Čišćenje lica esencijalni je dio skincare rutine bez kojeg će svi sljedeći koraci biti gotovo pa besmisleni. Vodeni čistač možda neće biti dovoljan ako imate masniju kožu ili koristite tešku šminku pa su već neko vrijeme popularni i čistači na bazi ulja, a na TikToku se sada širi i novi beauty trik - ako želite zaista dobro otvoriti svoje pore, riješiti se mitesera i akni, lice biste uljem trebali čistiti punih 15 minuta. Znamo da to zvuči malo previše vremena, ali oni koji su je isprobali, kunu se u rezultate ove tehnike.

TikTok je od svog nastanka znao ponuditi brojne 'čudotvorne recepte' za postizanje savršene kože, bjelijih zubiju, punijih usana i znamo da se neki od njih nisu baš pokazali mudrim odabirom. Sjetimo se samo izbjeljivanja zubiju aspirinom za koje su stomatolozi rekli kako je izuzetno opasno. Ipak, neke trikove smo i sami isprobali i pokazali su se učinkovitima, a za ovaj posljednji čak i beauty blogeri s diplomom iz biologije kažu da mora djelovati.

Korisnica TikToka-a @opulentjade na platformi je podijeliti svoje najnovije otkriće vezano za čišćenje uljem. U snimci objašnjava kako je posljednji dodatak njezinoj dnevnoj rutini njege kože dubinsko čišćenje. Sudeći prema njenom videu, korištenje ulja na licu 15 do 20 minuta odličan je način za otvaranje pora.

Kako smo već zaključili da ne možemo vjerovati svemu što vidimo na TikToku pitamo se djeluje li njena metoda zapravo? Čini se da je ona, zaista u pravu. Istu tj. sličnu tehniku opisuje stručna beauty blogerica Nayamka Roberts-Smith koja je objavila video na YouTubeu s detaljima prednosti čišćenja  lica uljem.

Zašto i kako djeluje ovaj hack za čišćenje lica?

U videu objašnjava kako sredstva za čišćenje na bazi ulja djeluju jer "ulje otapa ulje". Drugim riječima, dok vaša standardna sredstva bazirana na vodi djeluju pomoću tenzida koji se vežu za ulja na vašoj koži kako bi se mogla isprati vodom, uljni čistači djeluju privlačeći ulje iz vaših pora.

Ona objašnjava da je ova 15-minutna metoda čišćenja posebno korisna za kožu sklonu aknama i masnu kožu upravo iz tog razloga. Nadalje, kada je u pitanju masna koža, balzami i ulja za čišćenje uklanjaju višak sebuma bez da pretjerano oštećuju kožu. Nasuprot tome, kod suhe kože čišćenje uljem nadoknađuje masnoću koje nedostaje koži zbog čega je metoda dobra za sve tipove kože.

Roberts-Smith nadalje pojašnjava da uljni čistač treba koristiti na suhoj koži prije svega ostaloga kako bi mogao dobro prianjati na masnoće na koži. Nakon toga lice možete isprati pjenušavim čistačem, ali zimi i ako vam je koža jako osjetljiva i suha možete koristiti samo njega.

Čišćenje lica esencijalni je dio skincare rutine bez kojeg će svi sljedeći koraci biti gotovo pa besmisleni. Vodeni čistač možda neće biti dovoljan ako imate masniju kožu ili koristite tešku šminku pa su već neko vrijeme popularni i čistači na bazi ulja, a na TikToku se sada širi i novi beauty trik - ako želite zaista dobro otvoriti svoje pore, riješiti se mitesera i akni, lice biste uljem trebali čistiti punih 15 minuta. Znamo da to zvuči malo previše vremena, ali oni koji su je isprobali, kunu se u rezultate ove tehnike.

TikTok je od svog nastanka znao ponuditi brojne 'čudotvorne recepte' za postizanje savršene kože, bjelijih zubiju, punijih usana i znamo da se neki od njih nisu baš pokazali mudrim odabirom. Sjetimo se samo izbjeljivanja zubiju aspirinom za koje su stomatolozi rekli kako je izuzetno opasno. Ipak, neke trikove smo i sami isprobali i pokazali su se učinkovitima, a za ovaj posljednji čak i beauty blogeri s diplomom iz biologije kažu da mora djelovati.

Korisnica TikToka-a @opulentjade na platformi je podijeliti svoje najnovije otkriće vezano za čišćenje uljem. U snimci objašnjava kako je posljednji dodatak njezinoj dnevnoj rutini njege kože dubinsko čišćenje. Sudeći prema njenom videu, korištenje ulja na licu 15 do 20 minuta odličan je način za otvaranje pora.

Kako smo već zaključili da ne možemo vjerovati svemu što vidimo na TikToku pitamo se djeluje li njena metoda zapravo? Čini se da je ona, zaista u pravu. Istu tj. sličnu tehniku opisuje stručna beauty blogerica Nayamka Roberts-Smith koja je objavila video na YouTubeu s detaljima prednosti čišćenja  lica uljem.

Zašto i kako djeluje ovaj hack za čišćenje lica?

U videu objašnjava kako sredstva za čišćenje na bazi ulja djeluju jer "ulje otapa ulje". Drugim riječima, dok vaša standardna sredstva bazirana na vodi djeluju pomoću tenzida koji se vežu za ulja na vašoj koži kako bi se mogla isprati vodom, uljni čistači djeluju privlačeći ulje iz vaših pora.

Ona objašnjava da je ova 15-minutna metoda čišćenja posebno korisna za kožu sklonu aknama i masnu kožu upravo iz tog razloga. Nadalje, kada je u pitanju masna koža, balzami i ulja za čišćenje uklanjaju višak sebuma bez da pretjerano oštećuju kožu. Nasuprot tome, kod suhe kože čišćenje uljem nadoknađuje masnoću koje nedostaje koži zbog čega je metoda dobra za sve tipove kože.

Roberts-Smith nadalje pojašnjava da uljni čistač treba koristiti na suhoj koži prije svega ostaloga kako bi mogao dobro prianjati na masnoće na koži. Nakon toga lice možete isprati pjenušavim čistačem, ali zimi i ako vam je koža jako osjetljiva i suha možete koristiti samo njega.

Ne vjerujemo svemu što vidimo na TikToku, ali ovo morate isprobati: čišćenje lica 15 minuta uljem uklanja mitesere i pomaže kod akni

Čišćenje lica esencijalni je dio skincare rutine bez kojeg će svi sljedeći koraci biti gotovo pa besmisleni. Vodeni čistač možda neće biti dovoljan ako imate masniju kožu ili koristite tešku šminku pa su već neko vrijeme popularni i čistači na bazi ulja, a na TikToku se sada širi i novi beauty trik - ako želite zaista dobro otvoriti svoje pore, riješiti se mitesera i akni, lice biste uljem trebali čistiti punih 15 minuta. Znamo da to zvuči malo previše vremena, ali oni koji su je isprobali, kunu se u rezultate ove tehnike.

TikTok je od svog nastanka znao ponuditi brojne 'čudotvorne recepte' za postizanje savršene kože, bjelijih zubiju, punijih usana i znamo da se neki od njih nisu baš pokazali mudrim odabirom. Sjetimo se samo izbjeljivanja zubiju aspirinom za koje su stomatolozi rekli kako je izuzetno opasno. Ipak, neke trikove smo i sami isprobali i pokazali su se učinkovitima, a za ovaj posljednji čak i beauty blogeri s diplomom iz biologije kažu da mora djelovati.

Korisnica TikToka-a @opulentjade na platformi je podijeliti svoje najnovije otkriće vezano za čišćenje uljem. U snimci objašnjava kako je posljednji dodatak njezinoj dnevnoj rutini njege kože dubinsko čišćenje. Sudeći prema njenom videu, korištenje ulja na licu 15 do 20 minuta odličan je način za otvaranje pora.

Kako smo već zaključili da ne možemo vjerovati svemu što vidimo na TikToku pitamo se djeluje li njena metoda zapravo? Čini se da je ona, zaista u pravu. Istu tj. sličnu tehniku opisuje stručna beauty blogerica Nayamka Roberts-Smith koja je objavila video na YouTubeu s detaljima prednosti čišćenja  lica uljem.

Zašto i kako djeluje ovaj hack za čišćenje lica?

U videu objašnjava kako sredstva za čišćenje na bazi ulja djeluju jer "ulje otapa ulje". Drugim riječima, dok vaša standardna sredstva bazirana na vodi djeluju pomoću tenzida koji se vežu za ulja na vašoj koži kako bi se mogla isprati vodom, uljni čistači djeluju privlačeći ulje iz vaših pora.

Ona objašnjava da je ova 15-minutna metoda čišćenja posebno korisna za kožu sklonu aknama i masnu kožu upravo iz tog razloga. Nadalje, kada je u pitanju masna koža, balzami i ulja za čišćenje uklanjaju višak sebuma bez da pretjerano oštećuju kožu. Nasuprot tome, kod suhe kože čišćenje uljem nadoknađuje masnoću koje nedostaje koži zbog čega je metoda dobra za sve tipove kože.

Roberts-Smith nadalje pojašnjava da uljni čistač treba koristiti na suhoj koži prije svega ostaloga kako bi mogao dobro prianjati na masnoće na koži. Nakon toga lice možete isprati pjenušavim čistačem, ali zimi i ako vam je koža jako osjetljiva i suha možete koristiti samo njega.
