Ruski ministar obrane Sergej Šojgu u Moskvi je na prigodnoj svečanosti odlikovao pilote mlažnjaka Suhoj-27 Flanker koji se 14. ožujka sudario s dronom MQ-9 Reaper američkih zračnih snaga iznad Crnoga mora.

Za ovaj riskantni i neodgovorni čin u međunarodnom zračnom prostoru, koji je prilično izgledna posljedica pogrešne procjene pilota a ne njihove svjesne namjere, bojnici Sergej Popov i Vasilij Vavilov dobili su Ordene za hrabrost Ruske Federacije.

Bojnik Sergej Popov, inače oženjeni otac dviju kćeri, nakon prigodne je svečanosti prepričao taj ‘herojski‘ incident. Negirao je ikakvo djelovanje po neprijateljskom dronu, pa i sam kontakt s njim, te se nameće pitanje jesu li ga, možda, srušili mislima:

“Bili smo na borbenoj dužnosti protuzračne obrane 14. ožujka. Kad je stigla naredba ‘zrak‘, dvije su posade poletjele. Shvatili smo da se radi o dronu Reaper MQ-9. Ovu informaciju smo proslijedili zapovjednom mjestu, a zatim izvodili manevre s namjerom da dron spriječimo da ispuni svoj zadatak. Pritom nismo koristili streljivo i nismo dodirivali dron."

Drugi pilot, bojnik Vasilij Vavilov, ispričao je svoju verziju ‘podviga‘ iz koje također uopće nije razvidno gdje se sakrila pilotska hrabrost za koju su ruski heroji odlikovani:

“Bili smo na borbenoj dužnosti protuzračne obrane kad smo dobili zapovijed za polijetanje. Dvije posade krenule su presresti bespilotnu letjelicu koja je letjela s ciljem kršenja ruske državne granice. Letjeli smo blizu drona, identificirali ga, a zatim izvodili manevre kako bismo ga prisilili da ne izvrši svoju dužnost. Nevjerojatno sam ponosan što nam je dodijeljena tako visoka nagrada, ali ona pripada i mom kolegi koji je osigurao uspjeh ovog leta."

Podsjetimo, dron američkih zračnih snaga MQ-9 Reaper bio je 14. ožujka u uobičajenoj izvidničkoj misiji iznad Crnog mora, na granici Rumunjske i Ukrajine i iznad međunarodnih voda nad kojima Moskva nema nikakvu ingerenciju. To je područje kojim tradicionalno krstare zapadni špijunski zrakoplovi, s posadama ili bez njih, te vrše radarsko-elektronski nadzor na području Ukrajine. Ruski mlaznjaci Su-27 su uzletjeli u misiju ometanja letjelice, te su letjeli uz bok drona između 30 i 40 minuta, više puta mu ulazili u putanju i ispuštali svoje gorivo po dronu u pokušaju da mu poremete letnu rutu. Jedan od ruskih lovaca u jednom se trenutku dronu toliko približio s repa da je, krajnje neoprezno po sebe, udario u propeler američke letjelice i oštetio ga. Američke zračne snage objavile su naknadno cjelovitu zračnu snimku s kamera na samom dronu iz koje je razvidno kako su ruski piloti bespotrebno izvrgnuli pogibelji najprije sebe, a potom i cijeli svijet strahu od dodatne eskalacije odnosa između SAD-a i Rusije.

Glasnogovornik Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost Bijele kuće John Kirby nije bio impresioniran viješću da je ruskim pilotima zbog udara u dron ukazana počast i uručeno im ordenje.

"Ne znam ni za jednu vojsku ni zračne snage u svijetu koje bi nagradile pilota zbog udara u dron", rekao je Kirby. Rusi očito imaju posve drugačiju definiciju hrabrosti.

"Sve to je istodobno i smiješno i uvredljivo za zdrav razum. Ne znamo je li taj pilot uopće pokušavao namjerno udariti u bespilotnu letjelicu, no svakako je u nju udario i videodokaz o tome je prilično uvjerljiv. Žao mi je, ali nemam pojma zašto bi u Moskvi dodijelili orden za hrabrost pilotu koji je zlonamjerno izložio i sebe i američku imovinu velikom riziku. U najboljem slučaju on nije nikakav heroj nego samo idiot" – komentirao je moskovski potez glasnogovornik Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost Bijele kuće.

Ruski ministar obrane Sergej Šojgu u Moskvi je na prigodnoj svečanosti odlikovao pilote mlažnjaka Suhoj-27 Flanker koji se 14. ožujka sudario s dronom MQ-9 Reaper američkih zračnih snaga iznad Crnoga mora.

Za ovaj riskantni i neodgovorni čin u međunarodnom zračnom prostoru, koji je prilično izgledna posljedica pogrešne procjene pilota a ne njihove svjesne namjere, bojnici Sergej Popov i Vasilij Vavilov dobili su Ordene za hrabrost Ruske Federacije.

Bojnik Sergej Popov, inače oženjeni otac dviju kćeri, nakon prigodne je svečanosti prepričao taj ‘herojski‘ incident. Negirao je ikakvo djelovanje po neprijateljskom dronu, pa i sam kontakt s njim, te se nameće pitanje jesu li ga, možda, srušili mislima:

“Bili smo na borbenoj dužnosti protuzračne obrane 14. ožujka. Kad je stigla naredba ‘zrak‘, dvije su posade poletjele. Shvatili smo da se radi o dronu Reaper MQ-9. Ovu informaciju smo proslijedili zapovjednom mjestu, a zatim izvodili manevre s namjerom da dron spriječimo da ispuni svoj zadatak. Pritom nismo koristili streljivo i nismo dodirivali dron."

Drugi pilot, bojnik Vasilij Vavilov, ispričao je svoju verziju ‘podviga‘ iz koje također uopće nije razvidno gdje se sakrila pilotska hrabrost za koju su ruski heroji odlikovani:

“Bili smo na borbenoj dužnosti protuzračne obrane kad smo dobili zapovijed za polijetanje. Dvije posade krenule su presresti bespilotnu letjelicu koja je letjela s ciljem kršenja ruske državne granice. Letjeli smo blizu drona, identificirali ga, a zatim izvodili manevre kako bismo ga prisilili da ne izvrši svoju dužnost. Nevjerojatno sam ponosan što nam je dodijeljena tako visoka nagrada, ali ona pripada i mom kolegi koji je osigurao uspjeh ovog leta."

Podsjetimo, dron američkih zračnih snaga MQ-9 Reaper bio je 14. ožujka u uobičajenoj izvidničkoj misiji iznad Crnog mora, na granici Rumunjske i Ukrajine i iznad međunarodnih voda nad kojima Moskva nema nikakvu ingerenciju. To je područje kojim tradicionalno krstare zapadni špijunski zrakoplovi, s posadama ili bez njih, te vrše radarsko-elektronski nadzor na području Ukrajine. Ruski mlaznjaci Su-27 su uzletjeli u misiju ometanja letjelice, te su letjeli uz bok drona između 30 i 40 minuta, više puta mu ulazili u putanju i ispuštali svoje gorivo po dronu u pokušaju da mu poremete letnu rutu. Jedan od ruskih lovaca u jednom se trenutku dronu toliko približio s repa da je, krajnje neoprezno po sebe, udario u propeler američke letjelice i oštetio ga. Američke zračne snage objavile su naknadno cjelovitu zračnu snimku s kamera na samom dronu iz koje je razvidno kako su ruski piloti bespotrebno izvrgnuli pogibelji najprije sebe, a potom i cijeli svijet strahu od dodatne eskalacije odnosa između SAD-a i Rusije.

Glasnogovornik Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost Bijele kuće John Kirby nije bio impresioniran viješću da je ruskim pilotima zbog udara u dron ukazana počast i uručeno im ordenje.

"Ne znam ni za jednu vojsku ni zračne snage u svijetu koje bi nagradile pilota zbog udara u dron", rekao je Kirby. Rusi očito imaju posve drugačiju definiciju hrabrosti.

"Sve to je istodobno i smiješno i uvredljivo za zdrav razum. Ne znamo je li taj pilot uopće pokušavao namjerno udariti u bespilotnu letjelicu, no svakako je u nju udario i videodokaz o tome je prilično uvjerljiv. Žao mi je, ali nemam pojma zašto bi u Moskvi dodijelili orden za hrabrost pilotu koji je zlonamjerno izložio i sebe i američku imovinu velikom riziku. U najboljem slučaju on nije nikakav heroj nego samo idiot" – komentirao je moskovski potez glasnogovornik Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost Bijele kuće.
