Zastupnici Europskog parlamenta izglasali su 2022. godine Direktivu o primjerenim minimalnim plaćama koje bi radnicima u zemljama članicama Unije trebale omogućiti da zadovolje osnovne životne potrebe. Prema toj Direktivi, određivanje minimalnih plaća ostaje u nacionalnoj nadležnosti, no države članice morat će jamčiti da te plaće omogućuju radnicima dostojan život, uzimajući u obzir troškove života i razine plaća.

Državama članicama određene su dvije godine za provedbu Direktive, a ove godine taj rok ističe - nova EU direktiva o minimalnim plaćama mora stupiti na snagu do 15. studenoga ove godine.

Ususret tom datumu, Euronews Business pozabavio se pitanjem minimalnih plaća i njihovom usporedbom među zemljama EU-a, ali i i europskim zemljama izvan Unije.

Kako piše Euronews Business, udio radnika koji zarađuju samo minimalnu plaću veći je od 10 posto u nizu zemalja diljem Europe. Minimalnih plaća nema u pet zemalja EU-a - Danskoj, Italiji, Austriji, Finskoj i Švedskoj. Od 10 zemalja kandidata i potencijalnih kandidata, osam ih ima nacionalnu minimalnu plaću - Crna Gora, Moldavija, Sjeverna Makedonija, Gruzija, Albanija, Srbija, Turska i Ukrajina, dok je Bosna i Hercegovina i Kosovo nemaju. Nemaju je ni zemlje Europske udruge za slobodnu trgovinu (EFTA), Norveška, Švicarska i Island.

Minimalne plaće u zemljama EU-a uvelike variraju. U bruto vrijednosti trenutno se kreću od 477 eura u Bugarskoj do 2.571 eura mjesečno u Luksemburgu. Minimalna plaća je veća od 2.000 eura u Luksemburgu, Irskoj, Nizozemskoj i Njemačkoj, dok u Francuskoj iznosi 1.767, a u Španjolskoj 1.323 eura.

Minimalnu plaću ispod tisuću eura ima 14 od 22 države članice u kojima postoji nacionalna minimalna plaća i među njima je, s 840 eura bruto mjesečno, i Hrvatska.

Među zemljama kandidatima i potencijalnim kandidatima taj je raspon od 360 eura u Sjevernoj Makedoniji do 613 eura u Turskoj. Članica Bugarska sa 477 eura ima minimalnu plaću nižu nego u ‘kandidatkinjama‘ Turskoj, Srbiji i Crnoj Gori.

Varijacije u minimalnim plaćama znatno su manje, piše Euronews Business, u standardu kupovne moći (PPS - Purchasing Power Standards), što daje pravedniju usporedbu. PPS je Eurostatova "umjetna novčana jedinica" koja se temelji na razlikama u razini cijena između zemalja. Jedna jedinica PPS-a može teoretski kupiti istu količinu dobara i usluga u svakoj zemlji. Minimalna plaća, prilagođena PPS-u, trenutno se kreće od 542 eura u Albaniji do 1883 eura u Njemačkoj. Osim u Njemačkoj, ta je brojka bila iznad 1250 eura u Luksemburgu, Nizozemskoj, Belgiji, Francuskoj, Irskoj, Poljskoj, Sloveniji i Španjolskoj. Hrvatska je pozicionirana između Litve (1172) iznad i Rumunjske (1129) ispod, sa 1143 eura.

Nije jednostavno definirati primjerenu minimalnu plaću, piše Euronews Business, navodeći dio Direktive EU-a u kojoj se kaže da "u tu svrhu države članice mogu koristiti indikativne referentne vrijednosti koje se obično koriste na međunarodnoj razini, kao što su 60 posto srednje bruto plaće i 50 posto bruto prosječne plaće, i/ili indikativne referentne vrijednosti koje se koriste na nacionalnoj razini." Podaci za 2022. pokazuju da su mnoge europske zemlje imale niže omjere od ove razine.

Zastupnici Europskog parlamenta izglasali su 2022. godine Direktivu o primjerenim minimalnim plaćama koje bi radnicima u zemljama članicama Unije trebale omogućiti da zadovolje osnovne životne potrebe. Prema toj Direktivi, određivanje minimalnih plaća ostaje u nacionalnoj nadležnosti, no države članice morat će jamčiti da te plaće omogućuju radnicima dostojan život, uzimajući u obzir troškove života i razine plaća.

Državama članicama određene su dvije godine za provedbu Direktive, a ove godine taj rok ističe - nova EU direktiva o minimalnim plaćama mora stupiti na snagu do 15. studenoga ove godine.

Ususret tom datumu, Euronews Business pozabavio se pitanjem minimalnih plaća i njihovom usporedbom među zemljama EU-a, ali i i europskim zemljama izvan Unije.

Kako piše Euronews Business, udio radnika koji zarađuju samo minimalnu plaću veći je od 10 posto u nizu zemalja diljem Europe. Minimalnih plaća nema u pet zemalja EU-a - Danskoj, Italiji, Austriji, Finskoj i Švedskoj. Od 10 zemalja kandidata i potencijalnih kandidata, osam ih ima nacionalnu minimalnu plaću - Crna Gora, Moldavija, Sjeverna Makedonija, Gruzija, Albanija, Srbija, Turska i Ukrajina, dok je Bosna i Hercegovina i Kosovo nemaju. Nemaju je ni zemlje Europske udruge za slobodnu trgovinu (EFTA), Norveška, Švicarska i Island.

Minimalne plaće u zemljama EU-a uvelike variraju. U bruto vrijednosti trenutno se kreću od 477 eura u Bugarskoj do 2.571 eura mjesečno u Luksemburgu. Minimalna plaća je veća od 2.000 eura u Luksemburgu, Irskoj, Nizozemskoj i Njemačkoj, dok u Francuskoj iznosi 1.767, a u Španjolskoj 1.323 eura.

Minimalnu plaću ispod tisuću eura ima 14 od 22 države članice u kojima postoji nacionalna minimalna plaća i među njima je, s 840 eura bruto mjesečno, i Hrvatska.

Među zemljama kandidatima i potencijalnim kandidatima taj je raspon od 360 eura u Sjevernoj Makedoniji do 613 eura u Turskoj. Članica Bugarska sa 477 eura ima minimalnu plaću nižu nego u ‘kandidatkinjama‘ Turskoj, Srbiji i Crnoj Gori.

Varijacije u minimalnim plaćama znatno su manje, piše Euronews Business, u standardu kupovne moći (PPS - Purchasing Power Standards), što daje pravedniju usporedbu. PPS je Eurostatova "umjetna novčana jedinica" koja se temelji na razlikama u razini cijena između zemalja. Jedna jedinica PPS-a može teoretski kupiti istu količinu dobara i usluga u svakoj zemlji. Minimalna plaća, prilagođena PPS-u, trenutno se kreće od 542 eura u Albaniji do 1883 eura u Njemačkoj. Osim u Njemačkoj, ta je brojka bila iznad 1250 eura u Luksemburgu, Nizozemskoj, Belgiji, Francuskoj, Irskoj, Poljskoj, Sloveniji i Španjolskoj. Hrvatska je pozicionirana između Litve (1172) iznad i Rumunjske (1129) ispod, sa 1143 eura.

Nije jednostavno definirati primjerenu minimalnu plaću, piše Euronews Business, navodeći dio Direktive EU-a u kojoj se kaže da "u tu svrhu države članice mogu koristiti indikativne referentne vrijednosti koje se obično koriste na međunarodnoj razini, kao što su 60 posto srednje bruto plaće i 50 posto bruto prosječne plaće, i/ili indikativne referentne vrijednosti koje se koriste na nacionalnoj razini." Podaci za 2022. pokazuju da su mnoge europske zemlje imale niže omjere od ove razine.

Kolike su minimalne plaće u Europi i kako stoji Hrvatska? Evo cijelog pregleda, uskoro na snagu stupa i EU direktiva

Zastupnici Europskog parlamenta izglasali su 2022. godine Direktivu o primjerenim minimalnim plaćama koje bi radnicima u zemljama članicama Unije trebale omogućiti da zadovolje osnovne životne potrebe. Prema toj Direktivi, određivanje minimalnih plaća ostaje u nacionalnoj nadležnosti, no države članice morat će jamčiti da te plaće omogućuju radnicima dostojan život, uzimajući u obzir troškove života i razine plaća.

Državama članicama određene su dvije godine za provedbu Direktive, a ove godine taj rok ističe - nova EU direktiva o minimalnim plaćama mora stupiti na snagu do 15. studenoga ove godine.

Ususret tom datumu, Euronews Business pozabavio se pitanjem minimalnih plaća i njihovom usporedbom među zemljama EU-a, ali i i europskim zemljama izvan Unije.
