Svi hrvatski građani cijepljeni Sputnjikom 22 dana nakon primanja prve doze imaju pravo na EU digitalnu covid-potvrdu. Na nju imaju pravo i oni cijepljeni kineskim cjepivom, ali 22 dana nakon primanja druge doze, otkrio je jučer ministar unutarnjih poslova Davor Božinović na graničnom prijelazu Bregana, gdje je prisustvovao demonstraciji provedbe granične kontrole s pomoću digitalne covid-potvrde EU, piše Jutarnji list. 

- Dosad je izdano oko 40.000 potvrda, gotovo 90 posto putem sustava e-Građani - rekao je. Prema njegovim riječima, u ovom trenutku samo pripadnici granične policije imaju skenere za očitavanje QR koda na potvrdama.

- Kupljeno ih je 300 komada i njima su opremljeni svi naši granični prijelazi - rekao je Božinović te najavio da bi za otprilike mjesec dana trebala proraditi mobilna aplikacija pomoću koje bi svi koji je preuzmu mogli očitavati QR kod potvrde, što bi otvorilo mogućnost korištenja potvrda kao obveze za prisustvovanje različitim manifestacijama.

Prvi problemi

 

Božinović je zračio ponosom i zadovoljstvom što proces izdavanja digitalnih potvrda protječe bez ikakvih problema. No, ipak im se javljaju građani koji, unatoč uvjetima, dobivaju odgovor da potvrdu ne mogu dobiti, a pojavila su se i dodatna neodgovorena pitanja, osobito vezana uz preboljenje bolesti.

Primjerice, postavlja se pitanje moraju li se oni koji su preboljeli koronu cijepiti jedan ili dva puta ako žele prijeći granicu svoje zemlje, priznaje li se antigenski test kao dokaz o preboljenju covida-19 te hoće li se priznati cijepljenje ako je druga doza cjepiva različita od onoga koje je dobiveno u prvoj dozi. Do početka srpnja sva bi ta pitanja trebala dobiti odgovor važan za one koji namjeravaju koristiti zelenu digitalnu potvrdu.

Upravo je to razlog što će Europska komisija uskoro odlučivati o tome hoće li se kao dostatna zaštita onima koji su preboljeli covid-19 priznati samo jedna doza cjepiva. Većina zasad traži da se građani cijepe dvaput, i to cjepivom koje je odobrila Europska agencija za lijekove. Iz EK stižu informacije da bi odluka o jednom ili dva cijepljenja onih koji su preboljeli covid-19 uskoro trebala riješiti tu dvojbu.

Službeni dokaz

 

Među mogućim problemima za one koji trebaju dokaz da su bolest preboljeli u posljednjih 180 dana je i vrsta testa kojim su to dokazali. Naime, tzv. brzi antigenski testovi, bez obzira na to gdje su rađeni, i dalje se ne priznaju da bi se nekoga službeno uvrstilo u skupinu zaraženih. Za to je nužan PCR test, pa se sada pojavio problem kod onih kojima je samo antigenskim testom potvrđen covid-19.

Kako nerijetko nakon tog testa građani nisu upućivani na PCR testiranje koje je sada jedino priznato kao službeni dokaz bolesti, oni zelene potvrde ne mogu dobiti. Kako sada stvari stoje, da bi dobili potvrdu, morat će se cijepiti, i to s obje doze!

- Kao dokaz covida-19 vjerodostojan je samo PCR test. Naime, testiranje antigenskim testovima ima previše lažno pozitivnih da bi se oni mogli koristiti kao jedini dokaz o preboljenju - smatra dr. Andreja Ambriović Ristov iz Instituta "Ruđer Bošković".

DRŽAVE U REGIJI JOŠ NEMAJU POTVRDE, VEĆ POSEBNE UVJETE

Bosna i Hercegovina
Može se ući s valjanom putovnicom ili osobnom iskaznicom i nije potreban negativan PCR test.

Italija
Mora se predočiti negativan PCR ili antigenski brzi test ne stariji od 48 sati. U suprotnom, putnik mora u desetodnevnu samoizolaciju.

Mađarska
I dalje je na snazi zabrana ulaska svim stranim državljanima.

Srbija
Strancima je dopušten ulazak samo s negativnim PCR testom koji nije stariji od 48 sati.

Slovenija
Osobama iz država koje su na crvenom popisu određuje se desetodnevna karantena osim ako imaju negativan PCR test ne stariji od 48 sati, liječničku potvrdu o preboljenju korone u roku od šest mjeseci ili dokaz o cijepljenju.

Svi hrvatski građani cijepljeni Sputnjikom 22 dana nakon primanja prve doze imaju pravo na EU digitalnu covid-potvrdu. Na nju imaju pravo i oni cijepljeni kineskim cjepivom, ali 22 dana nakon primanja druge doze, otkrio je jučer ministar unutarnjih poslova Davor Božinović na graničnom prijelazu Bregana, gdje je prisustvovao demonstraciji provedbe granične kontrole s pomoću digitalne covid-potvrde EU, piše Jutarnji list. 

- Dosad je izdano oko 40.000 potvrda, gotovo 90 posto putem sustava e-Građani - rekao je. Prema njegovim riječima, u ovom trenutku samo pripadnici granične policije imaju skenere za očitavanje QR koda na potvrdama.

- Kupljeno ih je 300 komada i njima su opremljeni svi naši granični prijelazi - rekao je Božinović te najavio da bi za otprilike mjesec dana trebala proraditi mobilna aplikacija pomoću koje bi svi koji je preuzmu mogli očitavati QR kod potvrde, što bi otvorilo mogućnost korištenja potvrda kao obveze za prisustvovanje različitim manifestacijama.

Prvi problemi

 

Božinović je zračio ponosom i zadovoljstvom što proces izdavanja digitalnih potvrda protječe bez ikakvih problema. No, ipak im se javljaju građani koji, unatoč uvjetima, dobivaju odgovor da potvrdu ne mogu dobiti, a pojavila su se i dodatna neodgovorena pitanja, osobito vezana uz preboljenje bolesti.

Primjerice, postavlja se pitanje moraju li se oni koji su preboljeli koronu cijepiti jedan ili dva puta ako žele prijeći granicu svoje zemlje, priznaje li se antigenski test kao dokaz o preboljenju covida-19 te hoće li se priznati cijepljenje ako je druga doza cjepiva različita od onoga koje je dobiveno u prvoj dozi. Do početka srpnja sva bi ta pitanja trebala dobiti odgovor važan za one koji namjeravaju koristiti zelenu digitalnu potvrdu.

Upravo je to razlog što će Europska komisija uskoro odlučivati o tome hoće li se kao dostatna zaštita onima koji su preboljeli covid-19 priznati samo jedna doza cjepiva. Većina zasad traži da se građani cijepe dvaput, i to cjepivom koje je odobrila Europska agencija za lijekove. Iz EK stižu informacije da bi odluka o jednom ili dva cijepljenja onih koji su preboljeli covid-19 uskoro trebala riješiti tu dvojbu.

Službeni dokaz

 

Među mogućim problemima za one koji trebaju dokaz da su bolest preboljeli u posljednjih 180 dana je i vrsta testa kojim su to dokazali. Naime, tzv. brzi antigenski testovi, bez obzira na to gdje su rađeni, i dalje se ne priznaju da bi se nekoga službeno uvrstilo u skupinu zaraženih. Za to je nužan PCR test, pa se sada pojavio problem kod onih kojima je samo antigenskim testom potvrđen covid-19.

Kako nerijetko nakon tog testa građani nisu upućivani na PCR testiranje koje je sada jedino priznato kao službeni dokaz bolesti, oni zelene potvrde ne mogu dobiti. Kako sada stvari stoje, da bi dobili potvrdu, morat će se cijepiti, i to s obje doze!

- Kao dokaz covida-19 vjerodostojan je samo PCR test. Naime, testiranje antigenskim testovima ima previše lažno pozitivnih da bi se oni mogli koristiti kao jedini dokaz o preboljenju - smatra dr. Andreja Ambriović Ristov iz Instituta "Ruđer Bošković".

DRŽAVE U REGIJI JOŠ NEMAJU POTVRDE, VEĆ POSEBNE UVJETE

Bosna i Hercegovina
Može se ući s valjanom putovnicom ili osobnom iskaznicom i nije potreban negativan PCR test.

Italija
Mora se predočiti negativan PCR ili antigenski brzi test ne stariji od 48 sati. U suprotnom, putnik mora u desetodnevnu samoizolaciju.

Mađarska
I dalje je na snazi zabrana ulaska svim stranim državljanima.

Srbija
Strancima je dopušten ulazak samo s negativnim PCR testom koji nije stariji od 48 sati.

Slovenija
Osobama iz država koje su na crvenom popisu određuje se desetodnevna karantena osim ako imaju negativan PCR test ne stariji od 48 sati, liječničku potvrdu o preboljenju korone u roku od šest mjeseci ili dokaz o cijepljenju.

Svi hrvatski građani cijepljeni Sputnjikom 22 dana nakon primanja prve doze imaju pravo na EU digitalnu covid-potvrdu. Na nju imaju pravo i oni cijepljeni kineskim cjepivom, ali 22 dana nakon primanja druge doze, otkrio je jučer ministar unutarnjih poslova Davor Božinović na graničnom prijelazu Bregana, gdje je prisustvovao demonstraciji provedbe granične kontrole s pomoću digitalne covid-potvrde EU, piše Jutarnji list. 

- Dosad je izdano oko 40.000 potvrda, gotovo 90 posto putem sustava e-Građani - rekao je. Prema njegovim riječima, u ovom trenutku samo pripadnici granične policije imaju skenere za očitavanje QR koda na potvrdama.
