Dojava o bombama u Avenue Mallu, Arena centru i Family Mallu došla je e-mailom. U tijeku je kriminalističko istraživanje kako bi se otkrio počinitelj, kaže za Jutarnji list Zvonimir Petrović, voditelj Službe općeg kriminaliteta PU Zagrebačke, te napominje kako u interesu istrage ne može otkrivati više pojedinosti.

Ali, policija ima neke svoje procjene što bi se moglo kriti iza učestalih dojava o bombama u protekla tri vikenda, koje su se, nasreću, pokazale lažnima.

- Skloniji smo mišljenju da su dojave o bombama u trgovačkim centrima plod bolesne mašte i avanturizma, a ne dio nekog hibridnog rata. Međutim, što je stvarni motiv, moći ćemo reći tak kad otkrijemo onoga tko šalje te dojave. Pratimo sve što se događa i u regiji na tom području i surađujemo s policijama susjednih država. Policija ima jasno razrađene protokole postupanja kod takvih dojava, i to ne samo za trgovačke centre. Kad se zaprimi dojava, odmah se upućuje najbliža policijska ophodnja, stupa u kontakt s odgovornom osobom. Odluka o tome hoće li se isprazniti trgovački centar ili ne na odgovornim je osobama, ali policija može izdati i zapovijed da se isprazni trgovački centar. U 99 posto dojava odgovorne osobe odlučivale su da se isprazni trgovački centar - kaže Petrović.

Sigurnost građana je na prvom mjestu, kaže, ali policija i savjetuje odgovorne za sigurnost u trgovačkim centrima kako da se ponašaju u slučaju takvih dojava.

Do prije godinu dana lažne dojave o bombama bile su najčešće pozivi putem telefona (sa sakrivenog broja, telefonske govornice, a ponekad i putem interneta) na odabranu centralu institucije, i zbog toga su se evakuirali sudovi diljem zemlje, škole i ugostiteljski objekti. A u posljednje vrijeme zaredala su se pisana lažna upozorenja o podmetnutim eksplozivnim napravama u trgovačkim centrima u Zagrebu i Zagrebačkoj županiji. Time je dodatno stavljena na kušnju operativa hrvatske policije i tajnih službi jer je vrlo teško locirati pošiljatelja kad je e-mail poslan s neke strane domene, kažu upućeni u problematiku.

Statistike o lažnim dojavama ove su godine porazne. Za razliku od lanjskih 27 anonimnih dojava, ove godine, zaključno s današnjim danom, kada je stigla jedna e-mail dojava za tri trgovačka centra, zabilježene su čak 24.

Trgovački centri koji imaju kvalitetno pokriven nadzor zaštitarskih i vatrogasnih službi u slučajevima lažnih dojava trpe daleko manje gubitke jer policija ponekad odluku o evakuaciji, ovisno o prethodnoj procjeni same prijetnje, prepusti sigurnosnim službama centara.

Kad je pretprošlog vikenda 11 dojava o bombama stiglo na e-mailove trgovačkih centara s ruske domene, jedini centar koji se nije evakuirao, kako doznajemo, bio je Westgate.

Marko Župa, izvršni direktor tvrtke F. O. Centering koja upravlja Westgateom kaže da se svaki dan, 24 sata u kontinuitetu, u centru provodi preventivni temeljiti nadzor.

- Svako jutro prije otvaranja centra, koji je velik 226.000 četvornih metara, zaštitari pregledavaju prostorije dostupne građanima i traže neuobičajene stvari. Inače, riječ je o pregledu koji radi i policija u slučaju dojave. Što se tiče dojave od pretprošle nedjelje, zaprimili smo email u 6.30 sati, međutim uočen je tek u 10 sati kad ga je osoba s infopulta pročitala. Obavijestili smo policiju, ali kako je zaštitarska služba, bez znanja o toj dojavi, i to jutro obavila temeljiti pregled prije otvaranja, u dogovoru s policijom nije bilo potrebe za evakuacijom. Sigurnost posjetitelja i djelatnika nam je na prvom mjestu - kaže za Jutarnji list Marko Župa.

Iz Avenue Malla, koji je zaprimio tri dojave, odgovorili su nam da se cijeli centar evakuira zbog mjera opreza, kao i politike GTC grupacije.

Rute evakuacije uvijek su prohodne te ujedno samu probnu evakuaciju održavamo jednom godišnje kako bi zaposlenici i posjetitelji koji se u tome trenutku nalaze u centru pravovremeno reagirali. Nastavno na to, održat ćemo i dodatne edukacije kako bi svi bili još više svjesni same situacije ako do nje ponovno dođe - odgovorila je Lea Spišić iz GTC grupacije.

Iz Arena centra, koji se triput u dva mjeseca našao na udaru lažne dojave, kažu da se primjenjuju sve sigurnosne procedure sukladne zakonu te su dodatno usuglašene s policijom, a po potrebi se ažuriraju.

Dr. Gordan Akrap s Instituta za istraživanje hibridnih sukoba na ovu pojavu, koja je, kako kaže, sada postala "sport", gleda u kontekstu posljedica sankcija zbog agresije na Ukrajinu.

- Ovo je samo kamenčić u pokušajima stvaranja nepovjerenja u državu i njezine institucije i pokušaj sijanja straha među stanovništvom. Ovo je dodatni razlog zašto moramo raditi na uspostavi europskog digitalnog suvereniteta i razvoju i ostvarenju koncepta domovinske sigurnosti kako bi se ojačala društvena otpornost na izazove s kojima se suočavamo i s kojima ćemo se suočavati u budućnosti - zaključuje dr. Dojava o bombama u Avenue Mallu, Arena centru i Family Mallu došla je e-mailom. U tijeku je kriminalističko istraživanje kako bi se otkrio počinitelj, kaže za Jutarnji list Zvonimir Petrović, voditelj Službe općeg kriminaliteta PU Zagrebačke, te napominje kako u interesu istrage ne može otkrivati više pojedinosti.

Ali, policija ima neke svoje procjene što bi se moglo kriti iza učestalih dojava o bombama u protekla tri vikenda, koje su se, nasreću, pokazale lažnima.

- Skloniji smo mišljenju da su dojave o bombama u trgovačkim centrima plod bolesne mašte i avanturizma, a ne dio nekog hibridnog rata. Međutim, što je stvarni motiv, moći ćemo reći tak kad otkrijemo onoga tko šalje te dojave. Pratimo sve što se događa i u regiji na tom području i surađujemo s policijama susjednih država. Policija ima jasno razrađene protokole postupanja kod takvih dojava, i to ne samo za trgovačke centre. Kad se zaprimi dojava, odmah se upućuje najbliža policijska ophodnja, stupa u kontakt s odgovornom osobom. Odluka o tome hoće li se isprazniti trgovački centar ili ne na odgovornim je osobama, ali policija može izdati i zapovijed da se isprazni trgovački centar. U 99 posto dojava odgovorne osobe odlučivale su da se isprazni trgovački centar - kaže Petrović.

Sigurnost građana je na prvom mjestu, kaže, ali policija i savjetuje odgovorne za sigurnost u trgovačkim centrima kako da se ponašaju u slučaju takvih dojava.

Do prije godinu dana lažne dojave o bombama bile su najčešće pozivi putem telefona (sa sakrivenog broja, telefonske govornice, a ponekad i putem interneta) na odabranu centralu institucije, i zbog toga su se evakuirali sudovi diljem zemlje, škole i ugostiteljski objekti. A u posljednje vrijeme zaredala su se pisana lažna upozorenja o podmetnutim eksplozivnim napravama u trgovačkim centrima u Zagrebu i Zagrebačkoj županiji. Time je dodatno stavljena na kušnju operativa hrvatske policije i tajnih službi jer je vrlo teško locirati pošiljatelja kad je e-mail poslan s neke strane domene, kažu upućeni u problematiku.

Statistike o lažnim dojavama ove su godine porazne. Za razliku od lanjskih 27 anonimnih dojava, ove godine, zaključno s današnjim danom, kada je stigla jedna e-mail dojava za tri trgovačka centra, zabilježene su čak 24.

Trgovački centri koji imaju kvalitetno pokriven nadzor zaštitarskih i vatrogasnih službi u slučajevima lažnih dojava trpe daleko manje gubitke jer policija ponekad odluku o evakuaciji, ovisno o prethodnoj procjeni same prijetnje, prepusti sigurnosnim službama centara.

Kad je pretprošlog vikenda 11 dojava o bombama stiglo na e-mailove trgovačkih centara s ruske domene, jedini centar koji se nije evakuirao, kako doznajemo, bio je Westgate.

Marko Župa, izvršni direktor tvrtke F. O. Centering koja upravlja Westgateom kaže da se svaki dan, 24 sata u kontinuitetu, u centru provodi preventivni temeljiti nadzor.

- Svako jutro prije otvaranja centra, koji je velik 226.000 četvornih metara, zaštitari pregledavaju prostorije dostupne građanima i traže neuobičajene stvari. Inače, riječ je o pregledu koji radi i policija u slučaju dojave. Što se tiče dojave od pretprošle nedjelje, zaprimili smo email u 6.30 sati, međutim uočen je tek u 10 sati kad ga je osoba s infopulta pročitala. Obavijestili smo policiju, ali kako je zaštitarska služba, bez znanja o toj dojavi, i to jutro obavila temeljiti pregled prije otvaranja, u dogovoru s policijom nije bilo potrebe za evakuacijom. Sigurnost posjetitelja i djelatnika nam je na prvom mjestu - kaže za Jutarnji list Marko Župa.

Iz Avenue Malla, koji je zaprimio tri dojave, odgovorili su nam da se cijeli centar evakuira zbog mjera opreza, kao i politike GTC grupacije.

Rute evakuacije uvijek su prohodne te ujedno samu probnu evakuaciju održavamo jednom godišnje kako bi zaposlenici i posjetitelji koji se u tome trenutku nalaze u centru pravovremeno reagirali. Nastavno na to, održat ćemo i dodatne edukacije kako bi svi bili još više svjesni same situacije ako do nje ponovno dođe - odgovorila je Lea Spišić iz GTC grupacije.

Iz Arena centra, koji se triput u dva mjeseca našao na udaru lažne dojave, kažu da se primjenjuju sve sigurnosne procedure sukladne zakonu te su dodatno usuglašene s policijom, a po potrebi se ažuriraju.

Dr. Gordan Akrap s Instituta za istraživanje hibridnih sukoba na ovu pojavu, koja je, kako kaže, sada postala "sport", gleda u kontekstu posljedica sankcija zbog agresije na Ukrajinu.

- Ovo je samo kamenčić u pokušajima stvaranja nepovjerenja u državu i njezine institucije i pokušaj sijanja straha među stanovništvom. Ovo je dodatni razlog zašto moramo raditi na uspostavi europskog digitalnog suvereniteta i razvoju i ostvarenju koncepta domovinske sigurnosti kako bi se ojačala društvena otpornost na izazove s kojima se suočavamo i s kojima ćemo se suočavati u budućnosti - zaključuje dr. Akrap za Jutarnji list.
