Oftalmologinja Valentina Đorđević, zaposlena u Specijalnoj bolnici za plućne bolesti "Ozren" u srpskoj Sokobanji, propisala je svom suprugu lijek ivermektin kao terapiju za koronavirus, prenosi Nova.rs.

Recept je, bez odobrenja nadležnih, sama sastavila i odnijela u jednu apoteku u Nišu, gdje su joj "nabavili" medikament, koji je u Srbiji zabranjen za liječenje Covida-19. Povodom ovog slučaja jučer je u bolnici obavljen izvanredni inspekcijski nadzor, a ravnateljica ustanove kaže da će kolegica biti strogo kažnjena.

- Bila sam u šoku kad sam čula da je kolegica Đorđević sama liječila svog muža, i to ivermektinom. Ne mogu vjerovati da je zloupotrijebila formular bolnice, jer je na liječničkom izvještaju s našim logom, propisala ivermektin i s tim otišla u ljekarnu. Ona se raspitivala u ljekarnama u Nišu gdje bi mogla kupiti lijek, pa je pronašla jednu u kojoj su ga nabavili, a predala im je liječnički izvještaj, tako da imaju pokriće - objasnila je za portal Nova.rs doktorica Gordana Antonijević, ravnateljica Specijalne bolnice za plućne bolesti "Ozren" u Sokobanji.

- Doktorica Valentina je oftalmolog, nije pulmolog, i nema pravo propisivati lijekove za upalu pluća pacijentu oboljelom od koronavirusa, pa iako je u pitanju njezin suprug, to je bilo veoma rizično i neodgovorno - naglasila je doktorica Antonijević, pneumofiziolog. 

- Ivermektin smije propisati dermatolog za ljude ili veterinar za životinje i nitko drugi. Ne mogu shvatiti zašto nije supruga dovela kod nekog od pulmologa, a radi u bolnici za plućne bolesti i mogao ga je čitav tim ljudi liječiti prema protokolu. Vjerojatno je mislila da će znati sama, jer je od nas svih ovih godina slušala kako se tretira upala pluća, pa je smatrala da je nepotrebno smjestiti ga u bolnicu. Vjerujem da nije imala zlu namjeru, da se uplašila za njegov život, ali ovako se nešto nikad više ne smije ponoviti - rekla je ravnateljica bolnice.

Suprug doktorice Đorđević je deset dana u studenom imao visoku temperaturu, a regularne terapije mu nisu pomagale, pa se liječnica odlučila za oblik terapije koji u našoj zemlji nije odobren za liječenje infekcije koronavirusom.

- Ispričala nam je tek nedavno da je bio dugo pod temperaturom i s teškom upalom pluća. Uplašila se da se neće izboriti s bolešću, nije znala kako da mu pomogne. Čitala je komentare i brojne tekstove o ivermektinu, kako se liječe pacijenti u Indiji, pa se ponadala da će taj lijek pomoći. Naravno, do lijeka se ne može doći svuda i tek tako, a kako je ona liječnica u bolnici za plućne bolesti, iskoristila je naš službeni formular za izvještaje. Doktorica Đorđević je inače odličan oftalmolog, veliki je stručnjak za svoje područje, zato ne znam što joj se dogodilo da ovako postupi - kaže doktorica Antonijević.

Iako se ovaj slučaj dogodio krajem prošle godine, inspekcija Ministarstva zdravlja u bolnici je tek jučer izvršila izvanredni nadzor.

- Bila je inspektorica, a doktorica Valentina je napisala izvještaj u kojem objašnjava zašto je propisala ivermektin, kako je došla do lijeka i navela je da ga je koristila za osobnu upotrebu, privatno, da nema veze sa bolnicom. Bit će žestoko kažnjena jer su ovakve stvari nedopustive, a izvršit ćemo temeljnu unutarnju kontrolu. Obeshrabruje saznanje da je ovakvih slučajeva mnogo, ne samo u Nišu, već i u drugim gradovima Srbije, gdje liječnici zloupotrebljavaju izvještaje ustanova u kojima rade, kako bi nabavljali nedozvoljene lijekove - rekla je ravnateljica za portal Nova.rs.

Oftalmologinja Valentina Đorđević, zaposlena u Specijalnoj bolnici za plućne bolesti "Ozren" u srpskoj Sokobanji, propisala je svom suprugu lijek ivermektin kao terapiju za koronavirus, prenosi Nova.rs.

Recept je, bez odobrenja nadležnih, sama sastavila i odnijela u jednu apoteku u Nišu, gdje su joj "nabavili" medikament, koji je u Srbiji zabranjen za liječenje Covida-19. Povodom ovog slučaja jučer je u bolnici obavljen izvanredni inspekcijski nadzor, a ravnateljica ustanove kaže da će kolegica biti strogo kažnjena.

- Bila sam u šoku kad sam čula da je kolegica Đorđević sama liječila svog muža, i to ivermektinom. Ne mogu vjerovati da je zloupotrijebila formular bolnice, jer je na liječničkom izvještaju s našim logom, propisala ivermektin i s tim otišla u ljekarnu. Ona se raspitivala u ljekarnama u Nišu gdje bi mogla kupiti lijek, pa je pronašla jednu u kojoj su ga nabavili, a predala im je liječnički izvještaj, tako da imaju pokriće - objasnila je za portal Nova.rs doktorica Gordana Antonijević, ravnateljica Specijalne bolnice za plućne bolesti "Ozren" u Sokobanji.

- Doktorica Valentina je oftalmolog, nije pulmolog, i nema pravo propisivati lijekove za upalu pluća pacijentu oboljelom od koronavirusa, pa iako je u pitanju njezin suprug, to je bilo veoma rizično i neodgovorno - naglasila je doktorica Antonijević, pneumofiziolog. 

- Ivermektin smije propisati dermatolog za ljude ili veterinar za životinje i nitko drugi. Ne mogu shvatiti zašto nije supruga dovela kod nekog od pulmologa, a radi u bolnici za plućne bolesti i mogao ga je čitav tim ljudi liječiti prema protokolu. Vjerojatno je mislila da će znati sama, jer je od nas svih ovih godina slušala kako se tretira upala pluća, pa je smatrala da je nepotrebno smjestiti ga u bolnicu. Vjerujem da nije imala zlu namjeru, da se uplašila za njegov život, ali ovako se nešto nikad više ne smije ponoviti - rekla je ravnateljica bolnice.

Suprug doktorice Đorđević je deset dana u studenom imao visoku temperaturu, a regularne terapije mu nisu pomagale, pa se liječnica odlučila za oblik terapije koji u našoj zemlji nije odobren za liječenje infekcije koronavirusom.

- Ispričala nam je tek nedavno da je bio dugo pod temperaturom i s teškom upalom pluća. Uplašila se da se neće izboriti s bolešću, nije znala kako da mu pomogne. Čitala je komentare i brojne tekstove o ivermektinu, kako se liječe pacijenti u Indiji, pa se ponadala da će taj lijek pomoći. Naravno, do lijeka se ne može doći svuda i tek tako, a kako je ona liječnica u bolnici za plućne bolesti, iskoristila je naš službeni formular za izvještaje. Doktorica Đorđević je inače odličan oftalmolog, veliki je stručnjak za svoje područje, zato ne znam što joj se dogodilo da ovako postupi - kaže doktorica Antonijević.

Iako se ovaj slučaj dogodio krajem prošle godine, inspekcija Ministarstva zdravlja u bolnici je tek jučer izvršila izvanredni nadzor.

- Bila je inspektorica, a doktorica Valentina je napisala izvještaj u kojem objašnjava zašto je propisala ivermektin, kako je došla do lijeka i navela je da ga je koristila za osobnu upotrebu, privatno, da nema veze sa bolnicom. Bit će žestoko kažnjena jer su ovakve stvari nedopustive, a izvršit ćemo temeljnu unutarnju kontrolu. Obeshrabruje saznanje da je ovakvih slučajeva mnogo, ne samo u Nišu, već i u drugim gradovima Srbije, gdje liječnici zloupotrebljavaju izvještaje ustanova u kojima rade, kako bi nabavljali nedozvoljene lijekove - rekla je ravnateljica za portal Nova.rs.

Oftalmologinja Valentina Đorđević, zaposlena u Specijalnoj bolnici za plućne bolesti "Ozren" u srpskoj Sokobanji, propisala je svom suprugu lijek ivermektin kao terapiju za koronavirus, prenosi Nova.rs.

Recept je, bez odobrenja nadležnih, sama sastavila i odnijela u jednu apoteku u Nišu, gdje su joj "nabavili" medikament, koji je u Srbiji zabranjen za liječenje Covida-19. Povodom ovog slučaja jučer je u bolnici obavljen izvanredni inspekcijski nadzor, a ravnateljica ustanove kaže da će kolegica biti strogo kažnjena.

- Bila sam u šoku kad sam čula da je kolegica Đorđević sama liječila svog muža, i to ivermektinom. Ne mogu vjerovati da je zloupotrijebila formular bolnice, jer je na liječničkom izvještaju s našim logom, propisala ivermektin i s tim otišla u ljekarnu. Ona se raspi...
