Velika razlika u odnosu na zimu jest u tome što imamo sve više mlađih ljudi. Najmlađi pacijent na respiratoru ima 23 godine, bez značajnijih komorbiditeta. Imamo dosta pacijenata u 40-im, 50-im ili 60-im godinama, čije se stanje brzo pogorša u nekoliko dana i zahtijevaju terapiju visokim dozama kisika ili respiratorom - rekao je dr. Ivica Lukšić, ravnatelj KB-a Dubrava, gostujući u središnjem Dnevniku HTV-a.

- Možda upravo zbog dobi, ti se pacijenti oporave brže nego što je bilo ove zime, tako da srećom imamo manje mrtvih nego u prošlom valu - dodao je Lukšić.

Otkrio je kako u KB-u Dubrava bilježe kontinuirani rast bolesnika, samo u srijedu bilo ih je malo više od 280. Od toga su 52 pacijenta na respiratoru.

- Imamo četiri intenzivne jedinice, u pripremi je peta - rekao je Lukšić.

Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) u srijedu je zaključila kako se rizik od zgrušavanja krvi nakon cijepljenja AstraZenecom ne može povezati s dobi, spolom ili povijesti bolesti, no naglasila je da je to cjepivo i dalje vrijedno u borbi protiv mnogo opasnijih zdravstvenih posljedica bolesti COVID-19.

- Moramo vjerovati regulatornim agencijama i mislim da je važno da se što više ljudi cijepi. Određene reakcije na to cjepivo postoje, ali korist je, kao što kažu, puno veća - poručio je.

Lukšić smatra da će Hrvatska morati razmisliti o nabavi drugih cjepiva ako skepsa javnosti prema AstraZenecinu bude i dalje rasla.

Ravnatelj KB-a Dubrava rekao je da se i na sastanku ekspertne skupine u srijedu raspravljalo o ponovnoj aktivaciji Arene Zagreb gdje bi se smještali oboljeli od koronavirusa.

- U ovom trenutku Arena neće biti potrebna, ali sve je spremno. Imamo veliko iskustvo iz prethodnih valova i na koncu imamo dovoljan broj respiratora. U mnogim stvarima sad smo u povoljnijoj situaciji nego prije, ali i činjenica je da sve druge bolnice imaju svoje COVID odjele.

Što se tiče obustave isporuke lijekova, Lukšić je rekao kako KB Dubrava ima lijekova za određeno vrijeme.

- Ako bi kriza potrajala, sigurno bi došli u delikatnu situaciju. Imamo lijekova za još 5-6 dana. Vjerujemo da ćemo naći načina da se premosti ova situacija - poručio je Lukšić u Dnevniku HTV-a dodajući kako zasad nisu morali niti jednom pacijentu reći da nemaju lijekova za njega.

- Svjesni smo ozbiljnosti i sa svoje strane učinili smo sve što je moguće, ali problem je puno kompleksniji. Činjenica je da naš sustav treba ozbiljnu reformu. Očigledno je da ovaj način nije dobar jer sukcesivno imamo isti problem i rješavamo ga na isti način. Trebamo promijeniti paradigmu odnosa i pristupiti stvarnom restrukturiranju sustava - zaključio je Lukšić.

Velika razlika u odnosu na zimu jest u tome što imamo sve više mlađih ljudi. Najmlađi pacijent na respiratoru ima 23 godine, bez značajnijih komorbiditeta. Imamo dosta pacijenata u 40-im, 50-im ili 60-im godinama, čije se stanje brzo pogorša u nekoliko dana i zahtijevaju terapiju visokim dozama kisika ili respiratorom - rekao je dr. Ivica Lukšić, ravnatelj KB-a Dubrava, gostujući u središnjem Dnevniku HTV-a.

- Možda upravo zbog dobi, ti se pacijenti oporave brže nego što je bilo ove zime, tako da srećom imamo manje mrtvih nego u prošlom valu - dodao je Lukšić.

Otkrio je kako u KB-u Dubrava bilježe kontinuirani rast bolesnika, samo u srijedu bilo ih je malo više od 280. Od toga su 52 pacijenta na respiratoru.

- Imamo četiri intenzivne jedinice, u pripremi je peta - rekao je Lukšić.

Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA) u srijedu je zaključila kako se rizik od zgrušavanja krvi nakon cijepljenja AstraZenecom ne može povezati s dobi, spolom ili povijesti bolesti, no naglasila je da je to cjepivo i dalje vrijedno u borbi protiv mnogo opasnijih zdravstvenih posljedica bolesti COVID-19.

- Moramo vjerovati regulatornim agencijama i mislim da je važno da se što više ljudi cijepi. Određene reakcije na to cjepivo postoje, ali korist je, kao što kažu, puno veća - poručio je.

Lukšić smatra da će Hrvatska morati razmisliti o nabavi drugih cjepiva ako skepsa javnosti prema AstraZenecinu bude i dalje rasla.

Ravnatelj KB-a Dubrava rekao je da se i na sastanku ekspertne skupine u srijedu raspravljalo o ponovnoj aktivaciji Arene Zagreb gdje bi se smještali oboljeli od koronavirusa.

- U ovom trenutku Arena neće biti potrebna, ali sve je spremno. Imamo veliko iskustvo iz prethodnih valova i na koncu imamo dovoljan broj respiratora. U mnogim stvarima sad smo u povoljnijoj situaciji nego prije, ali i činjenica je da sve druge bolnice imaju svoje COVID odjele.

Što se tiče obustave isporuke lijekova, Lukšić je rekao kako KB Dubrava ima lijekova za određeno vrijeme.

- Ako bi kriza potrajala, sigurno bi došli u delikatnu situaciju. Imamo lijekova za još 5-6 dana. Vjerujemo da ćemo naći načina da se premosti ova situacija - poručio je Lukšić u Dnevniku HTV-a dodajući kako zasad nisu morali niti jednom pacijentu reći da nemaju lijekova za njega.

- Svjesni smo ozbiljnosti i sa svoje strane učinili smo sve što je moguće, ali problem je puno kompleksniji. Činjenica je da naš sustav treba ozbiljnu reformu. Očigledno je da ovaj način nije dobar jer sukcesivno imamo isti problem i rješavamo ga na isti način. Trebamo promijeniti paradigmu odnosa i pristupiti stvarnom restrukturiranju sustava - zaključio je Lukšić.

Velika razlika u odnosu na zimu jest u tome što imamo sve više mlađih ljudi. Najmlađi pacijent na respiratoru ima 23 godine, bez značajnijih komorbiditeta. Imamo dosta pacijenata u 40-im, 50-im ili 60-im godinama, čije se stanje brzo pogorša u nekoliko dana i zahtijevaju terapiju visokim dozama kisika ili respiratorom - rekao je dr. Ivica Lukšić, ravnatelj KB-a Dubrava, gostujući u središnjem Dnevniku HTV-a.

- Možda upravo zbog dobi, ti se pacijenti oporave brže nego što je bilo ove zime, tako da srećom imamo manje mrtvih nego u prošlom valu - dodao je Lukšić.
