Talijanski predsjednik Republike Sergio Mattarella pozvao je Marija Draghija, bivšeg predsjednika Evropske središnje banke, da dođe u podne sutra, u srijedu, u rimsku predsjedničku Kvirinalsku palaču po mandat za sastav vlade, odvojene od svih političkih stranaka, piše Jutarnji list.

Predsjednik ne želi izbore

Naime, uslijedila bi dva mjeseca predizborne kampanje i četiri-pet mjeseci za konstituiranje novog saziva i formiranje vlade. Dakle, u tom bi slučaju barem do kolovoza Italija imala vladu s ovlastima ograničenima samo na tekuće poslove.

Italija, međutim, mora do travnja ne samo predati nego i s Evropovjerenstvom usuglasiti Plan oporavka (Sljedeći naraštaj EU - NGEU) do 2028, provesti opću vakcinaciju protiv covida-19, te osigurati oporavak privrednih djelatnosti. obrazovnih procesa itd.

Nabrojivši sve to, Mattarella je dodao da su države koje su morale provesti kampanju i izbore u doba pandemije imale uslijed toga znatan porast oboljelih i umrlih.

Odmah zatim stigla je obznana iz Predsjedništva Republike da Mattarella saziva Draghija, ovog časa najautoritativniju talijansku ekonomsko-političku nestranačku ličnost. Draghijevo ime se povlačilo po kuloarima već neko vrijeme. Čak se pročulo da mu je Mattarella telefonirao i prije Ficova odustajanja, ali to je s Kvirinala energično demantirano.

Renzi je "prevrnuo stol"

Prethodnu vladu Giuseppea Contea srušio je Matteo Renzi, bivši premijer, povukavši iz Ministarskog vijeća dvije ministrice svoje stranke Živa Italija. Tvrdio je da ih ne zanimaju ministarske fotelje nego načelna pitanja. Na kraju je večeras twittao da je prevrnuo pregovarački stol. Sve zbog principijelnih razloga. A demokrati kažu da je htio odrediti i njihove ministre, a ne samo udvostručiti broj svojih.

Živa Italija se znatno približila desnom centru, pa bi to mogla biti sljedeća koalicija u koju će Renzi ući.

Istodobnu si iz dosad vladina PoKreta 5 zvjezdica izišli neki bivši Berlusconijevi ljudi, najavljujući osnivanje Talijanskih pučana, na „platformi Evropske pučke stranke“. U talijanskome desnom centru sada su stranke različitih evropskih orijentacija: Liga za Salvinija je sa suprematistima, postfašistička Braća Italije s ultranacionalistima, a Berlusconijeva Forza Italia je u Evropskoj pučkoj stranci.

Berlusconijeva stranka se ovih dana zauzimala za „vladu najboljih“ po „Ursulinoj formuli“.

U srži talijanske vladine krize je ponajprije politička otimačina oko 202-220 milijardi eura načelno namijenjenih Italiji u NGEU. Zbog toga je vlada Giuseppea Contea, sada u ostavci, bila blokirana više od dva mjeseca. U momentu kada je Italija, na primjer, u prosincu bacila na burze rada još 101.000 nezaposlenih, od kojih su 99.000 žene (!), stranke dosadašnje vladine koalicije nisu imale prečeg posla nego se gložiti oko fotelja.

Zato Mattarella stavlja izvršnu vlast pod neku vrstu prisilne uprave, veoma forsirajući svoje ustavne ovlasti.

Talijanski predsjednik Republike Sergio Mattarella pozvao je Marija Draghija, bivšeg predsjednika Evropske središnje banke, da dođe u podne sutra, u srijedu, u rimsku predsjedničku Kvirinalsku palaču po mandat za sastav vlade, odvojene od svih političkih stranaka, piše Jutarnji list.

Predsjednik ne želi izbore

Naime, uslijedila bi dva mjeseca predizborne kampanje i četiri-pet mjeseci za konstituiranje novog saziva i formiranje vlade. Dakle, u tom bi slučaju barem do kolovoza Italija imala vladu s ovlastima ograničenima samo na tekuće poslove.

Italija, međutim, mora do travnja ne samo predati nego i s Evropovjerenstvom usuglasiti Plan oporavka (Sljedeći naraštaj EU - NGEU) do 2028, provesti opću vakcinaciju protiv covida-19, te osigurati oporavak privrednih djelatnosti. obrazovnih procesa itd.

Nabrojivši sve to, Mattarella je dodao da su države koje su morale provesti kampanju i izbore u doba pandemije imale uslijed toga znatan porast oboljelih i umrlih.

Odmah zatim stigla je obznana iz Predsjedništva Republike da Mattarella saziva Draghija, ovog časa najautoritativniju talijansku ekonomsko-političku nestranačku ličnost. Draghijevo ime se povlačilo po kuloarima već neko vrijeme. Čak se pročulo da mu je Mattarella telefonirao i prije Ficova odustajanja, ali to je s Kvirinala energično demantirano.

Renzi je "prevrnuo stol"

Živa Italija se znatno približila desnom centru, pa bi to mogla biti sljedeća koalicija u koju će Renzi ući.

Istodobnu si iz dosad vladina PoKreta 5 zvjezdica izišli neki bivši Berlusconijevi ljudi, najavljujući osnivanje Talijanskih pučana, na „platformi Evropske pučke stranke“. U talijanskome desnom centru sada su stranke različitih evropskih orijentacija: Liga za Salvinija je sa suprematistima, postfašistička Braća Italije s ultranacionalistima, a Berlusconijeva Forza Italia je u Evropskoj pučkoj stranci.

Berlusconijeva stranka se ovih dana zauzimala za „vladu najboljih“ po „Ursulinoj formuli“.

U srži talijanske vladine krize je ponajprije politička otimačina oko 202-220 milijardi eura načelno namijenjenih Italiji u NGEU. Zbog toga je vlada Giuseppea Contea, sada u ostavci, bila blokirana više od dva mjeseca. U momentu kada je Italija, na primjer, u prosincu bacila na burze rada još 101.000 nezaposlenih, od kojih su 99.000 žene (!), stranke dosadašnje vladine koalicije nisu imale prečeg posla nego se gložiti oko fotelja.

Zato Mattarella stavlja izvršnu vlast pod neku vrstu prisilne uprave, veoma forsirajući svoje ustavne ovlasti.

Italija dobiva ‘vladu nacionalnog spasa‘? Mandat ide ekspertu za krize Draghiju, predsjednik apelira na parlament da ‘prisilnoj upravi‘ izglasa povjerenje

Talijanski predsjednik Republike Sergio Mattarella pozvao je Marija Draghija, bivšeg predsjednika Evropske središnje banke, da dođe u podne sutra, u srijedu, u rimsku predsjedničku Kvirinalsku palaču po mandat za sastav vlade, odvojene od svih političkih stranaka, piše Jutarnji list.

Po strukturi ta će vlada biti tehnička, ali po ovlastima to bi trebala biti neka vrsta „vlade nacionalnog spasa“ ili čak „prisilna uprava“. Stoga je Mattarella večeras, obraćajući se javnosti, unaprijed na neviđeno apelirao na Parlament da joj izglasa povjerenje, jer jedino vlada s punim ovlastima može eventualno izići na kraj s iskušenjima pred koje je Italiju dovela, kako je rekao, zdravstvena, socijalna i ekonomsko-financijska kriza.
