Znate li da su nam recepti i savjeti za pripremu jaja uvijek među najbolje čitanim materijalom u rubrici Spiza? Reklo bi se da vam je svima jako važno doznati kako što bolje pripremiti tu svakodnevnu namirnicu, a osobito vas zanima kako ih što bolje ispržiti. Čini se također da naši čitatelji nisu jedini koje zanima ova tematika, jer baš smo naišli na jedan zgodan recept za pržena jaja pa smo ostali malo zatečeni podatkom da ga je lajkalo skoro pola milijuna ljudi.

Prema tom receptu jaja se peku na pomalo neobičan način - umjesto ulja koristi se vrhnje pa je pitanje je li uopće riječ o prženju. Djevojka koja je objavila recept tvrdi da su jaja spremljena na ovaj način vrlo kremasta, praktički savršena.

Jaja pržena u vrhnju

Sastojci:

4 jaja
60 ml slatkog vrhnja
chilli ulje
mladi luk
sol

Priprema:

U tavu dodajte oko 60 ml slatkog vrhnja i kuhajte jednu do dvije minute na laganoj vatri. Zatim dodajte ulje začinjeno čilijem i dobro izmiješajte. Nakon što vrhnje zavrije, razbijajte jaja. Poklopite i pustite da se kuha 2 do 3 minute, zatim začinite solju i paprom te pospite sjeckanim mladim lukom. 

Ulje od čilija

Sastojci

200 g čilija
150 g češnjaka 
500 ml biljnog ulja
2 žlice bijelog octa
1 žlica bijelog šećera
1-2 žličice soli

Priprema:

Papričicama maknite peteljke pa ih stavite u blender i pulsirajte dok ne dobijete grubo mljevenu smjesu. Ako ne želite previše jako ulje, odstranite sjemenke.

Smjesu sjeckanog čilija istresite u posudu koju ćete koristiti, a u blender stavite češnjak pa i njega pulsirajte dok se grubo ne usitni.

Ubacite češnjak i čiliu tavu, dodajte šećer i sol, dobro izmiješajte pa dodajte ulje. Kuhajte na laganoj do umjerenoj vatri dvadesetak minuta, pustite da se malo ohladi pa dodajte ocat, prebacite u staklenku i poklopite.

Znate li da su nam recepti i savjeti za pripremu jaja uvijek među najbolje čitanim materijalom u rubrici Spiza? Reklo bi se da vam je svima jako važno doznati kako što bolje pripremiti tu svakodnevnu namirnicu, a osobito vas zanima kako ih što bolje ispržiti. Čini se također da naši čitatelji nisu jedini koje zanima ova tematika, jer baš smo naišli na jedan zgodan recept za pržena jaja pa smo ostali malo zatečeni podatkom da ga je lajkalo skoro pola milijuna ljudi.

Prema tom receptu jaja se peku na pomalo neobičan način - umjesto ulja koristi se vrhnje pa je pitanje je li uopće riječ o prženju. Djevojka koja je objavila recept tvrdi da su jaja spremljena na ovaj način vrlo kremasta, praktički savršena.

Cijela stvar na određeni način podjeća na šakšuku, a u igri je i ljutim papričicama začinjeno ulje... Ma, da ne duljimo, evo vam recept koji je sve zaintrigirao. Kako se u receptu koristi i spomenuto ulje od čilija, donosimo vam i taj recept, a vidjet ćete i video u kojem je prikazana priprema jaja.

Jaja pržena u vrhnju

Sastojci:

4 jaja
60 ml slatkog vrhnja
chilli ulje
mladi luk
sol

Priprema:

U tavu dodajte oko 60 ml slatkog vrhnja i kuhajte jednu do dvije minute na laganoj vatri. Zatim dodajte ulje začinjeno čilijem i dobro izmiješajte. Nakon što vrhnje zavrije, razbijajte jaja. Poklopite i pustite da se kuha 2 do 3 minute, zatim začinite solju i paprom te pospite sjeckanim mladim lukom. 

Ulje od čilija

Sastojci

200 g čilija
150 g češnjaka 
500 ml biljnog ulja
2 žlice bijelog octa
1 žlica bijelog šećera
1-2 žličice soli

Priprema:

Papričicama maknite peteljke pa ih stavite u blender i pulsirajte dok ne dobijete grubo mljevenu smjesu. Ako ne želite previše jako ulje, odstranite sjemenke.

Smjesu sjeckanog čilija istresite u posudu koju ćete koristiti, a u blender stavite češnjak pa i njega pulsirajte dok se grubo ne usitni.

Ubacite češnjak i čiliu tavu, dodajte šećer i sol, dobro izmiješajte pa dodajte ulje. Kuhajte na laganoj do umjerenoj vatri dvadesetak minuta, pustite da se malo ohladi pa dodajte ocat, prebacite u staklenku i poklopite.

Znate li da su nam recepti i savjeti za pripremu jaja uvijek među najbolje čitanim materijalom u rubrici Spiza? Reklo bi se da vam je svima jako važno doznati kako što bolje pripremiti tu svakodnevnu namirnicu, a osobito vas zanima kako ih što bolje ispržiti. Čini se također da naši čitatelji nisu jedini koje zanima ova tematika, jer baš smo naišli na jedan zgodan recept za pržena jaja pa smo ostali malo zatečeni podatkom da ga je lajkalo skoro pola milijuna ljudi.

Prema tom receptu jaja se peku na pomalo neobičan način - umjesto ulja koristi se vrhnje pa je pitanje je li uopće riječ o prženju. Djevojka koja je objavila recept tvrdi da su jaja spremljena na ovaj način vrlo kremasta, praktički savršena.

Cijela stvar na određeni način podjeća na šakšuku, a u igri je i ljutim papričicama začinjeno ulje... Ma, da ne duljimo, evo vam recept koji je sve zaintrigirao. Kako se u receptu koristi i spomenuto ulje od čilija, donosimo vam i taj recept, a vidjet ćete i video u kojem je prikazana priprema jaja.

Jaja pržena u vrhnju

Sastojci:

4 jaja
60 ml slatkog vrhnja
chilli ulje
mladi luk
sol

Priprema:

U tavu dodajte oko 60 ml slatkog vrhnja i kuhajte jednu do dvije minute na laganoj vatri. Zatim dodajte ulje začinjeno čilijem i dobro izmiješajte. Nakon što vrhnje zavrije, razbijajte jaja. Poklopite i pustite da se kuha 2 do 3 minute, zatim začinite solju i paprom te pospite sjeckanim mladim lukom. 

Ulje od čilija

Sastojci

200 g čilija
150 g češnjaka 
500 ml biljnog ulja
2 žlice bijelog octa
1 žlica bijelog šećera
1-2 žličice soli

Priprema:

Papričicama maknite peteljke pa ih stavite u blender i pulsirajte dok ne dobijete grubo mljevenu smjesu. Ako ne želite previše jako ulje, odstranite sjemenke.

Smjesu sjeckanog čilija istresite u posudu koju ćete koristiti, a u blender stavite češnjak pa i njega pulsirajte dok se grubo ne usitni.

Ubacite češnjak i čiliu tavu, dodajte šećer i sol, dobro izmiješajte pa dodajte ulje. Kuhajte na laganoj do umjerenoj vatri dvadesetak minuta, pustite da se malo ohladi pa dodajte ocat, prebacite u staklenku i poklopite.
