Tek desetak dana nakon što je banjolučki gradonačelnik Draško Stanivuković zadraškao nacionalni ponos najavom gradnje velikoga spomenika Vojsci Republike Srpske došla je 30. obljetnica Dana bijelih vrpci koja na slikoviti, ali izrazito mučan način podsjeća na dio onoga što su činile ta vojska i snage bosanskih Srba.

Naime 31. svibnja 1992. vlasti bosanskih Srba u Prijedoru putem Radija Prijedor objavile su zapovijed da nesrpsko stanovništvo mora obilježiti svoje kuće bijelim zastavama ili plahtama te da pri izlasku iz kuća moraju staviti bijele vrpce oko rukava. Ako to ne naprave, poručili su vlastodršci, snosit će teške posljedice.

Snage bosanskih Srba između 26. i 30. svibnja otvorili su logore Keraterm, Omarska i Trnopolje sa svrhom ostvarenja krvavog plana etničkog čišćenja u kojem je ubijeno 3.176 osoba, među kojima 102 djece.

"Bijele vrpce su, prema mišljenju mnogih, bile jasan znak i namjera da se u Prijedoru počini genocid jer se na vidljiv način obilježila cijela grupa ljudi kako bi se istrijebila i prognala s jednog područja. Zločinci koji su ubijali, mučili, silovali i palili u Prijedoru su osuđeni na više od 800 godina zatvora, a pojedini su osuđeni i po dva i čak tri puta. Pred Sudom BiH i dalje se vode procesi za ratne zločine u ovom gradu. I danas su se Prijedorčani, cijela Bosna i Hercegovina i svijet prisjetili toga strašnog i sramotnog dana, ali bez simbolične mirne šetnje kroz Prijedor jer je tako odlučio načelnik lokalne policije, piše Klix.ba.

kad neće republika srpska, hoće kanada

Danas je objavljeno da je u Kanadi pokrenuta inicijativa za priznavanje Svjetskog dana bijelih vrpca, s namjerom institucionalizacije kulture sjećanja na genocid u Prijedoru. Dan bijelih vrpca obilježen je u Ottawi, Torontu, Hamiltonu,Windsoru i u školama bosanskog jezika u Kanadi.

Inicijativu za to službeno je pokrenuo Kanadski parlament, posebno zastupnik Brian Masse. On je podsjetio da je od toga datuma pa do krja rata gotovo 31.000 ljudi bilo zatočeno u logorima, a 53.000 je bilo prisiljeno pobjeći, izvještava N1 BiH.

"Frustrirane općinske vlasti Prijedora nikada nisu javno priznale djela tadašnjih fašističkih vlasti i odale pokajanje za patnje kroz koje su prošle na hiljade Bošnjaka i Hrvata, te pružile ruku pomirenja i pokajanja. Prijedorski Bošnjaci i Hrvati su i dalje poniženi građani drugog reda. Istovremeno se Prijedorom slobodno šetaju ratni zločinci zauzimajući pozicije u lokalnoj vlasti. Dozvoljavaju se skupovi fašističkih grupa protiv kojih su se Prijedorčani i svi antifašisti borili u Drugom svjetskom ratu, a žrtvama zabranjuje pravo na sjećanje, istinu i pravdu. Niko nema pravo žrtvama genocida zabranjivati sjećanje na zločin. U Prijedoru je izdan ljudski rod – i ta izdaja još traje. S ponosom nosimo bijele trake i tako svjedočimo da preživjele žrtve nisu same, da se njihov glas čuje u Kanadi. Danas više nikome u Kanadi ne morate objašnjavati što je počinjeno u Prijedoru", poručili su iz Instituta za istraživanje genocida Kanada, prenosi N1BiH.

Nažalost, ono što se čini jasno Kanađanima, kao i svim normalnim ljudima u svijetu, ne čini se jasnim vlastima bosanskih Srba. Lakše se suočiti s gradnjom velikih spomenika i zalagateljima za jedinstvenu i demokratsku Bosnu i Hercegovinu nego sa zločinima koje se počinili pripadnici vlastitog entiteta. Koji tako - neosuđeni i neizolirani, najčešće moćni, pa i ugledni - bacaju ljagu i na druge neokaljane pripadnike zajednice.

Tek desetak dana nakon što je banjolučki gradonačelnik Draško Stanivuković zadraškao nacionalni ponos najavom gradnje velikoga spomenika Vojsci Republike Srpske došla je 30. obljetnica Dana bijelih vrpci koja na slikoviti, ali izrazito mučan način podsjeća na dio onoga što su činile ta vojska i snage bosanskih Srba.

Naime 31. svibnja 1992. vlasti bosanskih Srba u Prijedoru putem Radija Prijedor objavile su zapovijed da nesrpsko stanovništvo mora obilježiti svoje kuće bijelim zastavama ili plahtama te da pri izlasku iz kuća moraju staviti bijele vrpce oko rukava. Ako to ne naprave, poručili su vlastodršci, snosit će teške posljedice.

Snage bosanskih Srba između 26. i 30. svibnja otvorili su logore Keraterm, Omarska i Trnopolje sa svrhom ostvarenja krvavog plana etničkog čišćenja u kojem je ubijeno 3.176 osoba, među kojima 102 djece.

"Bijele vrpce su, prema mišljenju mnogih, bile jasan znak i namjera da se u Prijedoru počini genocid jer se na vidljiv način obilježila cijela grupa ljudi kako bi se istrijebila i prognala s jednog područja. Zločinci koji su ubijali, mučili, silovali i palili u Prijedoru su osuđeni na više od 800 godina zatvora, a pojedini su osuđeni i po dva i čak tri puta. Pred Sudom BiH i dalje se vode procesi za ratne zločine u ovom gradu. I danas su se Prijedorčani, cijela Bosna i Hercegovina i svijet prisjetili toga strašnog i sramotnog dana, ali bez simbolične mirne šetnje kroz Prijedor jer je tako odlučio načelnik lokalne policije, piše Klix.ba.

Danas je objavljeno da je u Kanadi pokrenuta inicijativa za priznavanje Svjetskog dana bijelih vrpca, s namjerom institucionalizacije kulture sjećanja na genocid u Prijedoru. Dan bijelih vrpca obilježen je u Ottawi, Torontu, Hamiltonu,Windsoru i u školama bosanskog jezika u Kanadi.

Inicijativu za to službeno je pokrenuo Kanadski parlament, posebno zastupnik Brian Masse. On je podsjetio da je od toga datuma pa do krja rata gotovo 31.000 ljudi bilo zatočeno u logorima, a 53.000 je bilo prisiljeno pobjeći, izvještava N1 BiH.

"Frustrirane općinske vlasti Prijedora nikada nisu javno priznale djela tadašnjih fašističkih vlasti i odale pokajanje za patnje kroz koje su prošle na hiljade Bošnjaka i Hrvata, te pružile ruku pomirenja i pokajanja. Prijedorski Bošnjaci i Hrvati su i dalje poniženi građani drugog reda. Istovremeno se Prijedorom slobodno šetaju ratni zločinci zauzimajući pozicije u lokalnoj vlasti. Dozvoljavaju se skupovi fašističkih grupa protiv kojih su se Prijedorčani i svi antifašisti borili u Drugom svjetskom ratu, a žrtvama zabranjuje pravo na sjećanje, istinu i pravdu. Niko nema pravo žrtvama genocida zabranjivati sjećanje na zločin. U Prijedoru je izdan ljudski rod – i ta izdaja još traje. S ponosom nosimo bijele trake i tako svjedočimo da preživjele žrtve nisu same, da se njihov glas čuje u Kanadi. Danas više nikome u Kanadi ne morate objašnjavati što je počinjeno u Prijedoru", poručili su iz Instituta za istraživanje genocida Kanada, prenosi N1BiH.

Nažalost, ono što se čini jasno Kanađanima, kao i svim normalnim ljudima u svijetu, ne čini se jasnim vlastima bosanskih Srba. Lakše se suočiti s gradnjom velikih spomenika i zalagateljima za jedinstvenu i demokratsku Bosnu i Hercegovinu nego sa zločinima koje se počinili pripadnici vlastitog entiteta. Koji tako - neosuđeni i neizolirani, najčešće moćni, pa i ugledni - bacaju ljagu i na druge neokaljane pripadnike zajednice.
