Gost Pressinga N1 televizije bio je profesor na Kineziološkom fakultetu u Zagrebu Goran Marković. Istaknuo je da godišnje, na svjetskoj razini, 72 posto smrtnih slučajeva nastaje zbog kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti. "Tjelesnom aktivnošću možete prevenirati preko 35 posto kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti", rekao je.

Marković navodi kako godišnje ima oko 50 milijuna smrtnih slučajeva na svjetskoj razini.

"Značajan udio, čak 72 posto nastaje zbog kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti. Prije 30 godina, to je bilo 50 posto", rekao je, objasnivši da danas ljudi umiru 15 godina ranije od očekivane životne dobi, i to od kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti, odnosno, 45 posto populacije mlađe od 65 godina umre od kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti.

"Tjelesna neaktivnost direktno utječe na hipertenziju i hiperglikemiju", dodao je.

Profesor kinezilogije za tjelovježbu govori da je "univerzalna pilula za zdravlje", što objašnjava ovako:

"Nema dvojbe da je tjelovježba lijek i univerzalna pilula za zdravlje. Možete, dokazano, prevenirati preko 35 posto kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti tjelesnom aktivnošću, a kod oboljelih je redovita tjelovježba sastavni dio liječenja, primjerice kod dijabetesa", rekao je.

Pretilost je problem i kod siromašnih i kod bogatih, što je pojasnio na primjeru SAD-a. "Postoji veliki nesrazmjer između bogatih i siromašnih, a najeftinija hrana je 'junk' hrana." U nekoliko navrata tijekom ragovora kazao je da su za zdravlje važni tjelovježba, tjelesna aktivnost i uravnotežena prehrana.

Mjere smanjile tjelesnu aktivnost

Mjere uvodene zbog pandemije koronavirusa smanjile su razinu tjelesne aktivnosti, kaže Marković. Kad su u pitanju mjere Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite, osvrnuo se na situaciju s širenjem virusa u teretanama. "Te mjere trebale bi biti selektivne, ne globalne, a zabrana je sada kontraproduktivna."

Na konstataciju kako smatra da u Kriznom stožeru trebaju biti eksperti iz svih relevantnih područja čovjekova djelovanja, jer u protivnom, primjena određenih mjera može imati daleko štetnije dugoročne posljedice od njihove možebitne korisnosti, rekao je da je jedna od tih posljedica pad razine tjelesne aktivnosti generalno.

"S druge strane, to je istaknulo nekoliko liječnika, došlo je do značajnog smanjenja pružanja usluga oboljelima od kroničnih bolesti, u rasponu od 30 do 60 posto. Po mom sudu posljedice mogu biti vrlo ozbiljne. Jedna od mjera prevencije je i rana dijagnostika. Ljudi zbog korone manje idu na preventivne preglede. Jako je teško balasirati s mjerama", prokomentirao je.

Tijekom samoizolacije kod ljudi je smanjena tjelesna aktivnosti, a povećan je unos kalorija, ističe profesor kineziologije. "Znate li da u 14 dana vaša razina kisika padne sedam posto. Razina jakosti i mišićne mase će pasti pet do deset posto. Samo u 14 dana. Mast koja se taloži oko organa će također značajno porasti. Ljudi nisu informirani o tome kada idu u samoizolaciju. Posljedično će biti utjecaja na zdravlje", kaže, dodavši da ćemo  tek vidjeti kakvih.

Rizične skupine su, kaže, definirane. "Čimbenik rizika je dob. Osim starije dobi, postoje čimbenici vezani za ponašanje - pušenje, konzumacija alkohola, tjelesna neaktivnost, loša prehrana - ti ljudi su pod povećanim rizikom. Tu su i okolinski čimbenici - kvaliteta zraka, i na kraju dolazimo do bolesti - dijabetes, pretilost, kardiovaskularne bolesti i karcinomi. Jedna četvrtina populacije u svijetu spada u rizičnu skupinu s obzirom na komplikacije", istaknuo je.

"Tjelovježba nije nešto što se radi na određeni rok, tjelovježba je stil života", poručio je.

Gost Pressinga N1 televizije bio je profesor na Kineziološkom fakultetu u Zagrebu Goran Marković. Istaknuo je da godišnje, na svjetskoj razini, 72 posto smrtnih slučajeva nastaje zbog kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti. "Tjelesnom aktivnošću možete prevenirati preko 35 posto kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti", rekao je.

Marković navodi kako godišnje ima oko 50 milijuna smrtnih slučajeva na svjetskoj razini.

"Značajan udio, čak 72 posto nastaje zbog kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti. Prije 30 godina, to je bilo 50 posto", rekao je, objasnivši da danas ljudi umiru 15 godina ranije od očekivane životne dobi, i to od kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti, odnosno, 45 posto populacije mlađe od 65 godina umre od kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti.

"Tjelesna neaktivnost direktno utječe na hipertenziju i hiperglikemiju", dodao je.

Profesor kinezilogije za tjelovježbu govori da je "univerzalna pilula za zdravlje", što objašnjava ovako:

"Nema dvojbe da je tjelovježba lijek i univerzalna pilula za zdravlje. Možete, dokazano, prevenirati preko 35 posto kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti tjelesnom aktivnošću, a kod oboljelih je redovita tjelovježba sastavni dio liječenja, primjerice kod dijabetesa", rekao je.

Pretilost je problem i kod siromašnih i kod bogatih, što je pojasnio na primjeru SAD-a. "Postoji veliki nesrazmjer između bogatih i siromašnih, a najeftinija hrana je 'junk' hrana." U nekoliko navrata tijekom ragovora kazao je da su za zdravlje važni tjelovježba, tjelesna aktivnost i uravnotežena prehrana.

Mjere smanjile tjelesnu aktivnost

Mjere uvodene zbog pandemije koronavirusa smanjile su razinu tjelesne aktivnosti, kaže Marković. Kad su u pitanju mjere Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite, osvrnuo se na situaciju s širenjem virusa u teretanama. "Te mjere trebale bi biti selektivne, ne globalne, a zabrana je sada kontraproduktivna."

Na konstataciju kako smatra da u Kriznom stožeru trebaju biti eksperti iz svih relevantnih područja čovjekova djelovanja, jer u protivnom, primjena određenih mjera može imati daleko štetnije dugoročne posljedice od njihove možebitne korisnosti, rekao je da je jedna od tih posljedica pad razine tjelesne aktivnosti generalno.

"S druge strane, to je istaknulo nekoliko liječnika, došlo je do značajnog smanjenja pružanja usluga oboljelima od kroničnih bolesti, u rasponu od 30 do 60 posto. Po mom sudu posljedice mogu biti vrlo ozbiljne. Jedna od mjera prevencije je i rana dijagnostika. Ljudi zbog korone manje idu na preventivne preglede. Jako je teško balasirati s mjerama", prokomentirao je.

Tijekom samoizolacije kod ljudi je smanjena tjelesna aktivnosti, a povećan je unos kalorija, ističe profesor kineziologije. "Znate li da u 14 dana vaša razina kisika padne sedam posto. Razina jakosti i mišićne mase će pasti pet do deset posto. Samo u 14 dana. Mast koja se taloži oko organa će također značajno porasti. Ljudi nisu informirani o tome kada idu u samoizolaciju. Posljedično će biti utjecaja na zdravlje", kaže, dodavši da ćemo  tek vidjeti kakvih.

Rizične skupine su, kaže, definirane. "Čimbenik rizika je dob. Osim starije dobi, postoje čimbenici vezani za ponašanje - pušenje, konzumacija alkohola, tjelesna neaktivnost, loša prehrana - ti ljudi su pod povećanim rizikom. Tu su i okolinski čimbenici - kvaliteta zraka, i na kraju dolazimo do bolesti - dijabetes, pretilost, kardiovaskularne bolesti i karcinomi. Jedna četvrtina populacije u svijetu spada u rizičnu skupinu s obzirom na komplikacije", istaknuo je.

"Tjelovježba nije nešto što se radi na određeni rok, tjelovježba je stil života", poručio je.

Gost Pressinga N1 televizije bio je profesor na Kineziološkom fakultetu u Zagrebu Goran Marković. Istaknuo je da godišnje, na svjetskoj razini, 72 posto smrtnih slučajeva nastaje zbog kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti. "Tjelesnom aktivnošću možete prevenirati preko 35 posto kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti", rekao je.

Marković navodi kako godišnje ima oko 50 milijuna smrtnih slučajeva na svjetskoj razini.

"Značajan udio, čak 72 posto nastaje zbog kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti. Prije 30 godina, to je bilo 50 posto", rekao je, objasnivši da danas ljudi umiru 15 godina ranije od očekivane životne dobi, i to od kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti, odnosno, 45 posto populacije mlađe od 65 godina umre od kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti.
