Kremlj otvara novu fazu političkog prepucavanja sa Zapadom, ocjenjuju analitičari izjavu koja je danas došla iz Moskve. Kako prenosi tamošnja novinska agencija RIA, predsjednik Vladimir Putin rekao je da će za isporuke pline "neprijateljskim zemljama" kao što su članice Europske unije i SAD primati samo rusku valutu, piše Novi list.

"Nema smisla da isporučujemo naša dobra Europskoj uniji i Sjedinjenim Državama te isplatu primamo u dolarima, eurima i drugim valutama. Zbog toga sam odlučio uvesti set mjera kako bi što je prije moguće prebacili isplate – počnimo s našim prirodnim plinom – koje primamo za isporuke u tzv. neprijateljske zemlje, u ruske rublje. To znači da ćemo odbijati koristiti kompromitirane valute u takvim transferima", rekao je Vladimir Putin.

Energetski stručnjak Igor Dekanić pretpostavlja kako Putinovu izjavu treba promatrati u kontekstu političkog nadigravanja. "Zapadne sankcije većinom su usmjerene na financijsku stranu. Koliko se to plaćanje u rubljama može realizirati, teško je reći. To više spada u arsenal političkog prepucavanja", kaže Dekanić.

Ekonomski analitičari u neslužbenom razgovoru kažu kako Putin načelno želi postići da zapadne države povećaju potražnju za ruskom valutom i tako ojačaju tečaj. Međutim, i oni smatraju da se radi prvenstveno o diplomatskom zastrašivanju koje dolazi iz Moskve. Valja naglasiti kako su ugovori o isporuci plina dugoročni i vezani uz stranu valutu, pa je pitanje koliko klauzule u njima dopuštaju promjenu valute plaćanja, poručuju ekonomisti, piše Novi list.

Kremlj otvara novu fazu političkog prepucavanja sa Zapadom, ocjenjuju analitičari izjavu koja je danas došla iz Moskve. Kako prenosi tamošnja novinska agencija RIA, predsjednik Vladimir Putin rekao je da će za isporuke pline "neprijateljskim zemljama" kao što su članice Europske unije i SAD primati samo rusku valutu, piše Novi list.

"Nema smisla da isporučujemo naša dobra Europskoj uniji i Sjedinjenim Državama te isplatu primamo u dolarima, eurima i drugim valutama. Zbog toga sam odlučio uvesti set mjera kako bi što je prije moguće prebacili isplate – počnimo s našim prirodnim plinom – koje primamo za isporuke u tzv. neprijateljske zemlje, u ruske rublje. To znači da ćemo odbijati koristiti kompromitirane valute u takvim transferima", rekao je Vladimir Putin.

Energetski stručnjak Igor Dekanić pretpostavlja kako Putinovu izjavu treba promatrati u kontekstu političkog nadigravanja. "Zapadne sankcije većinom su usmjerene na financijsku stranu. Ekonomski analitičari u neslužbenom razgovoru kažu kako Putin načelno želi postići da zapadne države povećaju potražnju za ruskom valutom i tako ojačaju tečaj. Međutim, i oni smatraju da se radi prvenstveno o diplomatskom zastrašivanju koje dolazi iz Moskve. Valja naglasiti kako su ugovori o isporuci plina dugoročni i vezani uz stranu valutu, pa je pitanje koliko klauzule u njima dopuštaju promjenu valute plaćanja, poručuju ekonomisti, piše Novi list.

Kremlj otvara novu fazu političkog prepucavanja sa Zapadom, ocjenjuju analitičari izjavu koja je danas došla iz Moskve. Kako prenosi tamošnja novinska agencija RIA, predsjednik Vladimir Putin rekao je da će za isporuke pline "neprijateljskim zemljama" kao što su članice Europske unije i SAD primati samo rusku valutu, piše Novi list.

"Nema smisla da isporučujemo naša dobra Europskoj uniji i Sjedinjenim Državama te isplatu primamo u dolarima, eurima i drugim valutama. Zbog toga sam odlučio uvesti set mjera kako bi što je prije moguće prebacili isplate – počnimo s našim prirodnim plinom – koje primamo za isporuke u tzv. neprijateljske zemlje, u ruske rublje. To znači da ćemo odbijati koristiti kompromitirane valute u takvim transferima", rekao je Vladimir Putin.
