Početkom kolovoza članovi obitelji ubijene djece u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar" podnijeli su privatnu tužbu protiv dječaka ubojice (14) i njegovih roditelja za naknadu nematerijalne štete, a kako doznaje Nova.rs, jedna obitelj podigla je tužbu protiv države, dok je druga oštećena obitelj tužila i Osnovnu školu "Vladislav Ribnikar".

Kako je za Nova.rs potvrđeno, tužba je podignuta u parničnom postupku za naknadu nematerijalne štete.

Ranije su tužbu podnijeli i članovi obitelji ubijenog protiv roditelja maloljetnog K.K., a tužitelja je ukupno 27.

Ocu su ranije određene privremene mjere zabrane raspolaganja imovinom u kaznenom postupku, a prema majci u parničnom postupku.

- Tužba je podignuta radi naknade nematerijalne štete za pretrpljene duševne boli zbog smrti bliske osobe, kao i za pretrpljeni strah. Također, ovom tužbom zatražena je novčana renta, odnosno buduća isplata određenog novčanog iznosa od dana donošenja presude pa dok za to postoje uvjeti – na ime buduće nematerijalne štete za duševne pretrpljene boli zbog smrti bliske osobe, rečeno je ranije.

Podsjetimo, protiv majke dječaka ubojice već je podignuta tužba. Tužila su je četiri člana obitelji jedne od žrtava pucnjave u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar". Zatražili su odštetu od oko 300.000 eura.

Ocu i majci dječaka ubojice privremeno je zabranjeno raspolaganje nekretninama i novcem. To je ranije usvojio Viši sud u Beogradu na prijedlog obitelji ubijenih u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar". No, radi se samo o privremenom rješenju, kojim se žele "osigurati" sredstva za isplatu odštete obiteljima stradalih za smrt njihovih najmilijih, zaključuje Nova.rs.

Početkom kolovoza članovi obitelji ubijene djece u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar" podnijeli su privatnu tužbu protiv dječaka ubojice (14) i njegovih roditelja za naknadu nematerijalne štete, a kako doznaje Nova.rs, jedna obitelj podigla je tužbu protiv države, dok je druga oštećena obitelj tužila i Osnovnu školu "Vladislav Ribnikar".

Kako je za Nova.rs potvrđeno, tužba je podignuta u parničnom postupku za naknadu nematerijalne štete.

Ranije su tužbu podnijeli i članovi obitelji ubijenog protiv roditelja maloljetnog K.K., a tužitelja je ukupno 27.

Ocu su ranije određene privremene mjere zabrane raspolaganja imovinom u kaznenom postupku, a prema majci u parničnom postupku.

- Tužba je podignuta radi naknade nematerijalne štete za pretrpljene duševne boli zbog smrti bliske osobe, kao i za pretrpljeni strah. Također, ovom tužbom zatražena je novčana renta, odnosno buduća isplata određenog novčanog iznosa od dana donošenja presude pa dok za to postoje uvjeti – na ime buduće nematerijalne štete za duševne pretrpljene boli zbog smrti bliske osobe, rečeno je ranije.

Podsjetimo, protiv majke dječaka ubojice već je podignuta tužba. Tužila su je četiri člana obitelji jedne od žrtava pucnjave u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar". Zatražili su odštetu od oko 300.000 eura.

Ocu i majci dječaka ubojice privremeno je zabranjeno raspolaganje nekretninama i novcem. To je ranije usvojio Viši sud u Beogradu na prijedlog obitelji ubijenih u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar". No, radi se samo o privremenom rješenju, kojim se žele "osigurati" sredstva za isplatu odštete obiteljima stradalih za smrt njihovih najmilijih, zaključuje Nova.rs.

Roditelji djece stradale u masakru u Beogradu tuže školu, ali i Republiku Srbiju

Početkom kolovoza članovi obitelji ubijene djece u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar" podnijeli su privatnu tužbu protiv dječaka ubojice (14) i njegovih roditelja za naknadu nematerijalne štete, a kako doznaje Nova.rs, jedna obitelj podigla je tužbu protiv države, dok je druga oštećena obitelj tužila i Osnovnu školu "Vladislav Ribnikar".

Kako je za Nova.rs potvrđeno, tužba je podignuta u parničnom postupku za naknadu nematerijalne štete.

Ranije su tužbu podnijeli i članovi obitelji ubijenog protiv roditelja maloljetnog K.K., a tužitelja je ukupno 27.

Ocu su ranije određene privremene mjere zabrane raspolaganja imovinom u kaznenom postupku, a prema majci u parničnom postupku.

- Tužba je podignuta radi naknade nematerijalne štete za pretrpljene duševne boli zbog smrti bliske osobe, kao i za pretrpljeni strah. Također, ovom tužbom zatražena je novčana renta, odnosno buduća isplata određenog novčanog iznosa od dana donošenja presude pa dok za to postoje uvjeti – na ime buduće nematerijalne štete za duševne pretrpljene boli zbog smrti bliske osobe, rečeno je ranije.

Podsjetimo, protiv majke dječaka ubojice već je podignuta tužba. Tužila su je četiri člana obitelji jedne od žrtava pucnjave u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar". Zatražili su odštetu od oko 300.000 eura.

Ocu i majci dječaka ubojice privremeno je zabranjeno raspolaganje nekretninama i novcem. To je ranije usvojio Viši sud u Beogradu na prijedlog obitelji ubijenih u Osnovnoj školi "Vladislav Ribnikar". No, radi se samo o privremenom rješenju, kojim se žele "osigurati" sredstva za isplatu odštete obiteljima stradalih za smrt njihovih najmilijih, zaključuje Nova.rs.
