Novi izvještaj Organizacije za europsku sigurnost i suradnju objavilo je da su Rusi koristili komore za mučenje u Buči u Ukrajini.

Ovaj izvještaj, drugi OESS-ov, pokriva razdoblje od 1. travnja do 25. lipnja. Stručnjaci OESS-a putovali su u Ukrajinu kako bi prikupili dokaze. Boravili su u gradovima Buči i Irpinu, za koje se u izvješću kaže da su "dva primjera kršenja Međunarodnog humanitarnog prava prema Ženevskim konvencijama i njihovim dodatnim protokolima, koji predstavljaju ratne zločine", prenosi Index.

Eksperti OESS-a su primijetili da fotografski i video dokazi pokazuju da su ruske snage izvršile “ciljana, organizirana ubojstva civila u Buči” koji su pronađeni ustrijeljeni s rukama vezanim na leđima.

Izvještaj je dokumentirao “niz komora za mučenje odvojenih betonskim zidovima” otkrivenih u ljetnom kampu u Buči, uključujući sobu za koju se u izvješću navodi da je korištena za pogubljenja. U toj sobi su u zidovima zabilježene i rupe od metaka

U drugoj prostoriji, za koju su stručnjaci rekli da postoje dokazi mučenja vodom, pronađeno je pet mrtvih muškaraca. “Bili su prekriveni opeklinama, modricama i razrezotinama”, stoji u izvještaju.

U jednom selu kod Buče u podrumu su otkrivena tijela 18 muškaraca, žena i djece. U izvještaju piše da su nekima bile odrezane uši, dok su nekima bili izvađeni zubi.

Također, izvještaj govori o mnogobrojnim slučajevima silovanja i seksualnog zlostavljanja koje su počinile ruske trupe. Piše se i o nekim posebno okrutnim slučajevima. Tako se spominje da su ruske trupe u Buči zarobile 25 djevojaka starih između 14 i 24 godine tu su ih sustavno silovali. Devet djevojaka je zatrudnjelo.

Također, izvještaj govori da su Rusi zarobljene Ukrajince koristili kao ljudski štit te su ih tjerali da se bore na strani Rusije.

“Ruski vojnici koristili su preko 300 Ukrajinaca kao ljudski štit te su ih 25 dana držali zarobljene u podrumu škole gdje je bio stacioniran ruski kamp”, stoji u izvještaju, prenosi Index.

Novi izvještaj Organizacije za europsku sigurnost i suradnju objavilo je da su Rusi koristili komore za mučenje u Buči u Ukrajini.

Ovaj izvještaj, drugi OESS-ov, pokriva razdoblje od 1. travnja do 25. lipnja. Stručnjaci OESS-a putovali su u Ukrajinu kako bi prikupili dokaze. Boravili su u gradovima Buči i Irpinu, za koje se u izvješću kaže da su "dva primjera kršenja Međunarodnog humanitarnog prava prema Ženevskim konvencijama i njihovim dodatnim protokolima, koji predstavljaju ratne zločine", prenosi Index.

Eksperti OESS-a su primijetili da fotografski i video dokazi pokazuju da su ruske snage izvršile “ciljana, organizirana ubojstva civila u Buči” koji su pronađeni ustrijeljeni s rukama vezanim na leđima.

Izvještaj je dokumentirao “niz komora za mučenje odvojenih betonskim zidovima” otkrivenih u ljetnom kampu u Buči, uključujući sobu za koju se u izvješću navodi da je korištena za pogubljenja. U toj sobi su u zidovima zabilježene i rupe od metaka

U drugoj prostoriji, za koju su stručnjaci rekli da postoje dokazi mučenja vodom, pronađeno je pet mrtvih muškaraca. “Bili su prekriveni opeklinama, modricama i razrezotinama”, stoji u izvještaju.

U jednom selu kod Buče u podrumu su otkrivena tijela 18 muškaraca, žena i djece. U izvještaju piše da su nekima bile odrezane uši, dok su nekima bili izvađeni zubi.

Također, izvještaj govori o mnogobrojnim slučajevima silovanja i seksualnog zlostavljanja koje su počinile ruske trupe. Piše se i o nekim posebno okrutnim slučajevima. Tako se spominje da su ruske trupe u Buči zarobile 25 djevojaka starih između 14 i 24 godine tu su ih sustavno silovali. Devet djevojaka je zatrudnjelo.

Također, izvještaj govori da su Rusi zarobljene Ukrajince koristili kao ljudski štit te su ih tjerali da se bore na strani Rusije.

“Ruski vojnici koristili su preko 300 Ukrajinaca kao ljudski štit te su ih 25 dana držali zarobljene u podrumu škole gdje je bio stacioniran ruski kamp”, stoji u izvještaju, prenosi Index.

Novi izvještaj Organizacije za europsku sigurnost i suradnju objavilo je da su Rusi koristili komore za mučenje u Buči u Ukrajini.

Ovaj izvještaj, drugi OESS-ov, pokriva razdoblje od 1. travnja do 25. lipnja. Stručnjaci OESS-a putovali su u Ukrajinu kako bi prikupili dokaze. Boravili su u gradovima Buči i Irpinu, za koje se u izvješću kaže da su "dva primjera kršenja Međunarodnog humanitarnog prava prema Ženevskim konvencijama i njihovim dodatnim protokolima, koji predstavljaju ratne zločine", prenosi Index.

Eksperti OESS-a su primijetili da fotografski i video dokazi pokazuju da su ruske snage izvršile “ciljana, organizirana ubojstva civila u Buči” koji su pronađeni ustrijeljeni s rukama vezanim na leđima.
