Zamjenik predsjednika Vijeća romske nacionalne manjine Grada Zagreba Jasmin Bajrić pozvao je u ponedjeljak kandidate za zagrebačkog gradonačelnika da u svojoj kampanji ne zloupotrebljavaju Rome te ne šire stereotipe i predrasude, posebno prozivajući Vesnu Škare Ožbolt.  

- Pojedini kandidati manipuliraju najsiromašnijima u društvu, a sve u svrhu vlastitih političkih ambicija- poručio je Bajrić na konferenciji za novinare.

Vijeće romske nacionalne manjine predstavilo je i Otvoreno pismo kojim reagiraju na objavu kandidatkinje Vesne Škare Ožbolt na facebook profilu 18. travnja uz videozapis poručivši joj da "Romi nisu na prodaju, nisu marionete za skupljanje političkih bodova".

Naveli su kako izjava Škare Ožbolt "da su joj Romi sa Žitnjaka rekli da ih obilaze ljudi iz izbornog stožera Jelene Pavičić Vukičević i daju 200 kuna u zamjenu za potpis potpore kandidaturi potiče ono najgore za romsku zajednicu, a to je širenje stereotipa i predrasuda o Romima.

U pismu navode i kako je problem prikazan videozapisom na lokaciji Požarine-Struge jedan od zadnjih koje imaju u Zagrebu takvog tipa te im je u planu njegovo rješavanje tijekom ovog mandata s obzirom na to da u suradnji s Gradom sustavno rješavaju problem stanovanja već dugi niz godina.

Navode i kako su Romi uvijek bili žrtve raznih velikih stranaka, a empatija pojedinih kandidata prema Romima, da je iskrena, bila bi pokazana u vrijeme kad se moglo puno toga učiniti za romsku zajednicu dok su bili dio izvršne vlasti. 

Istaknuli su i kako Vijeće romske nacionalne manjine Grada Zagreba već 18 godina "izvrsno surađuje s Gradom Zagrebom".

- Gradska skupština donijela je dva ključna strateška dokumenta za pripadnike romske nacionalne manjine - 2012. Odluku o Stipendiji Grada Zagreba za učenike i studente pripadnike romske nacionalne manjine te u ožujku 2013. Akcijski plan Grada Zagreba za provedbu Nacionalne strategije za uključivanje Roma od 2013. do 2020.", naveli su. Grad Zagreb je, kažu,  time postao prvi grad u RH koji je donio svoj Akcijski plan za poboljšanje položaja pripadnika romske nacionalne manjine i tako omogućio da se prvi put Nacionalna strategija spusti s državne na lokalnu razinu, što je i najbitniji preduvjet za sustavno rješavanje problema- ističu u Vijeću.

Kažu da je kandidatkinja za gradonačelnicu Zagreba i aktualna obnašateljica dužnosti gradonačelnika Zagreba Jelena Pavičić Vukičević svih ovih godina kao predsjednica Povjerenstvo za praćenje provedbe strateških dokumenata za uključivanje Roma na području Grada Zagreba dala izniman doprinos za poboljšanje položaja pripadnika romske nacionalne manjine u svim segmentima i ove godine za jubilarni Svjetski dan Roma dobila zahvalnicu Vijeća.

- Sve ovo govori u prilog tome da nam je dosta skupljanja političkih bodova od osoba koje su do jučer okretale glavu od naših egzistencijalnih problema- poručuju iz Vijeća romske nacionalne manjine Grada Zagreba.

Zamjenik predsjednika Vijeća romske nacionalne manjine Grada Zagreba Jasmin Bajrić pozvao je u ponedjeljak kandidate za zagrebačkog gradonačelnika da u svojoj kampanji ne zloupotrebljavaju Rome te ne šire stereotipe i predrasude, posebno prozivajući Vesnu Škare Ožbolt.  

- Pojedini kandidati manipuliraju najsiromašnijima u društvu, a sve u svrhu vlastitih političkih ambicija- poručio je Bajrić na konferenciji za novinare.

Vijeće romske nacionalne manjine predstavilo je i Otvoreno pismo kojim reagiraju na objavu kandidatkinje Vesne Škare Ožbolt na facebook profilu 18. travnja uz videozapis poručivši joj da "Romi nisu na prodaju, nisu marionete za skupljanje političkih bodova".

Naveli su kako izjava Škare Ožbolt "da su joj Romi sa Žitnjaka rekli da ih obilaze ljudi iz izbornog stožera Jelene Pavičić Vukičević i daju 200 kuna u zamjenu za potpis potpore kandidaturi potiče ono najgore za romsku zajednicu, a to je širenje stereotipa i predrasuda o Romima.

U pismu navode i kako je problem prikazan videozapisom na lokaciji Požarine-Struge jedan od zadnjih koje imaju u Zagrebu takvog tipa te im je u planu njegovo rješavanje tijekom ovog mandata s obzirom na to da u suradnji s Gradom sustavno rješavaju problem stanovanja već dugi niz godina.

Navode i kako su Romi uvijek bili žrtve raznih velikih stranaka, a empatija pojedinih kandidata prema Romima, da je iskrena, bila bi pokazana u vrijeme kad se moglo puno toga učiniti za romsku zajednicu dok su bili dio izvršne vlasti. 

Istaknuli su i kako Vijeće romske nacionalne manjine Grada Zagreba već 18 godina "izvrsno surađuje s Gradom Zagrebom".

- Gradska skupština donijela je dva ključna strateška dokumenta za pripadnike romske nacionalne manjine - 2012. Odluku o Stipendiji Grada Zagreba za učenike i studente pripadnike romske nacionalne manjine te u ožujku 2013. Akcijski plan Grada Zagreba za provedbu Nacionalne strategije za uključivanje Roma od 2013. do 2020.", naveli su. Grad Zagreb je, kažu,  time postao prvi grad u RH koji je donio svoj Akcijski plan za poboljšanje položaja pripadnika romske nacionalne manjine i tako omogućio da se prvi put Nacionalna strategija spusti s državne na lokalnu razinu, što je i najbitniji preduvjet za sustavno rješavanje problema- ističu u Vijeću.

Kažu da je kandidatkinja za gradonačelnicu Zagreba i aktualna obnašateljica dužnosti gradonačelnika Zagreba Jelena Pavičić Vukičević svih ovih godina kao predsjednica Povjerenstvo za praćenje provedbe strateških dokumenata za uključivanje Roma na području Grada Zagreba dala izniman doprinos za poboljšanje položaja pripadnika romske nacionalne manjine u svim segmentima i ove godine za jubilarni Svjetski dan Roma dobila zahvalnicu Vijeća.

- Sve ovo govori u prilog tome da nam je dosta skupljanja političkih bodova od osoba koje su do jučer okretale glavu od naših egzistencijalnih problema- poručuju iz Vijeća romske nacionalne manjine Grada Zagreba.

Zamjenik predsjednika Vijeća romske nacionalne manjine Grada Zagreba Jasmin Bajrić pozvao je u ponedjeljak kandidate za zagrebačkog gradonačelnika da u svojoj kampanji ne zloupotrebljavaju Rome te ne šire stereotipe i predrasude, posebno prozivajući Vesnu Škare Ožbolt.  

- Pojedini kandidati manipuliraju najsiromašnijima u društvu, a sve u svrhu vlastitih političkih ambicija- poručio je Bajrić na konferenciji za novinare.

Vijeće romske nacionalne manjine predstavilo je i Otvoreno pismo kojim reagiraju na objavu kandidatkinje Vesne Škare Ožbolt na facebook profilu 18. travnja uz videozapis poručivši joj da "Romi nisu na prodaju, nisu marionete za skupljanje političkih bodova".

Naveli su kako izjava Škare Ožbolt "da su joj Romi sa Žitnjaka rekli da ih obilaze ljudi ...
