U korona-krizi u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji nismo imali povećanje prodaje sedativa, anksiolitika i hipnotika, koje koriste osobe s manjim psihičkim smetnjama.
Dapače, kroz travanj i svibanj zaprimili smo 18 posto manje recepata za te lijekove. Razloge zbog čega je to tako prvenstveno treba tražiti u činjenici da se lijekovi te vrste ne mogu dobiti bez recepta i da ih je u proteklom periodu bilo teže i dobiti, prvenstveno zbog posebnih uvjeta rada medicinskog osoblja u vrijeme korona-krize.
Očekujem da ćemo na jesen imati porast prodaje ovih lijekova, kada će se kod većine stanovništva pojaviti svojevrsni PTSP uzrokovan pandemijom koronavirusa, odnosno činjenicom da će ljudi imati manje novca, a porast će i broj nezaposlenih. Dok traje kriza, ljudi u pravilu ne osjećaju probleme jer se bore da prežive.
Njezini negativni rezultati vide se tek kad kriza završi i ljudi postanu svjesni nezavidne situacije u kojoj se nalaze - kazuje magistar farmacije Mate Krce, zamjenik ravnatelja tvrtke "Ljekarne Splitsko-dalmatinske županije".
Posljedice krize uzrokovane koronavirusom istražili su na Odsjeku za psihologiju Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu. Od ukupno 3500 ispitanika, svaki peti je snažno osjetio depresiju, stres i anksioznost. Psihičke smetnje razvilo je njih 25 posto, a kod 40 posto onih koji su već prije imali određene psihičke smetnje, stanje se pogoršalo.
Poznati splitski psihijatar doc. dr. sc. prim. Boran Uglešić, pročelnik Zavoda za biologijsku psihijatriju Klinike za psihijatriju KBC-a Split, smatra da će situacija kroz koju smo prošli definitivno izazvati neki vid "psihičkih smetnji".
- Po meni bi bilo neprihvatljivo da u periodu pandemije i socijalne otuđenosti nismo osjećali strah, anksioznost, zabrinutost. Očekivano su se kod određenog broja ljudi pojavili i simptomi nesanice, nesigurnosti, zabrinutosti ili osjećaja nemoći - kazuje dr. Uglešić.

Naš sugovornik ističe da je strah dobar "suputnik".
- On je naš dobri "anđeo čuvar" i vrlo korisna emocija. U slučaju opasnosti strah pokreće mehanizam obrane i zaštite nužne za preživljavanje. Isto tako, anksioznost (tjeskoba) ne mora biti patološka (bolesna), jer proizlazi iz straha i opreza pa ne mora uvijek biti ugrožavajuća. Zato je u situaciji pandemije bilo sasvim razumljivo i prihvatljivo da se ljudi boje nepoznatog - kaže dr. Uglešić.
Stanje socijalne otuđenosti kroz koju smo prošli dr. Uglešić je nazvao "užasno čudnim stanjem".
- Od nas se tražilo da ništa ne radimo, da ne budemo proaktivni, nego oprezni, izolirani, a upravo takva stanja kod ljudi izazivaju osjećaj bespomoćnosti, koji je posljedica nedostatka kontrole. Što se samih psihičkih bolesnika tiče, na Klinici za psihijatriju KBC-a Split nismo bilježili povećanje broja pacijenata, što možemo povezati s boljom kontrolom bolesnika od njihovih obitelji i provođenjem izolacije, jer su psihički bolesnici bili u stalnom okruženju najbližih osoba - kazuje dr. Uglešić.
Za vrijeme socijalne otuđenosti našeg su sugovornika nazivali mnogi i postavljali mu razna pitanja vezana uz korona-krizu.
- Ono što je bilo dominantno jest stalna nepredvidivost i činjenica da su ljudi stalno dobivali potpuno kontradiktorne informacije. Tako su su u jednom trenutku postali "usko grlo" protoka informacija jer više nisu mogli znati kome i što vjerovati.
Popuštanjem mjera i normalizacijom života dolazi do pojavljivanja "realitetne" problematike i pratećih psihičkih simptoma u vidu nesigurnosti, straha i egzistencijalne ugroženosti. To se najbolje očituje kroz činjenice da se otvaraju hoteli, ali u njima nema gostiju, prazni su restorani i kafići, a sezonske radnike nitko ne zove na posao...
Mislim da će se posljedice ove krize u manjoj ili većoj mjeri u psihijatrijskom smislu tek vidjeti - zaključuje doc. dr. sc. prim. Boran Uglešić.

U korona-krizi u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji nismo imali povećanje prodaje sedativa, anksiolitika i hipnotika, koje koriste osobe s manjim psihičkim smetnjama.
Dapače, kroz travanj i svibanj zaprimili smo 18 posto manje recepata za te lijekove. Razloge zbog čega je to tako prvenstveno treba tražiti u činjenici da se lijekovi te vrste ne mogu dobiti bez recepta i da ih je u proteklom periodu bilo teže i dobiti, prvenstveno zbog posebnih uvjeta rada medicinskog osoblja u vrijeme korona-krize.
Očekujem da ćemo na jesen imati porast prodaje ovih lijekova, kada će se kod većine stanovništva pojaviti svojevrsni PTSP uzrokovan pandemijom koronavirusa, odnosno činjenicom da će ljudi imati manje novca, a porast će i broj nezaposlenih. Dok traje kriza, ljudi u pravilu ne osjećaju probleme jer se bore da prežive.
Njezini negativni rezultati vide se tek kad kriza završi i ljudi postanu svjesni nezavidne situacije u kojoj se nalaze - kazuje magistar farmacije Mate Krce, zamjenik ravnatelja tvrtke "Ljekarne Splitsko-dalmatinske županije".
Posljedice krize uzrokovane koronavirusom istražili su na Odsjeku za psihologiju Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu. Od ukupno 3500 ispitanika, svaki peti je snažno osjetio depresiju, stres i anksioznost. Psihičke smetnje razvilo je njih 25 posto, a kod 40 posto onih koji su već prije imali određene psihičke smetnje, stanje se pogoršalo.
Poznati splitski psihijatar doc. dr. sc. prim. Boran Uglešić, pročelnik Zavoda za biologijsku psihijatriju Klinike za psihijatriju KBC-a Split, smatra da će situacija kroz koju smo prošli definitivno izazvati neki vid "psihičkih smetnji".
- Po meni bi bilo neprihvatljivo da u periodu pandemije i socijalne otuđenosti nismo osjećali strah, anksioznost, zabrinutost. Očekivano su se kod određenog broja ljudi pojavili i simptomi nesanice, nesigurnosti, zabrinutosti ili osjećaja nemoći - kazuje dr. Uglešić.

Naš sugovornik ističe da je strah dobar "suputnik".
- On je naš dobri "anđeo čuvar" i vrlo korisna emocija. U slučaju opasnosti strah pokreće mehanizam obrane i zaštite nužne za preživljavanje. Isto tako, anksioznost (tjeskoba) ne mora biti patološka (bolesna), jer proizlazi iz straha i opreza pa ne mora uvijek biti ugrožavajuća. Zato je u situaciji pandemije bilo sasvim razumljivo i prihvatljivo da se ljudi boje nepoznatog - kaže dr. Uglešić.
Stanje socijalne otuđenosti kroz koju smo prošli dr. Uglešić je nazvao "užasno čudnim stanjem".
- Od nas se tražilo da ništa ne radimo, da ne budemo proaktivni, nego oprezni, izolirani, a upravo takva stanja kod ljudi izazivaju osjećaj bespomoćnosti, koji je posljedica nedostatka kontrole. Što se samih psihičkih bolesnika tiče, na Klinici za psihijatriju KBC-a Split nismo bilježili povećanje broja pacijenata, što možemo povezati s boljom kontrolom bolesnika od njihovih obitelji i provođenjem izolacije, jer su psihički bolesnici bili u stalnom okruženju najbližih osoba - kazuje dr. Uglešić.
Za vrijeme socijalne otuđenosti našeg su sugovornika nazivali mnogi i postavljali mu razna pitanja vezana uz korona-krizu.
- Ono što je bilo dominantno jest stalna nepredvidivost i činjenica da su ljudi stalno dobivali potpuno kontradiktorne informacije. Tako su su u jednom trenutku postali "usko grlo" protoka informacija jer više nisu mogli znati kome i što vjerovati.
Popuštanjem mjera i normalizacijom života dolazi do pojavljivanja "realitetne" problematike i pratećih psihičkih simptoma u vidu nesigurnosti, straha i egzistencijalne ugroženosti. To se najbolje očituje kroz činjenice da se otvaraju hoteli, ali u njima nema gostiju, prazni su restorani i kafići, a sezonske radnike nitko ne zove na posao...
Mislim da će se posljedice ove krize u manjoj ili većoj mjeri u psihijatrijskom smislu tek vidjeti - zaključuje doc. dr. sc. prim. Boran Uglešić.
