Svašta ti ludi Hrvati očekuju kad za nešto plate rezervaciju. Recimo, da ih u restoranu dočeka stol koji su s konobarom prethodno dogovorili. U kazalištu ili kinu traže konkretno sjedalo, a slično je i kad putuju avionom.
No, prošlog sam tjedna od jedne čitateljice doznala da neki među nama pojam rezervacije rastežu toliko uspješno da je sada posve normalno platiti za određenu uslugu, a zauzvrat praktički ne dobiti ništa, piše Jutarnji.hr.
Dakle, čitateljica je na blagajni Autobusnog kolodvora Zagreb prošlog tjedna kupila kartu za autobus do Šibenika, i to liniju koja tog dana, kako je pisalo na papiriću koji je dobila, polazi s perona 202 točno u 16 sati.
Osim karte, naplaćena joj je i “rezervacija” u iznosu od pet kuna te još tri kune kolodvorske usluge. Ne bi se ona bunila zbog te naknade da na ispisu koji je držala u rukama nije primijetila kako joj, iako je platila rezervaciju, nije dodijeljeno nikakvo konkretno mjesto u autobusu te da pored oznake “sjedalo” stoji crtica umjesto broja.
”Dakle, ovo ima samo u Zagrebačkom holdingu. Platiš rezervaciju, ali ne dobiješ broj rezerviranog sjedala. Pa što se tu onda uopće naplaćuje?”, uzrujala se naša čitateljica te nam poslala fotografiju kao dokaz.
Zbilja neobično, čak i za Autobusni kolodvor Zagreb koji je nerijetko na meti nezadovoljnih potrošača i korisnika, na kojemu donedavno nije bilo čak ni table s najavama dolazaka i u čijim je čekaonicama češće bilo moguće sresti goluba nego putnika.
Što je, dakle, naša čitateljica platila kad je Autobusnom kolodvoru iskeširala tih dodatnih pet kuna, na što se odnosi ova rezervacija i zašto prilikom kupovine karte na samom kolodvoru nije moguće dobiti konkretno sjedalo u busu?
Kako proizlazi iz odgovora Zagrebačkog holdinga, tvrtke pod kojom posluje Autobusni kolodvor Zagreb, usluga rezervacije u iznosu od pet kuna ne odnosi se na konkretno, numerirano sjedalo, već obvezu prijevoznika da potrošaču, koji je platio rezervaciju, osigura bilo koje mjesto u autobusu.
”Podružnica Autobusni kolodvor obavlja uslugu prodaje voznih karata za prijevoznike, a numeracija sjedala je na traženje autobusnih prijevoznika ukinuta prije nekoliko godina. Bez obzira na to što nema numeracije, po plaćenoj rezervaciji je sjedalo, odnosno mjesto u autobusu osigurano i to je ono što je potrošač platio. Drugim riječima, prijevoznik, iako i sam može prodavati karte, putniku s rezervacijom kupljenom na Autobusnom kolodvoru Zagreb mora osigurati mjesto u autobusu”, stoji u njihovu odgovoru.

Jednostavnije rečeno, plaćena rezervacija podrazumijeva da će se potrošač doista ukrcati na autobus dok mu to samo s plaćenom kartom nije garantirano, piše Jutarnji.hr.
Doista neobično, pa se čovjek onda mora zapitati što je to potrošač platio kad je kupio samo kartu te znači li da svi oni koji nisu platili rezervaciju, ali su pošteno platili kartu, nužno ne moraju ostvariti pravo ukrcaja na autobus?
Tu tek dolazimo da pravog apsurda - od Autobusnog kolodvora Zagreb doznajemo kako na njihovim blagajnama uopće nije moguće kupiti kartu za autobus bez rezervacije, što zapravo znači da je rezervacija sastavni dio karte pa je nejasno zašto se ona onda uopće obračunava razdvojeno, a još manje koja joj je funkcija.
Dodatne nejasnoće u cijelu priču unosi potom i postupak kupovine karte putem internetskih stranica Autobusnog kolodvora, na kojima je, za razliku od fizičke blagajne, moguće rezervirati konkretno mjesto u busu.
Dapače, kod kupovine putem interneta sustav potrošaču koji kupuje kartu nudi da plati rezervaciju te mu daje shemu svih slobodnih sjedala u autobusu i mogućnost da odabere ono željeno, a cijena je ista kao i na blagajni, dakle pet kuna.
Zagrebački holding pitamo zašto je kod rezerviranja putem interneta moguće bukirati konkretno sjedalo, ali to nije moguće kod fizičke kupovine karte, ali odgovor ne dobivamo, kao ni pojašnjenje zašto rezervacija u oba slučaju iznosi pet kuna, a potrošač za nju dobiva različite stvari.
Vjerojatno je to ipak malo teže za objasniti...

Svašta ti ludi Hrvati očekuju kad za nešto plate rezervaciju. Recimo, da ih u restoranu dočeka stol koji su s konobarom prethodno dogovorili. U kazalištu ili kinu traže konkretno sjedalo, a slično je i kad putuju avionom.
No, prošlog sam tjedna od jedne čitateljice doznala da neki među nama pojam rezervacije rastežu toliko uspješno da je sada posve normalno platiti za određenu uslugu, a zauzvrat praktički ne dobiti ništa, piše Jutarnji.hr.
Dakle, čitateljica je na blagajni Autobusnog kolodvora Zagreb prošlog tjedna kupila kartu za autobus do Šibenika, i to liniju koja tog dana, kako je pisalo na papiriću koji je dobila, polazi s perona 202 točno u 16 sati.
Osim karte, naplaćena joj je i “rezervacija” u iznosu od pet kuna te još tri kune kolodvorske usluge. Ne bi se ona bunila zbog te naknade da na ispisu koji je držala u rukama nije primijetila kako joj, iako je platila rezervaciju, nije dodijeljeno nikakvo konkretno mjesto u autobusu te da pored oznake “sjedalo” stoji crtica umjesto broja.
”Dakle, ovo ima samo u Zagrebačkom holdingu. Platiš rezervaciju, ali ne dobiješ broj rezerviranog sjedala. Pa što se tu onda uopće naplaćuje?”, uzrujala se naša čitateljica te nam poslala fotografiju kao dokaz.
Zbilja neobično, čak i za Autobusni kolodvor Zagreb koji je nerijetko na meti nezadovoljnih potrošača i korisnika, na kojemu donedavno nije bilo čak ni table s najavama dolazaka i u čijim je čekaonicama češće bilo moguće sresti goluba nego putnika.
Što je, dakle, naša čitateljica platila kad je Autobusnom kolodvoru iskeširala tih dodatnih pet kuna, na što se odnosi ova rezervacija i zašto prilikom kupovine karte na samom kolodvoru nije moguće dobiti konkretno sjedalo u busu?
Kako proizlazi iz odgovora Zagrebačkog holdinga, tvrtke pod kojom posluje Autobusni kolodvor Zagreb, usluga rezervacije u iznosu od pet kuna ne odnosi se na konkretno, numerirano sjedalo, već obvezu prijevoznika da potrošaču, koji je platio rezervaciju, osigura bilo koje mjesto u autobusu.
”Podružnica Autobusni kolodvor obavlja uslugu prodaje voznih karata za prijevoznike, a numeracija sjedala je na traženje autobusnih prijevoznika ukinuta prije nekoliko godina. Bez obzira na to što nema numeracije, po plaćenoj rezervaciji je sjedalo, odnosno mjesto u autobusu osigurano i to je ono što je potrošač platio. Drugim riječima, prijevoznik, iako i sam može prodavati karte, putniku s rezervacijom kupljenom na Autobusnom kolodvoru Zagreb mora osigurati mjesto u autobusu”, stoji u njihovu odgovoru.

Jednostavnije rečeno, plaćena rezervacija podrazumijeva da će se potrošač doista ukrcati na autobus dok mu to samo s plaćenom kartom nije garantirano, piše Jutarnji.hr.
Doista neobično, pa se čovjek onda mora zapitati što je to potrošač platio kad je kupio samo kartu te znači li da svi oni koji nisu platili rezervaciju, ali su pošteno platili kartu, nužno ne moraju ostvariti pravo ukrcaja na autobus?
Tu tek dolazimo da pravog apsurda - od Autobusnog kolodvora Zagreb doznajemo kako na njihovim blagajnama uopće nije moguće kupiti kartu za autobus bez rezervacije, što zapravo znači da je rezervacija sastavni dio karte pa je nejasno zašto se ona onda uopće obračunava razdvojeno, a još manje koja joj je funkcija.
Dodatne nejasnoće u cijelu priču unosi potom i postupak kupovine karte putem internetskih stranica Autobusnog kolodvora, na kojima je, za razliku od fizičke blagajne, moguće rezervirati konkretno mjesto u busu.
Dapače, kod kupovine putem interneta sustav potrošaču koji kupuje kartu nudi da plati rezervaciju te mu daje shemu svih slobodnih sjedala u autobusu i mogućnost da odabere ono željeno, a cijena je ista kao i na blagajni, dakle pet kuna.
Zagrebački holding pitamo zašto je kod rezerviranja putem interneta moguće bukirati konkretno sjedalo, ali to nije moguće kod fizičke kupovine karte, ali odgovor ne dobivamo, kao ni pojašnjenje zašto rezervacija u oba slučaju iznosi pet kuna, a potrošač za nju dobiva različite stvari.
Vjerojatno je to ipak malo teže za objasniti...
