    Više od 60.000 ljudi je iz ukrajinskih proruskih regija prešlo u izbjeglištvo u Rusku Federaciju, otkako su čelnici Donbasa u petak najavili masovnu evakuaciju, priopćilo je rusko ministarstvo za izvanredne situacije.

   U razgovoru s Emmanuelom Macronom u nedjelju, Vladimir Putin je okrivio Ukrajinu za evakuaciju građana Donbasa, kazavši da zbog ukrajinskih postupaka “civili u Donbasu pate i moraju se evakuirati u Rusiju kako bi se zaštitili od eskalacije nasilja”. Ukrajinski dužnosnici u više su navrata odbacivali bilo kakvu namjeru pokretanja napada u svojim istočnim pokrajinama, a američki predsjednik Joe Biden izjavio je da bi svaki pokušaj Ukrajine da vrati teritorij Donbasa u svoj suverenitet s više od 150.000 ruskih vojnika na svojim granicama „prkosio svakoj logici“.

Napadaju sami sebe?

Zapadni dužnosnici upozoravaju kako separatistički čelnici u pobunjenim regijama koje podržava Rusija potiču histeriju i insceniraju incidente kako bi Moskvi pružili izliku za početak ofenzive. Proruski separatisti su tijekom vikenda više puta optuživali ukrajinsku vojsku za granatiranje istočnih pokrajina, no Kijev je te optužbe odlučno porekao. Štoviše, ukrajinska vojska priopćila je u nedjelju da su separatisti koje podržava Rusija u regiji Lugansk iz teškog topništva otvarali vatru na vlastite gradove s ciljem okrivljavanja ukrajinske vojske.

      Više incidenata s terena upućuje na to da su iznenadne evakuacije područja pod ruskom kontrolom u Donjecku i Lugansku bile pomno planirane i da su, uz 'false flag' operacije, osmišljene kao opravdanje za rusku intervenciju, javlja i dopisnik Guardiana iz Moskve Andrew Roth.

      Ako su napadi na proruske regije zadnjih dana i bili inscenirani i lažni, patnje tamošnjih civila to nipošto nisu. Za žene, djecu i građane koji se u strahu i očaju evakuiraju u Rusiju život je iznova postao nedvojbeno traumatičan. Puno njih medijima rezignirano govori kako se osjećaju kao pijuni u puno većoj igri. Nekoliko tisuća evakuiranih zbrinuto je u ruskom sanatoriju Krasny Desant, 30-ak kilometara od granice. Ruska vlada obećala je izbjeglima dati pomoć od oko 10 tisuća rubalja. Izbjegličko naselje kontrolira policija pod oružjem, te su strane novinare, uključujući dopisnika Guardiana, prisilili da napuste zonu.   Evakuirani iz Donbasa suočavaju se, i to ne po prvi put, s krajnje neizvjesnom budućnošću u Rusiji. Gotovo polovica prijeratnog stanovništva od 3,8 milijuna ljudi napustilo je područja Donbasa pod kontrolom separatista otkako su tamo izbili prvi oružani nemiri 2014. godine.

Mobilizacijski pozivi

     Netom izbjegle žene iz Donjecka svjedoče kako su brojni muški članovi njihovih obitelji jučer, u nedjelju, primili mobilizacijske pozive separatističkih vlasti u kojima im je naloženo da se jave u stožere lokalnih milicija. Ruska novinska agencija RIA javlja kako su noćas najmanje dva civila ubijena u granatiranju koje su navodno poduzele ukrajinske vladine snage. OSCE je u subotu i nedjelju u Ukrajini zabilježio gotovo 4.000 slučajeva kršenja prekida vatre.  Američki mediji, između ostalih CBS, CNN i Washington Post, objavili su da raspolažu obavještajnim podacima koji ukazuju da su ruskim zapovjednicima izdane naredbe za napad na Ukrajinu. No, već sad, i bez službenoga početka rata, već su masovno prisutni svi njegovi simptomi: neprestane međusobne optužbe i podmetanja, tenzije, svakodnevni poginuli i sve dulje kolone izbjeglica.

    Više od 60.000 ljudi je iz ukrajinskih proruskih regija prešlo u izbjeglištvo u Rusku Federaciju, otkako su čelnici Donbasa u petak najavili masovnu evakuaciju, priopćilo je rusko ministarstvo za izvanredne situacije.

   U razgovoru s Emmanuelom Macronom u nedjelju, Vladimir Putin je okrivio Ukrajinu za evakuaciju građana Donbasa, kazavši da zbog ukrajinskih postupaka “civili u Donbasu pate i moraju se evakuirati u Rusiju kako bi se zaštitili od eskalacije nasilja”. Ukrajinski dužnosnici u više su navrata odbacivali bilo kakvu namjeru pokretanja napada u svojim istočnim pokrajinama, a američki predsjednik Joe Biden izjavio je da bi svaki pokušaj Ukrajine da vrati teritorij Donbasa u svoj suverenitet s više od 150.000 ruskih vojnika na svojim granicama „prkosio svakoj logici“.

Napadaju sami sebe?

Zapadni dužnosnici upozoravaju kako separatistički čelnici u pobunjenim regijama koje podržava Rusija potiču histeriju i insceniraju incidente kako bi Moskvi pružili izliku za početak ofenzive. Proruski separatisti su tijekom vikenda više puta optuživali ukrajinsku vojsku za granatiranje istočnih pokrajina, no Kijev je te optužbe odlučno porekao. Štoviše, ukrajinska vojska priopćila je u nedjelju da su separatisti koje podržava Rusija u regiji Lugansk iz teškog topništva otvarali vatru na vlastite gradove s ciljem okrivljavanja ukrajinske vojske.

      Više incidenata s terena upućuje na to da su iznenadne evakuacije područja pod ruskom kontrolom u Donjecku i Lugansku bile pomno planirane i da su, uz 'false flag' operacije, osmišljene kao opravdanje za rusku intervenciju, javlja i dopisnik Guardiana iz Moskve Andrew Roth.

      Ako su napadi na proruske regije zadnjih dana i bili inscenirani i lažni, patnje tamošnjih civila to nipošto nisu. Za žene, djecu i građane koji se u strahu i očaju evakuiraju u Rusiju život je iznova postao nedvojbeno traumatičan. Puno njih medijima rezignirano govori kako se osjećaju kao pijuni u puno većoj igri. Nekoliko tisuća evakuiranih zbrinuto je u ruskom sanatoriju Krasny Desant, 30-ak kilometara od granice. Ruska vlada obećala je izbjeglima dati pomoć od oko 10 tisuća rubalja. Izbjegličko naselje kontrolira policija pod oružjem, te su strane novinare, uključujući dopisnika Guardiana, prisilili da napuste zonu.   Evakuirani iz Donbasa suočavaju se, i to ne po prvi put, s krajnje neizvjesnom budućnošću u Rusiji. Gotovo polovica prijeratnog stanovništva od 3,8 milijuna ljudi napustilo je područja Donbasa pod kontrolom separatista otkako su tamo izbili prvi oružani nemiri 2014. godine.

Mobilizacijski pozivi

     Netom izbjegle žene iz Donjecka svjedoče kako su brojni muški članovi njihovih obitelji jučer, u nedjelju, primili mobilizacijske pozive separatističkih vlasti u kojima im je naloženo da se jave u stožere lokalnih milicija. Ruska novinska agencija RIA javlja kako su noćas najmanje dva civila ubijena u granatiranju koje su navodno poduzele ukrajinske vladine snage. OSCE je u subotu i nedjelju u Ukrajini zabilježio gotovo 4.000 slučajeva kršenja prekida vatre.  Američki mediji, između ostalih CBS, CNN i Washington Post, objavili su da raspolažu obavještajnim podacima koji ukazuju da su ruskim zapovjednicima izdane naredbe za napad na Ukrajinu. No, već sad, i bez službenoga početka rata, već su masovno prisutni svi njegovi simptomi: neprestane međusobne optužbe i podmetanja, tenzije, svakodnevni poginuli i sve dulje kolone izbjeglica.
