Mladić (22), koji je pod utjecajem alkohola skrivio prometnu nesreću početkom travnja na ulicama švicarskog Berna, želio je prevariti policiju pa je nakon izazivanja nesreće popio još litru alkohola kako bi mogao tvrditi da je alkohol konzumirao nakon izazivanja nesreće.
Kako pišu švicarski mediji, a prenosi Fenix magazin, mladić je prevelikom brzinom vozio automobil ulicama Mühleturnen (okrug Bern-Mittelland), izgubio je kontrolu nad vozilom, udario u kamen, potom vozilom srušio pregradu i zabio se u zid kuće. Nakon toga je pobjegao.
Kad je došao doma, poduzeo je neobičnu mjeru kako bi prikrio da je alkohol konzumirao prije izazivanja nesreće. U sat i pol je popio cijelu litru Becherovke, rakije s 38 posto alkohola.
Ovakvim ponašanjem, koje se u stručnom žargonu naziva i “Nachtrunk”, osoba koja je skrivila nesreću kasnije može tvrditi da je pila tek nakon nesreće. Osim toga, takav postupak bi trebao onemogućiti mjerenje alkohola od strane policije.
– Čovjek je doveo život u opasnost i riskirao akutnu srčanu disfunkciju, respiratorni zastoj, gubitak svijesti i povraćanje, što je u kombinaciji moglo dovesti do njegove smrti, rekla je Ruth Rihs iz Bernske zdravstvene zaklade. Prema njezinim riječima, 22-godišnjak je bi s tom količinom alkohola mogao imati 4,5 i 5 promila alkohola u krvi.
Jutro nakon nesreće Državno odvjetništvo je 22-godišnjaka pozvalo na vađenje krvi i davanje urina, ali se on nije pojavio.
Ipak, određena mu je uvjetna kazna i mora platiti 2.520 švicarskih franaka.

Konzumacija alkohola do koje dolazi nakon upravnog prekršaja ili kaznenog djela u cestovnom prometu u Njemačkoj se naziva “Nachtrunk”.
Kako bi izbjegli moguće kazne za vožnju pod utjecajem alkohola, neki vozači nastavljaju i nakon izazivanja nesreće pa tvrde da su alkohol konzumirali tek nakon prekršaja. Međutim, forenzičko vještačenje često može utvrditi govore li istinu ili se žele zaštiti. Testovima krvi ili tzv. analizama popratnih supstanci često se može medicinski utvrditi kada je alkohol konzumiran, prenose njemački mediji.

Mladić (22), koji je pod utjecajem alkohola skrivio prometnu nesreću početkom travnja na ulicama švicarskog Berna, želio je prevariti policiju pa je nakon izazivanja nesreće popio još litru alkohola kako bi mogao tvrditi da je alkohol konzumirao nakon izazivanja nesreće.
Kako pišu švicarski mediji, a prenosi Fenix magazin, mladić je prevelikom brzinom vozio automobil ulicama Mühleturnen (okrug Bern-Mittelland), izgubio je kontrolu nad vozilom, udario u kamen, potom vozilom srušio pregradu i zabio se u zid kuće. Nakon toga je pobjegao.
Kad je došao doma, poduzeo je neobičnu mjeru kako bi prikrio da je alkohol konzumirao prije izazivanja nesreće. U sat i pol je popio cijelu litru Becherovke, rakije s 38 posto alkohola.
Ovakvim ponašanjem, koje se u stručnom žargonu naziva i “Nachtrunk”, osoba koja je skrivila nesreću kasnije može tvrditi da je pila tek nakon nesreće. Osim toga, takav postupak bi trebao onemogućiti mjerenje alkohola od strane policije.
