Pomoćnik zapovjednika banjalučke Policijske postaje Obilićevo Budimir Popović nesebičnim pothvatom jutros je spasio ženu koja je skočila u hladni Vrbas i tako u svoju karijeru upisao još jedan humani čin kojim je sačuvao ljudski život.

Taj hrabri policajac u svojoj karijeri od 25 godina spasio je više života. Od jedne osobe oteo je bombu kako ne bi ubila sebe i druge, a drugu je spriječio da iz pištolja pobije mladiće s kojima se zavadio.

Popović je za "Glas Srpske" kazao da je sretan i jako ponosan na sebe što je uspio spasiti ženu iz Vrbasa te skromno dodao da mu je to svakako posao, prenosi portal Buka.

Ispričao je da je oko šest sati ujutro prijavljeno da žena hoće skočiti u Vrbas s Rebrovačkog mosta u Banjaluci.

- Odmah smo organizirali patrole, a u međuvremenu je javljeno da je žena već skočila. Odmah sam sjeo u vozilo i krenuo prema restoranu "Sidro" jer sam pretpostavio da bi je voda tu mogla donijeti te počeo pretraživati teren - rekao je Popović.

Istaknuo je da je bilo jako mračno pa je pretraga bila otežana, ali da tu nije našao ništa.

- Pretraživao sam metar po metar obale više od 50 minuta. Dok sam preko telefona pričao sa zapovjednikom kako ću otići još dalje, gdje se Vrbas nakon otoka spaja začuo sam neki uzdah. Krenuo sam prema mjestu odakle sam čuo zvuk i uočio sam ženu crvene kose - rekao je Popović.

Dodao je da je Vrbas tu bio visok, a žena bliže drugoj obali pa je on otrčao do vozila te otišao do Toplane i prešao preko mosta.

- Preskočio sam ogradu mosta i dotrčao do vode gdje je nesretna žena bila zakačena za panj. Izvukao sam je iz vode i bila je sva promrzla, a davala je znakove života. Ubrzo su stigle kolege i služba hitne pomoći i odvezli su je. Srećom, kako sam čuo, sada je ona stabilno i dobro - kazao je Popović.

Hrabri policajac u svojoj karijeri ima više nesebičnih akcija spašavanja. On je 2006. godine zajedno s kolegom sudjelovao u akciji svladavanja Banjalučanina koji je pucao na okupljene mladiće ispred njegove zgrade. Osim toga 2016. godine tijekom redovnog obilaska terena u blizini jednog ugostiteljskog objekta u Banja Luci od jedne osobe je oteo bombu s izvađenim osiguračem i tako ga spriječio da je aktivira. Također je 2017. godine sudjelovao u spašavanju žene koja je pokušala skočiti u Vrbas kod tvrđave Kastel, piše Glas Srpske, a prenosi portal Buka.

Pomoćnik zapovjednika banjalučke Policijske postaje Obilićevo Budimir Popović nesebičnim pothvatom jutros je spasio ženu koja je skočila u hladni Vrbas i tako u svoju karijeru upisao još jedan humani čin kojim je sačuvao ljudski život.

Taj hrabri policajac u svojoj karijeri od 25 godina spasio je više života. Od jedne osobe oteo je bombu kako ne bi ubila sebe i druge, a drugu je spriječio da iz pištolja pobije mladiće s kojima se zavadio.

Popović je za "Glas Srpske" kazao da je sretan i jako ponosan na sebe što je uspio spasiti ženu iz Vrbasa te skromno dodao da mu je to svakako posao, prenosi portal Buka.

Ispričao je da je oko šest sati ujutro prijavljeno da žena hoće skočiti u Vrbas s Rebrovačkog mosta u Banjaluci.

- Odmah smo organizirali patrole, a u međuvremenu je javljeno da je žena već skočila. Odmah sam sjeo u vozilo i krenuo prema restoranu "Sidro" jer sam pretpostavio da bi je voda tu mogla donijeti te počeo pretraživati teren - rekao je Popović.

Istaknuo je da je bilo jako mračno pa je pretraga bila otežana, ali da tu nije našao ništa.

- Pretraživao sam metar po metar obale više od 50 minuta. Dok sam preko telefona pričao sa zapovjednikom kako ću otići još dalje, gdje se Vrbas nakon otoka spaja začuo sam neki uzdah. Krenuo sam prema mjestu odakle sam čuo zvuk i uočio sam ženu crvene kose - rekao je Popović.

Dodao je da je Vrbas tu bio visok, a žena bliže drugoj obali pa je on otrčao do vozila te otišao do Toplane i prešao preko mosta.

- Preskočio sam ogradu mosta i dotrčao do vode gdje je nesretna žena bila zakačena za panj. Izvukao sam je iz vode i bila je sva promrzla, a davala je znakove života. Ubrzo su stigle kolege i služba hitne pomoći i odvezli su je. Srećom, kako sam čuo, sada je ona stabilno i dobro - kazao je Popović.

Hrabri policajac u svojoj karijeri ima više nesebičnih akcija spašavanja. On je 2006. godine zajedno s kolegom sudjelovao u akciji svladavanja Banjalučanina koji je pucao na okupljene mladiće ispred njegove zgrade. Osim toga 2016. godine tijekom redovnog obilaska terena u blizini jednog ugostiteljskog objekta u Banja Luci od jedne osobe je oteo bombu s izvađenim osiguračem i tako ga spriječio da je aktivira. Također je 2017. godine sudjelovao u spašavanju žene koja je pokušala skočiti u Vrbas kod tvrđave Kastel, piše Glas Srpske, a prenosi portal Buka.
