Gubitak kose javlja se kod mnogih ljudi, a može biti uzrokovan različitim faktorima kao što su nedostatak željeza, hormonalne promjene, kožna oboljenja i druge bolesti.

Liječnik Amir Khan nedavno je objasnio da i prehrana također dovesti do gubitka kose. On ističe da ne postoje namirnice koje će vam direktno potaknuti rast kose, ali da uravnotežena prehrana, bogata proteinima, vitaminima te mineralima, može pomoći u održavanju zdravog rasta kose.

"Potrebno je više istraživanja u ovom području, ali evo nekoliko savjeta. Jaja mogu pomoći. Sadrže visok nivo proteina, od čega se kosa uglavnom sastoji i nešto što se zove biotin, što je bitno za protein kose, keratin", ističe Khan, prenosi Klix.ba.

Objasnio je da jaja također sadrže cink i selen, koji također podržavaju zdrav rast kose. Osim toga, preporučuje dodavanje bobičastog voća u prehranu.

Bobičasto voće i lisnato povrće

"Bobičasto voće sadrži vitamin C koji je potreban za proizvodnju kolagena koji može ojačati kosu i mnogo antioksidansa koji mogu pomoći u zaštiti kose od oštećenja", dodao je.

Također, zeleno lisnato povrće kao što su kelj i brokula sadrže folnu kiselinu, željezo, a bogati su i vitaminima A i C, koji igraju važnu ulogu u rastu kose. Ističe se i važnost omega3 masnih kiselina koje možemo pronaći u ribi te orašastim plodovima. Uz to, orašasti plodovi sadrže i vitamin E, koji se smatra da je antioksidans za zdrav rast kose.

Prema NHS-u, normalno je izgubiti između 50 i 100 vlasi svaki dan, što mnogi ni ne primijete. Međutim, ponekad gubitak kose može biti znak upozorenja na nedostatak željeza. Ako ste zabrinuti zbog gubitka kose, najbolje bi bilo da se obratite svome liječniku.

Gubitak kose javlja se kod mnogih ljudi, a može biti uzrokovan različitim faktorima kao što su nedostatak željeza, hormonalne promjene, kožna oboljenja i druge bolesti.

Liječnik Amir Khan nedavno je objasnio da i prehrana također dovesti do gubitka kose. On ističe da ne postoje namirnice koje će vam direktno potaknuti rast kose, ali da uravnotežena prehrana, bogata proteinima, vitaminima te mineralima, može pomoći u održavanju zdravog rasta kose.

"Potrebno je više istraživanja u ovom području, ali evo nekoliko savjeta. Jaja mogu pomoći. Sadrže visok nivo proteina, od čega se kosa uglavnom sastoji i nešto što se zove biotin, što je bitno za protein kose, keratin", ističe Khan, prenosi Klix.ba.

Objasnio je da jaja također sadrže cink i selen, koji također podržavaju zdrav rast kose. Osim toga, preporučuje dodavanje bobičastog voća u prehranu.

Bobičasto voće i lisnato povrće

"Bobičasto voće sadrži vitamin C koji je potreban za proizvodnju kolagena koji može ojačati kosu i mnogo antioksidansa koji mogu pomoći u zaštiti kose od oštećenja", dodao je.

Također, zeleno lisnato povrće kao što su kelj i brokula sadrže folnu kiselinu, željezo, a bogati su i vitaminima A i C, koji igraju važnu ulogu u rastu kose. Ističe se i važnost omega3 masnih kiselina koje možemo pronaći u ribi te orašastim plodovima. Uz to, orašasti plodovi sadrže i vitamin E, koji se smatra da je antioksidans za zdrav rast kose.

Prema NHS-u, normalno je izgubiti između 50 i 100 vlasi svaki dan, što mnogi ni ne primijete. Međutim, ponekad gubitak kose može biti znak upozorenja na nedostatak željeza. Ako ste zabrinuti zbog gubitka kose, najbolje bi bilo da se obratite svome liječniku.
