Manje je poznato da je film preminuloga Veljka Bulajića "Bitka na Neretvi", skupi ratni spektakl s međunarodnim glumačkim zvijezdama, skoro završio pred Sudom u Strasbourgu.

Naime, redatelj Adis Bakrač, tadašnji direktor Filmskog centra Sarajevo, 2013. godine najavio je tužbu protiv Veljka Bulajića zbog navodnog prisvajanja filma "Bitka na Neretvi".

Bakrač se navodno odlučio na taj potez kada je Bulajić film nazvao hrvatskim ostvarenjem, uprkos tome što je na njemu radilo više država Jugoslavije. Kako je Filmski centar Sarajevo tada tvrdio, protiv Bulajića se dizala tužba zbog nezakonitog prisvajanja filma "Bitka na Neretvi", kao i nezakonite prodaje tog filma i filma "Kozara".

Film "Bitka na Neretvi" koji je četiri desetljeća najčešće označavan kao jugoslovenski, i službeno je pripao hrvatskoj kinematografiji, potvrdili su svojevremeno "Jadran film" i redatelj Veljko Bulajić pa se na međunarodnoj sceni prikazivao kao hrvatski film, piše Blic.

Bakrač je tvrdio da je "Bitka na Neretvi" bosansko-hercegovački film snimljen u produkciji "Bosna filma" iz Sarajeva 1969. godine, dodavši kako je riječ o međunarodnome projektu s više producenata, od kojih je dio bio okupljen u Udružene jugoslovenske producente.

Redatelj Bulajić imao je drugačije mišljenje.

- Uz konzultaciju s pravnim službama i komisijom UNESCO-a, kao autor sam odlučio da se ovo djelo tretira kao film hrvatske kinematografije. Redatelj, pisac scenarija, scenograf... najodgovornija mjesta na snimanju filma zauzimali su Hrvati. Svuda u svijetu "Bitka na Neretvi" se najnormalnije tretira kao hrvatski autorski film. Moram podsjetiti ljude iz Filmskog centra Sarajevo da je ratno ministarstvo kulture u Mostaru potpuno izvan zakona predalo prava tko zna kome, o čemu će istinu utvrditi Sud u Strasbourgu. Gospoda iz Filmskog centra Sarajevo su u ogromnoj zabludi jer je "Bitka na Neretvi" nastala u koprodukciji "Jadran filma", "Bosna filma" i "Radne zajednice - Bitka na Neretvi". Kasnije su međunarodnu koprodukciju podržale po jedna njemačka, američka i talijanska producentska kuća. Prihodi od filma trebaju se ravnopravno dijeliti na tri dijela, objasnio je Bulajić 2013. godine.

Tadašnji predsjednik uprave "Jadran filma" Vinko Grubišić tvrdio je da njihovi potezi ne znače "svojatanje filma".

Bosansko-hercegovački redatelj Haris Pašović smatrao je pak da je "Bitka na Neretvi" jugoslavenski film i da su Bulajićevi potezi motivirani korištenjem filmova proizvedenih u Jugoslaviji, dok je redatelj Pjer Žalica rekao da se radi o "ishitrenoj i neutemeljenoj odluci iza koje stoji namera da se film prodaje".

Manje je poznato da je film preminuloga Veljka Bulajića "Bitka na Neretvi", skupi ratni spektakl s međunarodnim glumačkim zvijezdama, skoro završio pred Sudom u Strasbourgu.

Naime, redatelj Adis Bakrač, tadašnji direktor Filmskog centra Sarajevo, 2013. godine najavio je tužbu protiv Veljka Bulajića zbog navodnog prisvajanja filma "Bitka na Neretvi".

Bakrač se navodno odlučio na taj potez kada je Bulajić film nazvao hrvatskim ostvarenjem, uprkos tome što je na njemu radilo više država Jugoslavije. Kako je Filmski centar Sarajevo tada tvrdio, protiv Bulajića se dizala tužba zbog nezakonitog prisvajanja filma "Bitka na Neretvi", kao i nezakonite prodaje tog filma i filma "Kozara".

Film "Bitka na Neretvi" koji je četiri desetljeća najčešće označavan kao jugoslovenski, i službeno je pripao hrvatskoj kinematografiji, potvrdili su svojevremeno "Jadran film" i redatelj Veljko Bulajić pa se na međunarodnoj sceni prikazivao kao hrvatski film, piše Blic.

Bakrač je tvrdio da je "Bitka na Neretvi" bosansko-hercegovački film snimljen u produkciji "Bosna filma" iz Sarajeva 1969. godine, dodavši kako je riječ o međunarodnome projektu s više producenata, od kojih je dio bio okupljen u Udružene jugoslovenske producente.

Redatelj Bulajić imao je drugačije mišljenje.

- Uz konzultaciju s pravnim službama i komisijom UNESCO-a, kao autor sam odlučio da se ovo djelo tretira kao film hrvatske kinematografije. Redatelj, pisac scenarija, scenograf... najodgovornija mjesta na snimanju filma zauzimali su Hrvati. Svuda u svijetu "Bitka na Neretvi" se najnormalnije tretira kao hrvatski autorski film. Moram podsjetiti ljude iz Filmskog centra Sarajevo da je ratno ministarstvo kulture u Mostaru potpuno izvan zakona predalo prava tko zna kome, o čemu će istinu utvrditi Sud u Strasbourgu. Gospoda iz Filmskog centra Sarajevo su u ogromnoj zabludi jer je "Bitka na Neretvi" nastala u koprodukciji "Jadran filma", "Bosna filma" i "Radne zajednice - Bitka na Neretvi". Kasnije su međunarodnu koprodukciju podržale po jedna njemačka, američka i talijanska producentska kuća. Prihodi od filma trebaju se ravnopravno dijeliti na tri dijela, objasnio je Bulajić 2013. godine.

Tadašnji predsjednik uprave "Jadran filma" Vinko Grubišić tvrdio je da njihovi potezi ne znače "svojatanje filma".

Bosansko-hercegovački redatelj Haris Pašović smatrao je pak da je "Bitka na Neretvi" jugoslavenski film i da su Bulajićevi potezi motivirani korištenjem filmova proizvedenih u Jugoslaviji, dok je redatelj Pjer Žalica rekao da se radi o "ishitrenoj i neutemeljenoj odluci iza koje stoji namera da se film prodaje".
