Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin mogao bi pobjeći u Južnu Ameriku ako bi postojala ozbiljna prijetnja da će ga svrgnuti s vlasti.

Bivši pisac Putinovih govora i neovisni politički analitičar Abas Galjamov tvrdi kako postoji plan kodnog imena "Noina arka" u slučaju da Rusija izgubi rat. Ruski predsjednik tad bi utočište mogao pronaći u Argentini ili Venezueli, prenosi Jutarnji.

"Putinova pratnja nije isključila mogućnost da će on izgubiti rat, biti lišen vlasti i prisiljen hitno se nekamo evakuirati", napisao je Galjamov na društvenoj mreži Telegram.

Pozivajući se na izvore bliske Kremlju, Galjamov dalje tvrdi kako aranžmane za mogući Putinov bijeg u Venezuelu nadzire Igor Sečin, čelnik državne naftne kompanije Rosneft i jedan od Putinovih najbližih saveznika. Sečin je također blizak s Nicolásom Madurom, predsjednikom Venezuele.

Putinov najuži krug u planu je imao i Kinu, ali je na kraju odlučio odustati od tog prijedloga jer Peking prezire "gubitnike", napisao je bivši pisac govora u Kremlju.

Brojni nacisti, uključujući Josefa Mengelea, SS liječnika poznatog kao "Anđeo smrti", pobjegli su u Južnu Ameriku kako bi izbjegli suđenje za zločine koje su počinili.

Mark Galeotti, britanski stručnjak za Kremlj, uzeo je ove navode sa zrnom soli, s obzirom na to da Galjamov trenutačno živi u Izraelu.

"Pitam se kako je mogao dobiti pristup strogo povjerljivim stvarima. Ali takve se stvari događaju. Informacije cure", rekao je Galeotti u svom podcastu "In Moscow‘s Shadows". Također je primijetio da je Galjamov, ako je govorio istinu, možda doveo svoj izvor u opasnost.

Prije nekoliko dana otkazana je Putinova godišnja konferencija za novinare i njegov godišnji "razgovor s narodom" - sesija pitanja i odgovora koja traje i više od četiri sata. Putinovi savjetnici navodno su zabrinuti da će se predsjednik suočiti s nizom neugodnih pitanja javnosti o ratu koji trenutačno baš i ne ide dobro za Rusiju.

Putin bi također mogao preskočiti govor o stanju nacije. Prema ruskom Ustavu, predsjednik je dužan jednom godišnje osobno podnijeti izvještaj parlamentu.

Međutim, Kremlj kaže kako je moguće da će obraćanje predsjednika biti odgođeno do sljedeće godine. Dmitrij Peskov, Putinov glasnogovornik, nije objasnio razloge otkazivanja.

"Sve ovo izgleda pomalo sumnjivo", rekla je za britanski Times ruska politologinja Ekaterina Šulman. "Svi ovi događaji nužni su za osjećaj stabilnosti. Ljudi su već u očajnom stanju".

Putin u posljednje vrijeme daje sve od sebe kako bi se držao podalje od očiju javnosti, čime pojačava glasine o svom fizičkom zdravlju i mentalnom stanju.

"Ako do kraja mjeseca ne održi govor o stanju nacije, to bi mogao biti znak da se kotači ne vrte kako bi trebali. Nepojavljivanje na Staru godinu, kad ruski predsjednik tradicionalno pozdravlja svoj narod u televizijskom govoru, bilo bi nezamislivo", dodala je Šulman.

Putina je posjetio specijalista za maligne bolesti 35 puta u četiri godine, navodi se u izvješću The Projecta, oporbene web stranice koju je Kremlj zabranio. U travnju je Putina liječilo nekoliko liječnika, uključujući onkologa koji se specijalizirao za rak štitnjače. Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin mogao bi pobjeći u Južnu Ameriku ako bi postojala ozbiljna prijetnja da će ga svrgnuti s vlasti.

Bivši pisac Putinovih govora i neovisni politički analitičar Abas Galjamov tvrdi kako postoji plan kodnog imena "Noina arka" u slučaju da Rusija izgubi rat. Ruski predsjednik tad bi utočište mogao pronaći u Argentini ili Venezueli, prenosi Jutarnji.

"Putinova pratnja nije isključila mogućnost da će on izgubiti rat, biti lišen vlasti i prisiljen hitno se nekamo evakuirati", napisao je Galjamov na društvenoj mreži Telegram.

Pozivajući se na izvore bliske Kremlju, Galjamov dalje tvrdi kako aranžmane za mogući Putinov bijeg u Venezuelu nadzire Igor Sečin, čelnik državne naftne kompanije Rosneft i jedan od Putinovih najbližih saveznika. Sečin je također blizak s Nicolásom Madurom, predsjednikom Venezuele.

Putinov najuži krug u planu je imao i Kinu, ali je na kraju odlučio odustati od tog prijedloga jer Peking prezire "gubitnike", napisao je bivši pisac govora u Kremlju.

Brojni nacisti, uključujući Josefa Mengelea, SS liječnika poznatog kao "Anđeo smrti", pobjegli su u Južnu Ameriku kako bi izbjegli suđenje za zločine koje su počinili.

Mark Galeotti, britanski stručnjak za Kremlj, uzeo je ove navode sa zrnom soli, s obzirom na to da Galjamov trenutačno živi u Izraelu.

"Pitam se kako je mogao dobiti pristup strogo povjerljivim stvarima. Ali takve se stvari događaju. Informacije cure", rekao je Galeotti u svom podcastu "In Moscow‘s Shadows". Također je primijetio da je Galjamov, ako je govorio istinu, možda doveo svoj izvor u opasnost.

Planove oko mogućeg bijega iz Rusije raspirila je nedavna izjava da Putin ove godine neće sudjelovati na tradicionalnoj hokejaškoj utakmici na Crvenom trgu s odabranom grupom saveznika i tjelohranitelja.

Prije nekoliko dana otkazana je Putinova godišnja konferencija za novinare i njegov godišnji "razgovor s narodom" - sesija pitanja i odgovora koja traje i više od četiri sata. Putinovi savjetnici navodno su zabrinuti da će se predsjednik suočiti s nizom neugodnih pitanja javnosti o ratu koji trenutačno baš i ne ide dobro za Rusiju.

Putin bi također mogao preskočiti govor o stanju nacije. Prema ruskom Ustavu, predsjednik je dužan jednom godišnje osobno podnijeti izvještaj parlamentu.

Međutim, Kremlj kaže kako je moguće da će obraćanje predsjednika biti odgođeno do sljedeće godine. Dmitrij Peskov, Putinov glasnogovornik, nije objasnio razloge otkazivanja.

"Sve ovo izgleda pomalo sumnjivo", rekla je za britanski Times ruska politologinja Ekaterina Šulman. "Svi ovi događaji nužni su za osjećaj stabilnosti. Ljudi su već u očajnom stanju".

Putin u posljednje vrijeme daje sve od sebe kako bi se držao podalje od očiju javnosti, čime pojačava glasine o svom fizičkom zdravlju i mentalnom stanju.

"Ako do kraja mjeseca ne održi govor o stanju nacije, to bi mogao biti znak da se kotači ne vrte kako bi trebali. Nepojavljivanje na Staru godinu, kad ruski predsjednik tradicionalno pozdravlja svoj narod u televizijskom govoru, bilo bi nezamislivo", dodala je Šulman.

Putina je posjetio specijalista za maligne bolesti 35 puta u četiri godine, navodi se u izvješću The Projecta, oporbene web stranice koju je Kremlj zabranio. U travnju je Putina liječilo nekoliko liječnika, uključujući onkologa koji se specijalizirao za rak štitnjače. U srpnju, tijekom posjeta Iranu, ruski je predsjednik viđen kako šepa i izbjegava prebaciti težinu na desnu nogu.

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin mogao bi pobjeći u Južnu Ameriku ako bi postojala ozbiljna prijetnja da će ga svrgnuti s vlasti.

Bivši pisac Putinovih govora i neovisni politički analitičar Abas Galjamov tvrdi kako postoji plan kodnog imena "Noina arka" u slučaju da Rusija izgubi rat. Ruski predsjednik tad bi utočište mogao pronaći u Argentini ili Venezueli, prenosi Jutarnji.

"Putinova pratnja nije isključila mogućnost da će on izgubiti rat, biti lišen vlasti i prisiljen hitno se nekamo evakuirati", napisao je Galjamov na društvenoj mreži Telegram.
