Pranje lica proizvodima koji sadrže zrnca za peeling potpuno je out, zapravo, s obzirom na to koliko mikroplastike ti proizvodi sadrže, smatra se gotovo nepristojnim. Jednokratne vatice i maramice za čišćenje lica također su štetne za okoliš, a kemijski pilinzi su prihvatljivi, ali, s druge strane, s njima ne valja pretjerivati.

Uzimajući sve ovo u obzir, lako se naći u nedoumici čime očistiti lice, kad se poželimo malo temeljitijeg čišćenja od običnog umivanja, pranja gelom ili brisanja vaticom natopljenom tonikom.

Domišljate - i ekološki svjesne - cure širom svijeta poludjele su za višekratno iskoristivim krpicama za lice iz kućne radinosti, nalik na 'miljeiće'. Kukičaju ih same ili ih kupuju od spretnijih djevojaka koje svoje kozmetičke rukotvorine nude u webshopovima i putem Etsyja.

Tvrde da im kukičane krpice savršeno čiste lice, radeći pri tom blagi peeling, čak i kad se koriste suhe, bez ikakvog sredstva za čišćenje ili se tek malo navlaže vodom. Jednostavno i besplatno čišćenje u vlastitom domu? Hmmm... morali smo isprobati.

Pa se autorica ovog teksta bacila u akciju: iskukičala sam par krpica i podijelila ih kolegicama i prijateljicama te ih zamolila da prate 'stanje' lica. Jednu sam, bijelu, stranu iskukičala od grublje vune, drugu, plavu, od glatkog pamučnog konca, kako bi krpica bila pogodna za nježnije i grublje čišćenje.

Prošlo je već skoro mjesec dana i evo rezultata. 'Miljeići' su sasvim zgodni za lagani suhi peeling prije nanošenja tonika, seruma ili kreme. Dobro dođu u situacijama kad je lice čisto i bez šminke, recimo kad cijeli dan provedemo doma, pa nema potrebe za žešćim 'ribanjem'. Odlični su i za odstranjivanje šminke - sasvim lijepo 'pokupe' i puder i maskaru i ruž.

Neke od nas s osjetljivijom kožom zaklljučile su da im je vunena strana pregruba pa za mokro čišćenje koriste samo končanu, a vunenom obavljaju peeling 'na suho'. Jedna s osobito nježnom kožom zaključila je da joj je i končana strana pregruba, no krpicu nipošto nije željela baciti - kaže da joj odlično dođe prilikom tuširanja.

Za zaključak vam mogu savjetovati da svakako nabavite ili napravite ovakvu krpicu (ovdje i ovdje imate shemu za kukičanje, ako ste se voljni okušati u izradi). Imate li nježnije lice, klonite se vunenih. Temeljito ih očistite i osušite nakon korištenja, kako se ne bi razvile bakterije, no ako koristite vunene pazite na temperaturu vode za pranje jer se vuneni predmeti prilikom trljanja u vrućoj vodi sa sapunicom iznenađujuće jako 'stisnu' i nema im spasa.

Bolje je koristiti mlaku vodu pa 'miljeić' osušiti na suncu jer djeluje antibakterijski ili, što je još sigurnije, pritisnuti ih vrućom peglom.

Pranje lica proizvodima koji sadrže zrnca za peeling potpuno je out, zapravo, s obzirom na to koliko mikroplastike ti proizvodi sadrže, smatra se gotovo nepristojnim. Jednokratne vatice i maramice za čišćenje lica također su štetne za okoliš, a kemijski pilinzi su prihvatljivi, ali, s druge strane, s njima ne valja pretjerivati.

Uzimajući sve ovo u obzir, lako se naći u nedoumici čime očistiti lice, kad se poželimo malo temeljitijeg čišćenja od običnog umivanja, pranja gelom ili brisanja vaticom natopljenom tonikom.

Domišljate - i ekološki svjesne - cure širom svijeta poludjele su za višekratno iskoristivim krpicama za lice iz kućne radinosti, nalik na 'miljeiće'. Kukičaju ih same ili ih kupuju od spretnijih djevojaka koje svoje kozmetičke rukotvorine nude u webshopovima i putem Etsyja.

Tvrde da im kukičane krpice savršeno čiste lice, radeći pri tom blagi peeling, čak i kad se koriste suhe, bez ikakvog sredstva za čišćenje ili se tek malo navlaže vodom. Jednostavno i besplatno čišćenje u vlastitom domu? Hmmm... morali smo isprobati.

Pa se autorica ovog teksta bacila u akciju: iskukičala sam par krpica i podijelila ih kolegicama i prijateljicama te ih zamolila da prate 'stanje' lica. Jednu sam, bijelu, stranu iskukičala od grublje vune, drugu, plavu, od glatkog pamučnog konca, kako bi krpica bila pogodna za nježnije i grublje čišćenje.

Prošlo je već skoro mjesec dana i evo rezultata. 'Miljeići' su sasvim zgodni za lagani suhi peeling prije nanošenja tonika, seruma ili kreme. Dobro dođu u situacijama kad je lice čisto i bez šminke, recimo kad cijeli dan provedemo doma, pa nema potrebe za žešćim 'ribanjem'. Odlični su i za odstranjivanje šminke - sasvim lijepo 'pokupe' i puder i maskaru i ruž.

Neke od nas s osjetljivijom kožom zaklljučile su da im je vunena strana pregruba pa za mokro čišćenje koriste samo končanu, a vunenom obavljaju peeling 'na suho'. Jedna s osobito nježnom kožom zaključila je da joj je i končana strana pregruba, no krpicu nipošto nije željela baciti - kaže da joj odlično dođe prilikom tuširanja.

Za zaključak vam mogu savjetovati da svakako nabavite ili napravite ovakvu krpicu (ovdje i ovdje imate shemu za kukičanje, ako ste se voljni okušati u izradi). Imate li nježnije lice, klonite se vunenih. Temeljito ih očistite i osušite nakon korištenja, kako se ne bi razvile bakterije, no ako koristite vunene pazite na temperaturu vode za pranje jer se vuneni predmeti prilikom trljanja u vrućoj vodi sa sapunicom iznenađujuće jako 'stisnu' i nema im spasa.

Bolje je koristiti mlaku vodu pa 'miljeić' osušiti na suncu jer djeluje antibakterijski ili, što je još sigurnije, pritisnuti ih vrućom peglom.

Pranje lica proizvodima koji sadrže zrnca za peeling potpuno je out, zapravo, s obzirom na to koliko mikroplastike ti proizvodi sadrže, smatra se gotovo nepristojnim. Jednokratne vatice i maramice za čišćenje lica također su štetne za okoliš, a kemijski pilinzi su prihvatljivi, ali, s druge strane, s njima ne valja pretjerivati.

Uzimajući sve ovo u obzir, lako se naći u nedoumici čime očistiti lice, kad se poželimo malo temeljitijeg čišćenja od običnog umivanja, pranja gelom ili brisanja vaticom natopljenom tonikom.

Domišljate - i ekološki svjesne - cure širom svijeta poludjele su za višekratno iskoristivim krpicama za lice iz kućne radinosti, nalik na 'miljeiće'. Kukičaju ih same ili ih kupuju od spretnijih djevojaka koje svoje kozmetičke rukotvorine nude u webshopovima ...
