Najbolji hrvatski srednjoškolci – budući znanstvenici, točnije njih 11, i njihovi mentori nagrađeni u sklopu projekta realiziranog u suradnji Međunarodnog društva za primijenjene biološke znanosti (ISABS), Specijalne bolnice Sv. Katarina, vodeće američke zdravstvene institucije Klinike Mayo, Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja RH te Agencije za odgoj i obrazovanje, okupili su se danas u Ministarstvu znanosti i obrazovanja. Uz ranije dodijeljenu prestižnu nagradu “The ISABS Future Scientist Award”, danas im je prof. dr. sc. Dragan Primorac, predsjednik ISABS-a uručio njegovu knjigu „Farmakogenetika u kliničkoj praksi“ s posvetom.
Učenicima su tijekom održavanja jednog od najprestižnijih svjetskih znanstvenih skupova „12th ISABS Conference on Forensic and Anthropological Genetics and Mayo Clinic Lectures in Individualized Medicine“ (www.isabs.hr), dodjeljene prestižne nagrade “The ISABS Future Scientist Award”, kao i novčana nagrada te im je omogućeno sudjelovanje u znanstvenom programu skupa, uključujući predavanja nobelovaca te u emisiji „Nobel Spirit“.
Vodeći svjetski znanstvenici, uključujući dobitnike Nobelove nagrade, ocjenjivali su eseje nagrađenih učenika iz područja biologije, genetike, kemije i istraživanja zaraznih bolesti (kao što je COVID-19). Ove prestižne nagrade potiču mlade da već od srednjoškolske dobi prezentiraju svoju izvrsnost pred eminentnim svjetskim stručnjacima među kojima su i nobelovci, a koji ocjenjuju njihove radove i potiču ih na daljnje znanstveno usavršavanje.
Tijekom današnjeg susreta ministar Radovan Fuchs, se zahvalio prof. dr. sc. Primorcu što godinama svjetsku znanstvenu izvrsnost dovodi u Hrvatsku. Učenicima i mentorima je čestitao na nagradi uvjeren da će im nagrada biti inspiracija u daljnjem radu.
Prof. Dragan Primorac je čestitao učenicima i mentorima te poželio da nagrađeni učenici i dalje “sanjaju veliko”. Istaknuo je da nagrađeni učenici i mentori moraju biti na svim naslovnicama jer predstavljaju istinsku budućnost Hrvatske, zasnovanu na znanju i golemom trudu. Naveo je da je uloga mentora bila presudna na učeničkom putu prema ovoj prestižnoj nagradi. Na kraju je zahvalio iministru Fuchsu kao i Agenciji za odgoj i obrazovanje na potpori u realizaciji ovog projekta.

Najbolji hrvatski srednjoškolci – budući znanstvenici, točnije njih 11, i njihovi mentori nagrađeni u sklopu projekta realiziranog u suradnji Međunarodnog društva za primijenjene biološke znanosti (ISABS), Specijalne bolnice Sv. Katarina, vodeće američke zdravstvene institucije Klinike Mayo, Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja RH te Agencije za odgoj i obrazovanje, okupili su se danas u Ministarstvu znanosti i obrazovanja. Uz ranije dodijeljenu prestižnu nagradu “The ISABS Future Scientist Award”, danas im je prof. dr. sc. Dragan Primorac, predsjednik ISABS-a uručio njegovu knjigu „Farmakogenetika u kliničkoj praksi“ s posvetom.
Učenicima su tijekom održavanja jednog od najprestižnijih svjetskih znanstvenih skupova „12th ISABS Conference on Forensic and Anthropological Genetics and Mayo Clinic Lectures in Individualized Medicine“ (www.isabs.hr), dodjeljene prestižne nagrade “The ISABS Future Scientist Award”, kao i novčana nagrada te im je omogućeno sudjelovanje u znanstvenom programu skupa, uključujući predavanja nobelovaca te u emisiji „Nobel Spirit“.
Vodeći svjetski znanstvenici, uključujući dobitnike Nobelove nagrade, ocjenjivali su eseje nagrađenih učenika iz područja biologije, genetike, kemije i istraživanja zaraznih bolesti (kao što je COVID-19). Ove prestižne nagrade potiču mlade da već od srednjoškolske dobi prezentiraju svoju izvrsnost pred eminentnim svjetskim stručnjacima među kojima su i nobelovci, a koji ocjenjuju njihove radove i potiču ih na daljnje znanstveno usavršavanje.
Tijekom današnjeg susreta ministar Radovan Fuchs, se zahvalio prof. dr. sc. Primorcu što godinama svjetsku znanstvenu izvrsnost dovodi u Hrvatsku. Učenicima i mentorima je čestitao na nagradi uvjeren da će im nagrada biti inspiracija u daljnjem radu.
Prof. Dragan Primorac je čestitao učenicima i mentorima te poželio da nagrađeni učenici i dalje “sanjaju veliko”. Istaknuo je da nagrađeni učenici i mentori moraju biti na svim naslovnicama jer predstavljaju istinsku budućnost Hrvatske, zasnovanu na znanju i golemom trudu. Naveo je da je uloga mentora bila presudna na učeničkom putu prema ovoj prestižnoj nagradi. Na kraju je zahvalio iministru Fuchsu kao i Agenciji za odgoj i obrazovanje na potpori u realizaciji ovog projekta.
