Izraelska vojska objavila je da su njezine specijalne snage ušle u prostor opkoljene bolnice Nasser u Pojasu Gaze u gradu Khan Younisu, javlja BBC.
Kažu da provode "preciznu i ograničenu operaciju" u bolnici, gdje se navodno skrivaju borci Hamasa. Također se navodi da bi se tamo mogla nalaziti tijela izraelskih talaca.
Do ovog poteza dolazi dan nakon što su Izraelske obrambene snage (IDF) naredile tisućama raseljenih osoba da napuste to mjesto.
Ova bolnica je najveća na jugu Pojasa Gaze.
