Umirovljeni general Slavko Barić za Tportal je komentirao moguću obuku ukrajinskog osoblja u Hrvatskoj koju Milanović ne podržava i kazao kako Hrvatska nije neutralna u ratu Rusije protiv Ukrajine i da treba pružiti ruku pomoći.
‘Ukrajina kontinuirano mobilizira i popunjava svoje snage i problem im je obavljati temeljnu, a pogotovo specijalističku obuku na njihovom teritoriju jer se cijela zemlja nalazi na udaru bombardiranja - raketnih, topničkih i napada pomoću dronova. Nema sigurnosnih uvjeta za obuku na ukrajinskom teritoriju i logično je da se ona dijelom obavi izvan zemlje jer se i do sada dio ukrajinskih snaga, kada su u pitanju oprema i naoružanje, obučavao u Poljskoj, Velikoj Britaniji i još nekim državama‘, misli umirovljeni general.
Istaknuo je da Hrvatska nije neutralna kada je u pitanju rat između Ukrajine i Rusije.
‘Opredijelila se da je na strani Ukrajine i ako je potrebno pomoći, onda smatram da Hrvatska ima resurse i može pomoći u obuci manjih ukrajinskih snaga‘, kazao je Barić.
Pojasnio je da se plan za obuku ukrajinskih vojnika u zemljama Europske unije još uvijek nalazi na razini inicijative, a prema onome što se zna, u zemljama Europske unije obučilo bi se 15 tisuća pripadnika ukrajinske vojske u sljedeće dvije godine.
‘Hrvatska je dio toga poola i treba pomoći. Imamo dobru vojnu infrastrukturu, instruktore, obučavatelje, pogotovo kada je u pitanju niža razina obuke vođa, zapovjednika desetina, pa i samih vojnika, jer su naši dočasnici dosegnuli izuzetno visoku razinu sposobnosti. Treba vidjeti kakvi će biti zahtjevi i što će od toga Hrvatska prihvatiti ili ne prihvatiti‘, poručuje Barić.
Napominje da je ovdje riječ o generalnoj odluci, a sada realizacija treba ići dalje.
‘Kako vidimo, predsjednik je protiv toga da dolaze ukrajinski vojnici, međutim, postoji mogućnost da organiziramo timove, kao što smo radili u Afganistanu, te da naši instruktori odu u kampove u kojima će se održavati obuka Ukrajinaca. Vidim da su Češka i Slovačka već odobrile zahtjev, da su skandinavske zemlje načelno pristale obučavati. Znači postoji i takva mogućnost da naši timovi instruktora odlaze na teren ili da ovdje primimo dio ukrajinskih snaga‘, ocjenjuje umirovljeni general Hrvatske vojske.
Barić kaže da se malo iznenadio time što je predsjednik a priori protiv obučavanja Ukrajinaca u Hrvatskoj, a da još uvijek nemamo nikakvih informacija što to konkretno znači.
‘Ne mora to uopće značiti da će kod nas biti obuke, postoje veće države, bolje opremljene i osposobljene. Smatram da mu je motiv, po onome što sam mogao razabrati, da na taj način štiti Hrvatsku, ali, kažem, mi nismo neutralni, naša službena politika je jasno na strani Ukrajine‘, naveo je Barić za Tportal. Pogotovo ne zna zašto je tako brzo reagirao.
‘Može kada skupi sve informacije reći da ima određenih primjedbi ili ne, a ne ovako, a priori, odbaciti svaku mogućnost da se izvrši takva obuka‘, kaže Barić.
Napomenuo je da Hrvatska službeno još nije ni javila da se ta obuka obavlja kod nas.
‘Službeno su se javile Njemačka, Poljska, Slovačka, Belgija, Nizozemska. Hrvatska je službeno odredila da je spremna, međutim tek će se vidjeti što to znači. Mehanizam nije službeno uspostavljen. Uskoro će se napraviti plan pa će se ponuditi određenom broju zemalja u kojima bi ta odluka mogla ići‘, zaključio je Barić, piše Tportal.

Umirovljeni general Slavko Barić za Tportal je komentirao moguću obuku ukrajinskog osoblja u Hrvatskoj koju Milanović ne podržava i kazao kako Hrvatska nije neutralna u ratu Rusije protiv Ukrajine i da treba pružiti ruku pomoći.
‘Ukrajina kontinuirano mobilizira i popunjava svoje snage i problem im je obavljati temeljnu, a pogotovo specijalističku obuku na njihovom teritoriju jer se cijela zemlja nalazi na udaru bombardiranja - raketnih, topničkih i napada pomoću dronova. Nema sigurnosnih uvjeta za obuku na ukrajinskom teritoriju i logično je da se ona dijelom obavi izvan zemlje jer se i do sada dio ukrajinskih snaga, kada su u pitanju oprema i naoružanje, obučavao u Poljskoj, Velikoj Britaniji i još nekim državama‘, misli umirovljeni general.
Istaknuo je da Hrvatska nije neutralna kada je u pitanju rat između Ukrajine i Rusije.
‘Opredijelila se da je na strani Ukrajine i ako je potrebno pomoći, onda smatram da Hrvatska ima resurse i može pomoći u obuci manjih ukrajinskih snaga‘, kazao je Barić.
Pojasnio je da se plan za obuku ukrajinskih vojnika u zemljama Europske unije još uvijek nalazi na razini inicijative, a prema onome što se zna, u zemljama Europske unije obučilo bi se 15 tisuća pripadnika ukrajinske vojske u sljedeće dvije godine.
‘Hrvatska je dio toga poola i treba pomoći. Imamo dobru vojnu infrastrukturu, instruktore, obučavatelje, pogotovo kada je u pitanju niža razina obuke vođa, zapovjednika desetina, pa i samih vojnika, jer su naši dočasnici dosegnuli izuzetno visoku razinu sposobnosti. Treba vidjeti kakvi će biti zahtjevi i što će od toga Hrvatska prihvatiti ili ne prihvatiti‘, poručuje Barić.
Napominje da je ovdje riječ o generalnoj odluci, a sada realizacija treba ići dalje.
‘Kako vidimo, predsjednik je protiv toga da dolaze ukrajinski vojnici, međutim, postoji mogućnost da organiziramo timove, kao što smo radili u Afganistanu, te da naši instruktori odu u kampove u kojima će se održavati obuka Ukrajinaca. Vidim da su Češka i Slovačka već odobrile zahtjev, da su skandinavske zemlje načelno pristale obučavati. Znači postoji i takva mogućnost da naši timovi instruktora odlaze na teren ili da ovdje primimo dio ukrajinskih snaga‘, ocjenjuje umirovljeni general Hrvatske vojske.
Barić kaže da se malo iznenadio time što je predsjednik a priori protiv obučavanja Ukrajinaca u Hrvatskoj, a da još uvijek nemamo nikakvih informacija što to konkretno znači.
‘Ne mora to uopće značiti da će kod nas biti obuke, postoje veće države, bolje opremljene i osposobljene. Smatram da mu je motiv, po onome što sam mogao razabrati, da na taj način štiti Hrvatsku, ali, kažem, mi nismo neutralni, naša službena politika je jasno na strani Ukrajine‘, naveo je Barić za Tportal. Pogotovo ne zna zašto je tako brzo reagirao.
‘Može kada skupi sve informacije reći da ima određenih primjedbi ili ne, a ne ovako, a priori, odbaciti svaku mogućnost da se izvrši takva obuka‘, kaže Barić.
Napomenuo je da Hrvatska službeno još nije ni javila da se ta obuka obavlja kod nas.
‘Službeno su se javile Njemačka, Poljska, Slovačka, Belgija, Nizozemska. Hrvatska je službeno odredila da je spremna, međutim tek će se vidjeti što to znači. Mehanizam nije službeno uspostavljen. Uskoro će se napraviti plan pa će se ponuditi određenom broju zemalja u kojima bi ta odluka mogla ići‘, zaključio je Barić, piše Tportal.
