- Uhvatio me je i, kako je trostruko jači, bez problema me vratio nazad u prostoriju. Spustio je glavu i gurao ju prema meni. Sve vrijeme me navlačio i udarao otvorenim dlanom po rukama. Nisam imao kamo, da je prozor bio otvoren izletio bih van. Rekao sam mu da me pusti i da me je fizički napao, a on je odgovorio: "Ma tko te napao? Je**ti bog mater, da sam te napao satro bi te" - priča za Jutarnji Krešimir Tkalec, član upravnog odbora Vatrogasne zajednice Grada Zagreba (VZGZ), o fizičkom sukobu s drugim članom odbora Krešimirom Kompesakom do kojeg je došlo 25. kolovoza u vatrogasnoj blagovaonici.

Osim što je Kompesak u upravnom odboru VZGZ, on je i predsjednik Vijeća gradske četvrti Podsljeme u trećem mandatu, prvom u statusu nezavisnog nakon što je dvije godine tu funkciju obavljao kao član stranke Milana Bandića.

Za taj okršaj u Našičkoj 14 javnost je saznala tek dva tjedna kasnije, tijekom aktualnog sata zagrebačke skupštine, kad je Lucija Topolovec (BM 365) postavila pitanje gradonačelniku Tomislavu Tomaševiću planira li pokrenuti smjenu Krešimira Kompesaka. Na to joj je Tomašević odgovorio da govornicu koristi za unutarstranačke sukobe.

Naime, Lucija Topolovec kći je Drage Topolovca, USKOK-ova optuženika i bivšeg šefa Podsljemena, kojeg je na toj poziciji naslijedio baš Kompesak.

Do sukoba u VZGZ je došlo tijekom prijepodneva 25. kolovoza. Krešimir Tkalec ušao je, kaže, u blagovaonicu gdje su sjedili tajnik zajednice, zaposlenica, Krešimir Kompesak i Drago Ruga, zamjenik vatrogasnog zapovjednika Zagreba. Tkalec navodi kako se tamo odvijao normalan razgovor, a on je, tvrdi, nastojao ignorirati Kompesaka zbog ranijih razmirica. Kako je Tkalec predsjednik povjerenstva za informatiku VZGZ, Kompesak je s njim pokrenuo razgovor o nabavci računala. U tom trenutku prostoriju su napustili tajnik i jedna djelatnica zajednice.

- Kompesak mi se opet obratio i pitao me zašto sam na skupštini rekao da me vrijeđao. Odgovorio sam da ljudi moraju o tome znati. Zanimalo ga je zašto bi oni to trebali znati na što sam mu poručio da imaju pravo znati kako ih on laže i obmanjuje - prepričava Tkalec dodajući da ga je Kompesak potom pitao "kome ti s**eš". Zatim su se počeli prepirati o tome tko laže. Tkalec je govorio Kompesaku da laže, a ovaj je njemu ponavljao da s**e.

Sugovornik nas uvjerava da je krenuo prema izlazu jer se verbalni sukob nije stišavao, no kad je došao do vrata Kompesak ga je uhvatio i vratio u blagovaonicu. Na stolici je još sjedio Drago Ruga.

- "Nemoj, nemoj", govorio mu je Ruga, ali Kompesak me gurao prema stolu gdje je ovaj sjedio. Tad je krenuo s užasnim psovkama poput "je..m ti mater kurvinsku" i opomenuo da nikad više iz svojih kur***skih ustiju ni slučajno ne spomenem njegovo ime. Krenuo sam ponavljati da,da,da... samo kako bi me pustio. Glava mi je sve vrijeme bila dolje, pustio me i uspio sam izaći - prisjeća se Tkalec u razgovoru za Jutarnji.

Opisuje da se počeo tresti čim je došao do auta. Sjeo je, ali nije se, kaže, mogao pomaknuti. Nazvao je hitnu, policiju, odvjetnika i predsjednika VZGZ Zlatka Križanića. Policija je došla, uzela izjavu od obojice i poručila Tkalecu da nema temelja za podnošenje kaznene prijave jer je sve rekla-kazala, a on je završio na hitnom prijemu KBC-a Rebro. Na nalazu, koji je u posjedu Jutarnjeg, piše kako je vidljiv hematom u području desne podlaktice i da je vrat "blago bolan kod trapezoidnog mišića".

Odvjetnik Krešimira Tkaleca zatražio je od VZGZ-a da smijene Krešimira Kompesaka, no umjesto toga u utorak će se, na prvoj sljedećoj sjednici upravnog odbora, raspravljati o smjeni napadnutoga Krešimira Tkaleca.

- Oni sad sve pokušavaju zataškati, smjenjuju i radnicu koja je tada bila u kuhinji. Koliko sam mogao saznati, pokušat će me razriješiti. To je sudbina ljudi koji se sukobe s Kompesakom. Verbalno napada ljude i na sjednicama, a u godinu dana otkako je izabran u upravni odbor u VZGZ-u smijenjeno je ili je otišlo desetak ljudi, što iz upravnog odbora, što iz povjerenstava. Da je netko drugi napao nekoga, taj čovjek bi odmah bio smijenjen. Sada čekam osvetu i na svojem DVD-u - govori Tkalec.

S pitanjem o sukobu nazvali smo i Kompesaka. Nije htio previše pričati o događaju, tek da će više moći reći u srijedu, dan nakon skupštine, kad će imati sva potrebna izvješća nadležnih tijela i dokaze. Potvrdio je da je došlo do verbalnog okršaja, ali, tvrdi on, ne i fizičkog.

- Smatram da nije u redu da me se zbog dopisa odvjetnika povodom privatne tužbe, s činjenicama koje nisu provjerene, u obzir na skupštini proglasi nasilnikom i odmah optužuje, bez ikakvih dokaza - komentira Krešimir Kompesak.

Nadzorni odbor VZGZ sastao se prošle srijede i naložio upravnom odboru da postupe prema statutu zajednice - razriješe dužnosti Kompesaka, piše Jutarnji.

- Uhvatio me je i, kako je trostruko jači, bez problema me vratio nazad u prostoriju. Spustio je glavu i gurao ju prema meni. Sve vrijeme me navlačio i udarao otvorenim dlanom po rukama. Nisam imao kamo, da je prozor bio otvoren izletio bih van. Rekao sam mu da me pusti i da me je fizički napao, a on je odgovorio: "Ma tko te napao? Je**ti bog mater, da sam te napao satro bi te" - priča za Jutarnji Krešimir Tkalec, član upravnog odbora Vatrogasne zajednice Grada Zagreba (VZGZ), o fizičkom sukobu s drugim članom odbora Krešimirom Kompesakom do kojeg je došlo 25. kolovoza u vatrogasnoj blagovaonici.

Osim što je Kompesak u upravnom odboru VZGZ, on je i predsjednik Vijeća gradske četvrti Podsljeme u trećem mandatu, prvom u statusu nezavisnog nakon što je dvije godine tu funkciju obavljao kao član stranke Milana Bandića.

Za taj okršaj u Našičkoj 14 javnost je saznala tek dva tjedna kasnije, tijekom aktualnog sata zagrebačke skupštine, kad je Lucija Topolovec (BM 365) postavila pitanje gradonačelniku Tomislavu Tomaševiću planira li pokrenuti smjenu Krešimira Kompesaka. Na to joj je Tomašević odgovorio da govornicu koristi za unutarstranačke sukobe.

Naime, Lucija Topolovec kći je Drage Topolovca, USKOK-ova optuženika i bivšeg šefa Podsljemena, kojeg je na toj poziciji naslijedio baš Kompesak.

Do sukoba u VZGZ je došlo tijekom prijepodneva 25. kolovoza. Krešimir Tkalec ušao je, kaže, u blagovaonicu gdje su sjedili tajnik zajednice, zaposlenica, Krešimir Kompesak i Drago Ruga, zamjenik vatrogasnog zapovjednika Zagreba. Tkalec navodi kako se tamo odvijao normalan razgovor, a on je, tvrdi, nastojao ignorirati Kompesaka zbog ranijih razmirica. Kako je Tkalec predsjednik povjerenstva za informatiku VZGZ, Kompesak je s njim pokrenuo razgovor o nabavci računala. U tom trenutku prostoriju su napustili tajnik i jedna djelatnica zajednice.

- Kompesak mi se opet obratio i pitao me zašto sam na skupštini rekao da me vrijeđao. Odgovorio sam da ljudi moraju o tome znati. Zanimalo ga je zašto bi oni to trebali znati na što sam mu poručio da imaju pravo znati kako ih on laže i obmanjuje - prepričava Tkalec dodajući da ga je Kompesak potom pitao "kome ti s**eš". Zatim su se počeli prepirati o tome tko laže. Tkalec je govorio Kompesaku da laže, a ovaj je njemu ponavljao da s**e.

Sugovornik nas uvjerava da je krenuo prema izlazu jer se verbalni sukob nije stišavao, no kad je došao do vrata Kompesak ga je uhvatio i vratio u blagovaonicu. Na stolici je još sjedio Drago Ruga.

- "Nemoj, nemoj", govorio mu je Ruga, ali Kompesak me gurao prema stolu gdje je ovaj sjedio. Tad je krenuo s užasnim psovkama poput "je..m ti mater kurvinsku" i opomenuo da nikad više iz svojih kur***skih ustiju ni slučajno ne spomenem njegovo ime. Krenuo sam ponavljati da,da,da... samo kako bi me pustio. Glava mi je sve vrijeme bila dolje, pustio me i uspio sam izaći - prisjeća se Tkalec u razgovoru za Jutarnji.

Opisuje da se počeo tresti čim je došao do auta. Sjeo je, ali nije se, kaže, mogao pomaknuti. Nazvao je hitnu, policiju, odvjetnika i predsjednika VZGZ Zlatka Križanića. Policija je došla, uzela izjavu od obojice i poručila Tkalecu da nema temelja za podnošenje kaznene prijave jer je sve rekla-kazala, a on je završio na hitnom prijemu KBC-a Rebro. Na nalazu, koji je u posjedu Jutarnjeg, piše kako je vidljiv hematom u području desne podlaktice i da je vrat "blago bolan kod trapezoidnog mišića".

Odvjetnik Krešimira Tkaleca zatražio je od VZGZ-a da smijene Krešimira Kompesaka, no umjesto toga u utorak će se, na prvoj sljedećoj sjednici upravnog odbora, raspravljati o smjeni napadnutoga Krešimira Tkaleca.

- Oni sad sve pokušavaju zataškati, smjenjuju i radnicu koja je tada bila u kuhinji. Koliko sam mogao saznati, pokušat će me razriješiti. To je sudbina ljudi koji se sukobe s Kompesakom. Verbalno napada ljude i na sjednicama, a u godinu dana otkako je izabran u upravni odbor u VZGZ-u smijenjeno je ili je otišlo desetak ljudi, što iz upravnog odbora, što iz povjerenstava. Da je netko drugi napao nekoga, taj čovjek bi odmah bio smijenjen. Sada čekam osvetu i na svojem DVD-u - govori Tkalec.

S pitanjem o sukobu nazvali smo i Kompesaka. Nije htio previše pričati o događaju, tek da će više moći reći u srijedu, dan nakon skupštine, kad će imati sva potrebna izvješća nadležnih tijela i dokaze. Potvrdio je da je došlo do verbalnog okršaja, ali, tvrdi on, ne i fizičkog.

- Smatram da nije u redu da me se zbog dopisa odvjetnika povodom privatne tužbe, s činjenicama koje nisu provjerene, u obzir na skupštini proglasi nasilnikom i odmah optužuje, bez ikakvih dokaza - komentira Krešimir Kompesak.

Nadzorni odbor VZGZ sastao se prošle srijede i naložio upravnom odboru da postupe prema statutu zajednice - razriješe dužnosti Kompesaka, piše Jutarnji.
