Lovci se pripremaju za hajku na podivljale domaće životinje, krave, junad, telad, konje i magarce na predjelu Luke, koje administrativno pripadaju gradu Opuzenu.

Po rješenju Ministarstva poljoprivrede, koje se pozvalo na članak 7. Zakona o lovstvu („Ako u lovištu slobodno žive i razmnožavaju se podivljale životinje domaćih vrsta, Ministarstvo će rješenjem, radi zaštite i očuvanja biološke i ekološke ravnoteže staništa, divljači i divlje faune i flore, odrediti način trajnog uklanjanja“) naložilo je lovovlaštenicima u ovom slučaju Lovačkom društvu Prepelica iz Opuzena i Šljuka d.o.o. Split uklanjanje životinja.

Protiv rješenja žalba nije dopuštena, ali se može pokrenuti upravni spor. Međutim, kako doznajemo upravni spor nije pokrenut pa ne postoje nikakve zapreke da se hajka provede na terenu.

Međutim, to za lovce neće biti nimalo lagan posao. Veliko je pitanje hoće li uopće i uspjeti „očistiti“ lovna područja od divljih krava, kojima još uvijek nitko ne zna točan broj. Pretpostavlja se da ih ima više od 500, a tu su i kopitari magarci i konji, istina u nešto manjem broj.

- Prvi korak je da se utvrdi brojno stanje na terenu. To ćemo pokušati u večernjim i jutarnjim satima kada goveda kreću u potragu za hranom-ističe predsjednik Lovačkog društva Prepelica iz Opuzena, Jure Kapović.

- Ta goveda se svakodnevno kreću i migriraju okolo. Danas su na jednoj lokaciji, sutra na drugoj - govori Kapović naglašavajući da će oni vršiti odstrel i provoditi hajku na svom području lovoovlaštenja, dakle na prostoru polja dok okolna brda spadaju pod ingerenciju lovoovlaštenika Šljuka d.o.o. iz Splita, koja gospodari državnim lovištem Rujnica. Pretpostavlja se da većina podivljalih goveda obitava upravo u ovom lovištu.

- Nama nije cilj ubijati životinje, ali ako nema drugog načina, a očito nema, moramo postupiti po rješenju Ministarstva poljoprivrede. Ja pozivam društva za zaštitu životinja i sve ljude dobre volje, ako mogu pohvatati životinje da ih zbrinu. Neka ih daju onima koji će se o njima brinuti pa da od njih bude neka koristi. Ali to je vjerujte mi jako teško. Goveda su podivljala i najprije bi ih trebalo pripitomiti - govori nam Kapović.

- Lovačko društvo Prepelica nema nikakva načina da ih pohvata. Jedino što mi možemo je odstrel-naglašava.

Ministarstvo je propisalo i način odstrela. Lovcima se dopušta korištenje lovačkog oružja sa užlijebljenim cijevima uz poštivanje načina uporabe lovačkog oružja i naboja: za konje, magarce i goveda najmanja dopuštena kinetička energija zrna 2500 džula, najmanja težina zrna 8,20 grama te najveća dopuštena daljina strijeljanja 200 metara. Za ovce su nešto drugačiji parametri dopuštena težina zrna je upola manja a manji je i kinetička energija zrna.

Međutim, Kapović nije baš siguran hoće li se baš sa takvim nabojem moći loviti divlje krave i bikovi, koji teže i do 800 kilograma. Manje životinje da, ovce i teleda, ali bikovi to je već mogući problem.

- Ugrožena je i sigurnost lovaca. Možete misliti što bi se dogodilo da razjareni bik od 800 kilograma trčeći u galopu ostane ranjen, pa da takav nasrne na lovce. Mora se paziti na sigurnost ljudi, rezolutan je Kapović.

Zato će se morati napraviti povišene čeke ili će se djelovati sa kamiona, jer jedino tako lovci mogu biti sigurni.

Lovci u hajku neće ići sami. Asistirat će im i policija koja će nadgledati lovno područje kako ne bi došlo do neželjenih stradavanja ljudi.

Lovci se pripremaju za hajku na podivljale domaće životinje, krave, junad, telad, konje i magarce na predjelu Luke, koje administrativno pripadaju gradu Opuzenu.

Po rješenju Ministarstva poljoprivrede, koje se pozvalo na članak 7. Zakona o lovstvu („Ako u lovištu slobodno žive i razmnožavaju se podivljale životinje domaćih vrsta, Ministarstvo će rješenjem, radi zaštite i očuvanja biološke i ekološke ravnoteže staništa, divljači i divlje faune i flore, odrediti način trajnog uklanjanja“) naložilo je lovovlaštenicima u ovom slučaju Lovačkom društvu Prepelica iz Opuzena i Šljuka d.o.o. Split uklanjanje životinja.

Protiv rješenja žalba nije dopuštena, ali se može pokrenuti upravni spor. Međutim, kako doznajemo upravni spor nije pokrenut pa ne postoje nikakve zapreke da se hajka provede na terenu.

Međutim, to za lovce neće biti nimalo lagan posao. Veliko je pitanje hoće li uopće i uspjeti „očistiti“ lovna područja od divljih krava, kojima još uvijek nitko ne zna točan broj. Pretpostavlja se da ih ima više od 500, a tu su i kopitari magarci i konji, istina u nešto manjem broj.

- Prvi korak je da se utvrdi brojno stanje na terenu. To ćemo pokušati u večernjim i jutarnjim satima kada goveda kreću u potragu za hranom-ističe predsjednik Lovačkog društva Prepelica iz Opuzena, Jure Kapović.

- Ta goveda se svakodnevno kreću i migriraju okolo. Danas su na jednoj lokaciji, sutra na drugoj - govori Kapović naglašavajući da će oni vršiti odstrel i provoditi hajku na svom području lovoovlaštenja, dakle na prostoru polja dok okolna brda spadaju pod ingerenciju lovoovlaštenika Šljuka d.o.o. iz Splita, koja gospodari državnim lovištem Rujnica. Pretpostavlja se da većina podivljalih goveda obitava upravo u ovom lovištu.

- Nama nije cilj ubijati životinje, ali ako nema drugog načina, a očito nema, moramo postupiti po rješenju Ministarstva poljoprivrede. Ja pozivam društva za zaštitu životinja i sve ljude dobre volje, ako mogu pohvatati životinje da ih zbrinu. Neka ih daju onima koji će se o njima brinuti pa da od njih bude neka koristi. Ali to je vjerujte mi jako teško. Goveda su podivljala i najprije bi ih trebalo pripitomiti - govori nam Kapović.

- Lovačko društvo Prepelica nema nikakva načina da ih pohvata. Jedino što mi možemo je odstrel-naglašava.

Ministarstvo je propisalo i način odstrela. Lovcima se dopušta korištenje lovačkog oružja sa užlijebljenim cijevima uz poštivanje načina uporabe lovačkog oružja i naboja: za konje, magarce i goveda najmanja dopuštena kinetička energija zrna 2500 džula, najmanja težina zrna 8,20 grama te najveća dopuštena daljina strijeljanja 200 metara. Za ovce su nešto drugačiji parametri dopuštena težina zrna je upola manja a manji je i kinetička energija zrna.

Međutim, Kapović nije baš siguran hoće li se baš sa takvim nabojem moći loviti divlje krave i bikovi, koji teže i do 800 kilograma. Manje životinje da, ovce i teleda, ali bikovi to je već mogući problem.

- Ugrožena je i sigurnost lovaca. Možete misliti što bi se dogodilo da razjareni bik od 800 kilograma trčeći u galopu ostane ranjen, pa da takav nasrne na lovce. Mora se paziti na sigurnost ljudi, rezolutan je Kapović.

Zato će se morati napraviti povišene čeke ili će se djelovati sa kamiona, jer jedino tako lovci mogu biti sigurni.

Lovci u hajku neće ići sami. Asistirat će im i policija koja će nadgledati lovno područje kako ne bi došlo do neželjenih stradavanja ljudi.
