NOVO 19:15 Policija u Šapcu je uhitila M.G. (72) iz mjesta Ćukovine, kod koje je na pazaru šestero ljudi kupilo pečurke kojima se otrovalo.
Određeno joj je policijsko zadržavanje od 48 sati i bit će saslušana u Osnovnom javnom tužiteljstvu u Šapcu, saznaje Telegraf.
Policija joj je oduzela i određenu količinu gljiva koje će dalje biti ispitane.

Sedam osoba iz Šapca je u ponedjeljak ujutro primljeno na liječenje u Centar za kontrolu trovanja na Vojnomedicinskoj akademiji u Beogradu, javlja Mondo.rs. Na liječenju je ostalo njih šest.
U bolnicu su se javili nakon što su konzumirali gljive kupljene na tržnici, a koje nisu bile predviđene za konzumaciju.
- Simptomi su u početku blagi, povraćanje, proljev i mogu se pojaviti i tek nakon 10 sati od konzumiranja tih gljiva. U Šapcu je terapija odgođena, jer nije bio jasan uzrok simptoma. Kako se javljalo sve više ljudi s istim i sličnim simptomima, ustanovljeno je da je uzrok trovanje gljivama kupljenim na tržnici Živinarnik - rekao je medijima član obitelji jedne od otrovanih osoba.
Gljive su kupljene kod neovlaštenog prodavača, a bile su polomljene i pomiješane zbog čega je bilo teško utvrditi o kojim je točno vrstama riječ.
O stanju pacijenata oglasili su se i iz bolnice.
- Zaprimljena je 57-godišnja žena iz Šapca sa znakovima amanitinskog (faloidinskog) sindroma u teškom stanju, s izraženim gastrointestinalnim tegobama i 100-postotnim povećanjem jetrenih enzima. Zaprimljena je i četveročlana obitelj iz Šapca sa znakovima amanitin (phalloidin) sindrom, svi sa gastrointestinalnim tegobama i lezijom jetre. Odmah su započete mjere intenzivnog liječenja, uključujući mjere ekstrakorporealne detoksikacije, hepatoprotektivne mjere, N-acetil cistein i druge simptomatske i potporne mjere. Ženska osoba iz Beograda ima gastrointestinalni sindroma i boljeg je općeg stanja - kazali su iz bolnice.
Podsjetimo, samo kemijskom provjerom se može utvrditi jesu li gljive otrovne ili ne, ali postoji i nekoliko narodnih trikova pomoću kojih se može utvrditi jesu li gljive prikladne za jelo. Naime, ako se gljive teško gule ili jako potamne prilikom kuhanja, to bi moglo značiti da su otrovne kao i ako za vrijeme kuhanja riži daju intenzivnu žutu boju.
Pod pojmom otrovne gljive podrazumijevaju se sve one vrste koje u organizmu izazivaju patološke promjene i oštećenja organa. Neke izazivaju blage reakcije kao što su bolovi u trbuhu, mučnina, povraćanje ili alergijske reakcije koje su prolazne, ali postoji i jedan broj vrsta koje izazivaju mnogo ozbiljnija oštećenja i smrt, zaključuje Mondo.

Policija joj je oduzela i određenu količinu gljiva koje će dalje biti ispitane.

Sedam osoba iz Šapca je u ponedjeljak ujutro primljeno na liječenje u Centar za kontrolu trovanja na Vojnomedicinskoj akademiji u Beogradu, javlja Mondo.rs. Na liječenju je ostalo njih šest.
U bolnicu su se javili nakon što su konzumirali gljive kupljene na tržnici, a koje nisu bile predviđene za konzumaciju.
- Simptomi su u početku blagi, povraćanje, proljev i mogu se pojaviti i tek nakon 10 sati od konzumiranja tih gljiva. U Šapcu je terapija odgođena, jer nije bio jasan uzrok simptoma. Kako se javljalo sve više ljudi s istim i sličnim simptomima, ustanovljeno je da je uzrok trovanje gljivama kupljenim na tržnici Živinarnik - rekao je medijima član obitelji jedne od otrovanih osoba.
Gljive su kupljene kod neovlaštenog prodavača, a bile su polomljene i pomiješane zbog čega je bilo teško utvrditi o kojim je točno vrstama riječ.
O stanju pacijenata oglasili su se i iz bolnice.
- Zaprimljena je 57-godišnja žena iz Šapca sa znakovima amanitinskog (faloidinskog) sindroma u teškom stanju, s izraženim gastrointestinalnim tegobama i 100-postotnim povećanjem jetrenih enzima. Zaprimljena je i četveročlana obitelj iz Šapca sa znakovima amanitin (phalloidin) sindrom, svi sa gastrointestinalnim tegobama i lezijom jetre. Odmah su započete mjere intenzivnog liječenja, uključujući mjere ekstrakorporealne detoksikacije, hepatoprotektivne mjere, N-acetil cistein i druge simptomatske i potporne mjere. Ženska osoba iz Beograda ima gastrointestinalni sindroma i boljeg je općeg stanja - kazali su iz bolnice.
Podsjetimo, samo kemijskom provjerom se može utvrditi jesu li gljive otrovne ili ne, ali postoji i nekoliko narodnih trikova pomoću kojih se može utvrditi jesu li gljive prikladne za jelo. Naime, ako se gljive teško gule ili jako potamne prilikom kuhanja, to bi moglo značiti da su otrovne kao i ako za vrijeme kuhanja riži daju intenzivnu žutu boju.
Pod pojmom otrovne gljive podrazumijevaju se sve one vrste koje u organizmu izazivaju patološke promjene i oštećenja organa. Neke izazivaju blage reakcije kao što su bolovi u trbuhu, mučnina, povraćanje ili alergijske reakcije koje su prolazne, ali postoji i jedan broj vrsta koje izazivaju mnogo ozbiljnija oštećenja i smrt, zaključuje Mondo.
