Dvadesetak dana nakon izbora na kojima je po prvi put u 30 godina stranka Mila Đukanovića izgubila većinu, danas točno u podne počinje konstituirajuća sjednica crnogorskog parlamenta.

Koji sat prije, političkim kuloarima u Podgorici pronio se glas kako će sjednica crnogorske Skupštine najvjerojatnije biti prekinuta odmah nakon što se potvrde zastupnički mandati, pošto tri koalicije koje imaju većinu nisu uspjele postići dogovor oko izbora predsjednika parlamenta, ali ni o mandataru i drugim ključnim funkcijama.

U poslovniku postoji mogućnost da se predsjednika Skupštine nominira i prije samog početka zasjedanja, no upućeni govore kako je za to mala šansa nakon burne noći u kojoj su se ključni partneri razišli i posvađali prije nego su se usuglasili oko temeljnih kadrovskih rješenja.

Premda je prethodno bila postignuta suglasnost između koalicija „Za budućnost Crne Gore“, „Mir je naša nacija“ i „Crno na bijelo“ da savez koji predvode Demokrati dobije mjesto šefa parlamenta, sve je palo u vodu na sinoćnjem sastanku u manastiru Ostrog koji je vođen uz posredovanje mitropolita Srpske pravoslavne crkve u Crnoj Gori Amfilohija Radovića.

Razgovori budućih partnera su propali, da stvar bude ljepša, jer se prosrpska koalicija koju je na izborima predvodio Zdravko Krivokapić pobunila upravo protiv njega,  svog čelnog čovjeka, kao budućeg mandatara.

Tražili su prije da demantira glasine kako je postigao dogovor s Dritanom Abazovićem da će se prosrpski političari odreći svih ključnih represivnih resora u vladi, jer su zapadne sile i NATO navodno tražile takvo izuzeće za rusofile.

Balkan je već vidio svakakvih političkih i demokratskih izopačenja, ali da se ključni predizborni sastanak o budućoj vladi organizira u manastiru pod pastirskom palicom mitropolita i njegovih popova, te da se na istom stranke neke koalicije pobune protiv imenovanja svog vlastitog čovjeka na čelo buduće vlade zasad je presedan i na ovim prostorima. Uvod u konstituiranje parlamenta i nove vlade u Crnoj Gori jamči iznimnu političku zabavu dovoljno udaljenim promatračima.

Dvadesetak dana nakon izbora na kojima je po prvi put u 30 godina stranka Mila Đukanovića izgubila većinu, danas točno u podne počinje konstituirajuća sjednica crnogorskog parlamenta.

Koji sat prije, političkim kuloarima u Podgorici pronio se glas kako će sjednica crnogorske Skupštine najvjerojatnije biti prekinuta odmah nakon što se potvrde zastupnički mandati, pošto tri koalicije koje imaju većinu nisu uspjele postići dogovor oko izbora predsjednika parlamenta, ali ni o mandataru i drugim ključnim funkcijama.

U poslovniku postoji mogućnost da se predsjednika Skupštine nominira i prije samog početka zasjedanja, no upućeni govore kako je za to mala šansa nakon burne noći u kojoj su se ključni partneri razišli i posvađali prije nego su se usuglasili oko temeljnih kadrovskih rješenja.

Premda je prethodno bila postignuta suglasnost između koalicija „Za budućnost Crne Gore“, „Mir je naša nacija“ i „Crno na bijelo“ da savez koji predvode Demokrati dobije mjesto šefa parlamenta, sve je palo u vodu na sinoćnjem sastanku u manastiru Ostrog koji je vođen uz posredovanje mitropolita Srpske pravoslavne crkve u Crnoj Gori Amfilohija Radovića.

Razgovori budućih partnera su propali, da stvar bude ljepša, jer se prosrpska koalicija koju je na izborima predvodio Zdravko Krivokapić pobunila upravo protiv njega,  svog čelnog čovjeka, kao budućeg mandatara.

Tražili su prije da demantira glasine kako je postigao dogovor s Dritanom Abazovićem da će se prosrpski političari odreći svih ključnih represivnih resora u vladi, jer su zapadne sile i NATO navodno tražile takvo izuzeće za rusofile.

Balkan je već vidio svakakvih političkih i demokratskih izopačenja, ali da se ključni predizborni sastanak o budućoj vladi organizira u manastiru pod pastirskom palicom mitropolita i njegovih popova, te da se na istom stranke neke koalicije pobune protiv imenovanja svog vlastitog čovjeka na čelo buduće vlade zasad je presedan i na ovim prostorima. Uvod u konstituiranje parlamenta i nove vlade u Crnoj Gori jamči iznimnu političku zabavu dovoljno udaljenim promatračima.

Dvadesetak dana nakon izbora na kojima je po prvi put u 30 godina stranka Mila Đukanovića izgubila većinu, danas točno u podne počinje konstituirajuća sjednica crnogorskog parlamenta.

Koji sat prije, političkim kuloarima u Podgorici pronio se glas kako će sjednica crnogorske Skupštine najvjerojatnije biti prekinuta odmah nakon što se potvrde zastupnički mandati, pošto tri koalicije koje imaju većinu nisu uspjele postići dogovor oko izbora predsjednika parlamenta, ali ni o mandataru i drugim ključnim funkcijama.

U poslovniku postoji mogućnost da se predsjednika Skupštine nominira i prije samog početka zasjedanja, no upućeni govore kako je za to mala šansa nakon burne noći u kojoj su se ključni partneri razišli i posvađali prije nego su se usuglasili oko temeljnih kadrovskih ...
