Francuski predsjednik Emmanuel Macron uoči drugog kruga nedjeljnih parlamentarnih izbora ne može biti opušten: nakon što je u travnju pobijedio desničarku Marine Le Pen za novi predsjednički mandat, sada mu željenu parlamentarnu većinu ugrožava lijeva koalicija koju predvodi 71-godišnji bivši trockist Jean-Luc Mélenchon.

Uz Mélenchonovu stranku "Nepokorena Francuska", koaliciju NUPES (Nova ekološka i socijalna narodna unija) još čine Socijalistička stranka, Komunistička partija Francuske i Zeleni. Macronova centristička koalicija "Zajedno" u prvom je krugu prošle nedjelje osvojila 25,75 posto glasova, dok je NUPES dobio 25,66 posto, pa je jasno da tako mala razlika nije jamac konačne pobjede.

Neizvjesnosti doprinosi i visoka apstinencija u prvom krugu, kada je glasalo samo 48,51 posto birača, tako da je u drugom krugu sve otvoreno. Francuski parlament (Narodna skupština) ima 577 mjesta, pa za apsolutnu većinu treba 289 zastupnika. Uoči prvog kruga ankete su Macronovoj koaliciji davale između 255 i 310 mjesta, dok se NUPES-u predviđalo između 150 i 220 zastupnika.

Ankete su, dakle, sugerirale da Macronova većina nije sigurna, ali da ljevica nema nikakvu šansu da sama sastavi vladu, tako da je iznenađujući uspjeh NUPES-a samo povećao Macronove strahove od gubitka parlamentarne većine i Mélenchonove ambicije da postane najljeviji premijer u povijesti Pete Republike.

Macron se plaši da će postati prvi francuski predsjednik još od Jacquesa Chiraca (2002.) kojeg će zadesiti "kohabitacija" – situacija u kojoj premijer ne pripada predsjednikovom političkom bloku. Parlamentarna većina Macronu treba kako bi uspio provesti svoje glavne politike: povećanje dobi za umirovljenje sa 62 na 65 godina, smanjenje poreza i reviziju sustava socijalne skrbi.

Na njegovu nevolju, Mélenchonove ideje su dijametralno suprotne. Mélenchon se godinama protivi Macronovoj politici – smatrajući ga eksponentom bankarskih krugova i krupnog kapitala – te je podržao prosvjede Žutih prsluka protiv ekonomske nejednakosti. Ovaj veteran francuske ljevice zagovornik je povećanja radničkih prava i proširenja francuskih socijalnih programa, kao i masovne preraspodjele bogatstva kako bi se ispravile socioekonomske nejednakosti u francuskom društvu.

Stoga Mélenchon i NUPES nude smanjenje dobi za umirovljenje sa 62 na 60 godina, dizanje minimalne plaće za 15 posto (na 1500 eura), vraćanje poreza na bogatstvo za pojedince i tvrtke (uključujući i porez od 100 posto na zarade veće od 360 tisuća eura godišnje), punu državnu nadoknadu troškova zdravstvene zaštite, zamrzavanje cijena osnovnih artikala i otvaranje milijun radnih mjesta.

Ovaj program dobio je oštre kritike iz poslovnih krugova – pa je probiznis think-tank iFrap upozorio da bi Mélenchon "pretvorio francuski rast u negativan i potaknuo inflaciju" – ali i podršku poznatih ekonomista poput Thomasa Pikettyja, koji hvali njegovu fokusiranost na socijalnu i fiskalnu pravdu.

Mélenchon je ljevičar starog kova, usporediv s donedavnim vođom britanskih laburista Jeremyjem Corbynom. U ranoj mladosti bio je član Internacionalističke komunističke organizacije, tadašnje trockističke partije, a 1976. prelazi u Socijalističku partiju, gdje se kao pripadnik radikalnog krila stranke zalagao za savez s Komunističkom partijom Francuske.

Razočaran "desnim skretanjem" socijalista, Mélenchon 2008. osniva Lijevu stranku, a 2016. i partiju Nepokorena Francuska, te se uzastopno kandidira za predsjednika države: 2012. bio je četvrti s 11 posto glasova, 2017. također četvrti s 19,6 posto, da bi ove godine bio treći s 22 posto glasova, tek jedan posto manje od Marine Le Pen, koja je potom u drugom krugu izgubila od Macrona.

Mélenchon je otvoreni kritičar Europske unije, za koju je izjavio da je "korumpirana neoliberalizmom", a protivi se i NATO-u, te je više puta pozivao Francusku da se povuče iz te organizacije.

Na domaćem planu podržava stvaranje Šeste Republike, s "radikalno drukčijim" ustavom. Još 2014. je u Le Mondeu napisao da se "Francuska mora zaštititi od moći financijskog kapitalizma", jer one "proždiru realno gospodarstvo", te da "stoga treba promijeniti definiciju ustavnih prava privatnog vlasništva kapitala".

Ukratko, Mélenchon je sve ono što Macron nije, i obratno. Njihova kohabitacija bila bi iznimno teška, pa je moguće da u slučaju gubitka većine Macron pokuša sastaviti vladu s dijelovima desnice. Osim ako Mélenchon ne dobije takvu većinu koja bi mu omogućila da sâm sastavi vladu, što analitičari drže teško ostvarivim.

Francuski predsjednik Emmanuel Macron uoči drugog kruga nedjeljnih parlamentarnih izbora ne može biti opušten: nakon što je u travnju pobijedio desničarku Marine Le Pen za novi predsjednički mandat, sada mu željenu parlamentarnu većinu ugrožava lijeva koalicija koju predvodi 71-godišnji bivši trockist Jean-Luc Mélenchon.

Uz Mélenchonovu stranku "Nepokorena Francuska", koaliciju NUPES (Nova ekološka i socijalna narodna unija) još čine Socijalistička stranka, Komunistička partija Francuske i Zeleni. Macronova centristička koalicija "Zajedno" u prvom je krugu prošle nedjelje osvojila 25,75 posto glasova, dok je NUPES dobio 25,66 posto, pa je jasno da tako mala razlika nije jamac konačne pobjede.

Neizvjesnosti doprinosi i visoka apstinencija u prvom krugu, kada je glasalo samo 48,51 posto birača, tako da je u drugom krugu sve otvoreno. Francuski parlament (Narodna skupština) ima 577 mjesta, pa za apsolutnu većinu treba 289 zastupnika. Uoči prvog kruga ankete su Macronovoj koaliciji davale između 255 i 310 mjesta, dok se NUPES-u predviđalo između 150 i 220 zastupnika.

Ankete su, dakle, sugerirale da Macronova većina nije sigurna, ali da ljevica nema nikakvu šansu da sama sastavi vladu, tako da je iznenađujući uspjeh NUPES-a samo povećao Macronove strahove od gubitka parlamentarne većine i Mélenchonove ambicije da postane najljeviji premijer u povijesti Pete Republike.

Macron se plaši da će postati prvi francuski predsjednik još od Jacquesa Chiraca (2002.) kojeg će zadesiti "kohabitacija" – situacija u kojoj premijer ne pripada predsjednikovom političkom bloku. Parlamentarna većina Macronu treba kako bi uspio provesti svoje glavne politike: povećanje dobi za umirovljenje sa 62 na 65 godina, smanjenje poreza i reviziju sustava socijalne skrbi.

Na njegovu nevolju, Mélenchonove ideje su dijametralno suprotne. Mélenchon se godinama protivi Macronovoj politici – smatrajući ga eksponentom bankarskih krugova i krupnog kapitala – te je podržao prosvjede Žutih prsluka protiv ekonomske nejednakosti. Ovaj veteran francuske ljevice zagovornik je povećanja radničkih prava i proširenja francuskih socijalnih programa, kao i masovne preraspodjele bogatstva kako bi se ispravile socioekonomske nejednakosti u francuskom društvu.

Stoga Mélenchon i NUPES nude smanjenje dobi za umirovljenje sa 62 na 60 godina, dizanje minimalne plaće za 15 posto (na 1500 eura), vraćanje poreza na bogatstvo za pojedince i tvrtke (uključujući i porez od 100 posto na zarade veće od 360 tisuća eura godišnje), punu državnu nadoknadu troškova zdravstvene zaštite, zamrzavanje cijena osnovnih artikala i otvaranje milijun radnih mjesta.

Ovaj program dobio je oštre kritike iz poslovnih krugova – pa je probiznis think-tank iFrap upozorio da bi Mélenchon "pretvorio francuski rast u negativan i potaknuo inflaciju" – ali i podršku poznatih ekonomista poput Thomasa Pikettyja, koji hvali njegovu fokusiranost na socijalnu i fiskalnu pravdu.

Mélenchon je ljevičar starog kova, usporediv s donedavnim vođom britanskih laburista Jeremyjem Corbynom. U ranoj mladosti bio je član Internacionalističke komunističke organizacije, tadašnje trockističke partije, a 1976. prelazi u Socijalističku partiju, gdje se kao pripadnik radikalnog krila stranke zalagao za savez s Komunističkom partijom Francuske.

Razočaran "desnim skretanjem" socijalista, Mélenchon 2008. osniva Lijevu stranku, a 2016. i partiju Nepokorena Francuska, te se uzastopno kandidira za predsjednika države: 2012. bio je četvrti s 11 posto glasova, 2017. također četvrti s 19,6 posto, da bi ove godine bio treći s 22 posto glasova, tek jedan posto manje od Marine Le Pen, koja je potom u drugom krugu izgubila od Macrona.

Mélenchon je otvoreni kritičar Europske unije, za koju je izjavio da je "korumpirana neoliberalizmom", a protivi se i NATO-u, te je više puta pozivao Francusku da se povuče iz te organizacije.

Na domaćem planu podržava stvaranje Šeste Republike, s "radikalno drukčijim" ustavom. Još 2014. je u Le Mondeu napisao da se "Francuska mora zaštititi od moći financijskog kapitalizma", jer one "proždiru realno gospodarstvo", te da "stoga treba promijeniti definiciju ustavnih prava privatnog vlasništva kapitala".

Ukratko, Mélenchon je sve ono što Macron nije, i obratno. Njihova kohabitacija bila bi iznimno teška, pa je moguće da u slučaju gubitka većine Macron pokuša sastaviti vladu s dijelovima desnice. Osim ako Mélenchon ne dobije takvu većinu koja bi mu omogućila da sâm sastavi vladu, što analitičari drže teško ostvarivim.

Francuska ‘kida nalijevo‘: Iznenađujući uspjeh koalicije socijalista, komunista i zelenih povećao Macronove strahove od gubitka parlamentarne većine

Francuski predsjednik Emmanuel Macron uoči drugog kruga nedjeljnih parlamentarnih izbora ne može biti opušten: nakon što je u travnju pobijedio desničarku Marine Le Pen za novi predsjednički mandat, sada mu željenu parlamentarnu većinu ugrožava lijeva koalicija koju predvodi 71-godišnji bivši trockist Jean-Luc Mélenchon.

Uz Mélenchonovu stranku "Nepokorena Francuska", koaliciju NUPES (Nova ekološka i socijalna narodna unija) još čine Socijalistička stranka, Komunistička partija Francuske i Zeleni. Macronova centristička koalicija "Zajedno" u prvom je krugu prošle nedjelje osvojila 25,75 posto glasova, dok je NUPES dobio 25,66 posto, pa je jasno da tako mala razlika nije jamac konačne pobjede.

Neizvjesnosti doprinosi i visoka apstinencija u prvom krugu, kada je glasalo...
