- Besmislice i "polupečena" propaganda Vladimira Putina u ukrajinskoj regiji Donbas nakon invazije 2014. godine nije uspjela uvjeriti lokalno stanovništvo - rekao je za The Telegraph dr. Jon Roozenbeek, akademik sa Sveučilišta Cambridge koji vjeruje da Rusi to nisu uspjeli učiniti jer su zauzeli pogrešan pristup.

Vlada ruskog predsjednika je nakonte godine pokrenula rasprostranjenu kampanju dezinformacija i propagandu u istočnoj ukrajinskoj regiji, u pokušaju da osvoji srca i duše stanovništva koje većinom govori ruski. Na njihovu žalost, u tome nisu uspjeli.

On smatra da, kako bi se istinski rasplamsala mržnja prema neprijatelju koja bi mogla dovesti do nekih akcija mora postojati element “mi protiv njih”. Međutim, ruska kampanja dezinformacija previše se usredotočila na stvaranje "njih", a ne "nas", vjeruje akademik. 

Velika analiza 

Kremlj je u više navrata ponavljao tvrdnju da Kijevom upravljaju krajnje desni ekstremisti i da je ruska prisutnost u takozvanim “Narodnim republikama” Donjeck i Lugansk bila misija denacifikacije. 

- Osam godina ruske propagande nije uspjelo pružiti uvjerljivu alternativu ukrajinskoj nacionalnosti u istočnoj Ukrajini. Odluka Kremlja da favorizira animozitet izvan grupe u odnosu na izgradnju identiteta unutar grupe i njegovo ogromno precjenjivanje u kojoj mjeri njegove laži o nepostojećim ukrajinskim 'fašistima' promiču proruski osjećaj, ključni su razlozi zašto je invazija bila strateška i logistička katastrofa - rekao je dr. Roozenbeek.

U svojoj doktorskoj disertaciji analizirao je više od 85.000 članaka iz desetaka medija u regiji tijekom četiri godine kako bi procijenio koliko je temeljito ruska propaganda zapravo zavladala. Otkrio je da je trećina sadržaja bila posvećena propagandi dok je polovica ostala ista. 

- Kremlj je pokušavao isprati mozak stanovnicima Donbasa osjećajem ruskog identiteta usredotočenog na ideju “Novorosije” ili “Nove Rusije”, mamurluka iz doba Ruskog Carstva. No, nedostatak truda i poticaja značio je da se to nikada nije uhvatilo u Donbasu.

Propaganda za izgradnju identiteta koju sam mogao pronaći u Donbasu nakon 2014. bila je nejasna, loše osmišljena i brzo zaboravljena. Politički pokušaji pozivanja na Novorosiju odbačeni su do ljeta 2015., a tako slaba propaganda sugerira da ionako nisu imali puno šanse - nastavio je znanstvenik. 

Nastavlja kako je Putin ozbiljno podcijenio snagu ukrajinskog nacionalnog identiteta, čak i u Donbasu, i precijenio moć svoje propagandne mašinerije na okupiranim područjima Ukrajine.

- Ako se na Zapadu počnu širiti besmislice o Novorosiji ili drugi složeni ideološki narativi, moglo bi se to iskoristiti za pritisak na Ukrajinu da se odrekne velikih dijelova svog teritorij jer dugotrajni rat u Donbasu globalnoj zajednici 'prži živce' - zaključio je.

Jon Roozenbeek, akademik sa Sveučilišta Cambridge koji vjeruje da Rusi to nisu uspjeli učiniti jer su zauzeli pogrešan pristup.

Vlada ruskog predsjednika je nakonte godine pokrenula rasprostranjenu kampanju dezinformacija i propagandu u istočnoj ukrajinskoj regiji, u pokušaju da osvoji srca i duše stanovništva koje većinom govori ruski. Na njihovu žalost, u tome nisu uspjeli.

On smatra da, kako bi se istinski rasplamsala mržnja prema neprijatelju koja bi mogla dovesti do nekih akcija mora postojati element “mi protiv njih”. Međutim, ruska kampanja dezinformacija previše se usredotočila na stvaranje "njih", a ne "nas", vjeruje akademik. 

Velika analiza 

Kremlj je u više navrata ponavljao tvrdnju da Kijevom upravljaju krajnje desni ekstremisti i da je ruska prisutnost u takozvanim “Narodnim republikama” Donjeck i Lugansk bila misija denacifikacije. 

- Osam godina ruske propagande nije uspjelo pružiti uvjerljivu alternativu ukrajinskoj nacionalnosti u istočnoj Ukrajini. Odluka Kremlja da favorizira animozitet izvan grupe u odnosu na izgradnju identiteta unutar grupe i njegovo ogromno precjenjivanje u kojoj mjeri njegove laži o nepostojećim ukrajinskim 'fašistima' promiču proruski osjećaj, ključni su razlozi zašto je invazija bila strateška i logistička katastrofa - rekao je dr. Roozenbeek.

U svojoj doktorskoj disertaciji analizirao je više od 85.000 članaka iz desetaka medija u regiji tijekom četiri godine kako bi procijenio koliko je temeljito ruska propaganda zapravo zavladala. Otkrio je da je trećina sadržaja bila posvećena propagandi dok je polovica ostala ista. 

- Kremlj je pokušavao isprati mozak stanovnicima Donbasa osjećajem ruskog identiteta usredotočenog na ideju “Novorosije” ili “Nove Rusije”, mamurluka iz doba Ruskog Carstva. No, nedostatak truda i poticaja značio je da se to nikada nije uhvatilo u Donbasu.

Propaganda za izgradnju identiteta koju sam mogao pronaći u Donbasu nakon 2014. bila je nejasna, loše osmišljena i brzo zaboravljena. Politički pokušaji pozivanja na Novorosiju odbačeni su do ljeta 2015., a tako slaba propaganda sugerira da ionako nisu imali puno šanse - nastavio je znanstvenik. 

Nastavlja kako je Putin ozbiljno podcijenio snagu ukrajinskog nacionalnog identiteta, čak i u Donbasu, i precijenio moć svoje propagandne mašinerije na okupiranim područjima Ukrajine.

- Ako se na Zapadu počnu širiti besmislice o Novorosiji ili drugi složeni ideološki narativi, moglo bi se to iskoristiti za pritisak na Ukrajinu da se odrekne velikih dijelova svog teritorij jer dugotrajni rat u Donbasu globalnoj zajednici 'prži živce' - zaključio je.
