešto što zvuči još bolje. Siriluk. Jeste li ikad čuli za njega?

Siriluk je neka vrsta salate od mlade kapulice, svježeg ili feta sira, vrhnja ili jogurta... ovisi o inačici recepta. Neki još vole dodati malo petrusimula, neki vole ubaciti koji kuhani ili pečeni krumpir, neki sir vole zamijeniti kajmakom, čini se da sve to "igra".

Siriluk

Sastojci:

200 g kiselog vrhnja
170 g feta sira ili turskog beyaz peynira
100 g čvrstog jogurta
1-2 vezice mladog luka
sol, papar

Priprema:

Sitno nasjeckajte mladi luk. Pomiješajte vrhnje i jogurt, posolite ih (blago, jer sir će jelu dati svoj dio slanoće) i dodajte malo papra. Dobro izmutite pa u smjesu nadrobite sir, dodajte usitnjeni mladi luk pa lagano izmiješajte. Ostavite u hladnjaku do posluživanja.

Sitno nasjeckajte mladi luk. Pomiješajte vrhnje i jogurt, posolite ih (blago, jer sir će jelu dati svoj dio slanoće) i dodajte malo papra. Dobro izmutite pa u smjesu nadrobite sir, dodajte usitnjeni mladi luk pa lagano izmiješajte. Ostavite u hladnjaku do posluživanja.

Pitate li bilo koga u Dalmaciji koji je najbolji, neizostavan prilog uz pečenu janjetinu, mahom ćete dobiti odgovor: mlada kapulica. Neki će, doduše dodati "I pečeni krumpir".

Mlada kapulica zaista se savršeno slaže s janjetinom, osobito onom s ražnja, nadopunjujući svojom svježinom i hrskavost one neodoljive, dobro posoljene kožice, dok svojom pikantnošću stvara dobrodošao kontrast masnoći kojom je prožeto meso. Mmmm...

Međutim, postoji nešto što zvuči još bolje. Siriluk. Jeste li ikad čuli za njega?

Siriluk je neka vrsta salate od mlade kapulice, svježeg ili feta sira, vrhnja ili jogurta... ovisi o inačici recepta. Neki još vole dodati malo petrusimula, neki vole ubaciti koji kuhani ili pečeni krumpir, neki sir vole zamijeniti kajmakom, čini se da sve to "igra".

Nudimo vam jednu verziju recepta koja je nama po guštu, a vi se slobodno poigrajte u skladu sa svojim ukusom.

Siriluk

Sastojci:

200 g kiselog vrhnja
170 g feta sira ili turskog beyaz peynira
100 g čvrstog jogurta
1-2 vezice mladog luka
sol, papar

Priprema:

Sitno nasjeckajte mladi luk. Pomiješajte vrhnje i jogurt, posolite ih (blago, jer sir će jelu dati svoj dio slanoće) i dodajte malo papra. Dobro izmutite pa u smjesu nadrobite sir, dodajte usitnjeni mladi luk pa lagano izmiješajte. Ostavite u hladnjaku do posluživanja.
