U tijeku je edukacija policijskih službenika o načinu korištenja POS uređaja, a gotovinska naplata prometnih kazni s početkom srpnja više neće biti moguća. MUP u potpunosti prelazi na bezgotovinsku naplatu novčanih kazni.

Nabavljeno je 600 POS uređaja, koji su raspoređeni po policijskim upravama u cijeloj Hrvatskoj: policijskim ophodnjama, motociklistima, ophodnim brodovima, ali i na međunarodne granične prijelaze i u policijske postaje.

Na ovaj način MUP ispunjava preporuke stručnog tijela Vijeća Europe specijaliziranog za sprečavanje korupcije, kojima unapređuje kontrolu i nadzor postojećeg sustava plaćanja novčanih kazni policijskim službenicima.

Uz to, navedenom promjenom obuhvaćene su i preporuke Samostalne službe za unutarnju reviziju MUP-a, koja je tijekom 2020. godine provela unutarnju reviziju na tu temu.

Vozači ovu promjenu pozdravljaju.

- Slušajte, koliko su visoke kazne, ni ne mogu ih platit nego kreditnom karticom. Još da nam daju na rate, to bi bilo odlično. Ionako će nas, s ovim cijenama goriva, na cestama biti sve manje - kaže nam Splićanin Mateo B. (47) koji je vozač malo manje od trideset godina.

Iz policije naglašavaju da POS uređaje za naplatu novčanih kazni već koriste na terenu, uz naplatu kazne u gotovini, koju će ukinuti prvoga srpnja.

- Plaćanjem novčane kazne na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja iznos kazne umanjuje se za polovicu iznosa. To se odnosi na prekršaj za koji je kao kazna propisana samo novčana kazna do 2000 kuna za fizičku i odgovornu osobu u pravnoj osobi, do 5000 kuna za okrivljenika fizičku osobu obrtnika i fizičku osobu koja se bavi drugom samostalnom djelatnošću te do 15.000 kuna za pravnu osobu i s njom izjednačene subjekte - istaknuli su iz MUP-a.

Ako građanin želi platiti novčanu kaznu na mjestu počinjenja, ali to nije u mogućnosti učiniti iz razloga što nema karticu kod sebe, nema dovoljno sredstava na računu ili nekog drugog razloga, policijski službenik će mu uručiti obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju.

U tom slučaju, smatrat će se da je novčana kazna plaćena na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja ako građanin kaznu, umanjenu za polovicu iznosa, plati u roku od tri dana od primitka obavijesti o prekršaju te dokaz o izvršenoj uplati dostavi tijelu koje je utvrdilo prekršaj.

U slučaju da građanin ne želi na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja platiti novčanu kaznu, bit će mu izdan obavezni prekršajni nalog, te će se smatrati da je kazna u cijelosti plaćena ako građanin kojem je izdan obavezni prekršajni nalog u roku od osam dana od dana pravomoćnosti prekršajnog naloga plati dvije trećine izrečene novčane kazne.

U tijeku je edukacija policijskih službenika o načinu korištenja POS uređaja, a gotovinska naplata prometnih kazni s početkom srpnja više neće biti moguća. MUP u potpunosti prelazi na bezgotovinsku naplatu novčanih kazni.

Nabavljeno je 600 POS uređaja, koji su raspoređeni po policijskim upravama u cijeloj Hrvatskoj: policijskim ophodnjama, motociklistima, ophodnim brodovima, ali i na međunarodne granične prijelaze i u policijske postaje.

Na ovaj način MUP ispunjava preporuke stručnog tijela Vijeća Europe specijaliziranog za sprečavanje korupcije, kojima unapređuje kontrolu i nadzor postojećeg sustava plaćanja novčanih kazni policijskim službenicima.

Uz to, navedenom promjenom obuhvaćene su i preporuke Samostalne službe za unutarnju reviziju MUP-a, koja je tijekom 2020. godine provela unutarnju reviziju na tu temu.

Vozači ovu promjenu pozdravljaju.

- Slušajte, koliko su visoke kazne, ni ne mogu ih platit nego kreditnom karticom. Još da nam daju na rate, to bi bilo odlično. Ionako će nas, s ovim cijenama goriva, na cestama biti sve manje - kaže nam Splićanin Mateo B. (47) koji je vozač malo manje od trideset godina.

Iz policije naglašavaju da POS uređaje za naplatu novčanih kazni već koriste na terenu, uz naplatu kazne u gotovini, koju će ukinuti prvoga srpnja.

- Plaćanjem novčane kazne na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja iznos kazne umanjuje se za polovicu iznosa. To se odnosi na prekršaj za koji je kao kazna propisana samo novčana kazna do 2000 kuna za fizičku i odgovornu osobu u pravnoj osobi, do 5000 kuna za okrivljenika fizičku osobu obrtnika i fizičku osobu koja se bavi drugom samostalnom djelatnošću te do 15.000 kuna za pravnu osobu i s njom izjednačene subjekte - istaknuli su iz MUP-a.

Ako građanin želi platiti novčanu kaznu na mjestu počinjenja, ali to nije u mogućnosti učiniti iz razloga što nema karticu kod sebe, nema dovoljno sredstava na računu ili nekog drugog razloga, policijski službenik će mu uručiti obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju.

U tom slučaju, smatrat će se da je novčana kazna plaćena na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja ako građanin kaznu, umanjenu za polovicu iznosa, plati u roku od tri dana od primitka obavijesti o prekršaju te dokaz o izvršenoj uplati dostavi tijelu koje je utvrdilo prekršaj.

U slučaju da građanin ne želi na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja platiti novčanu kaznu, bit će mu izdan obavezni prekršajni nalog, te će se smatrati da je kazna u cijelosti plaćena ako građanin kojem je izdan obavezni prekršajni nalog u roku od osam dana od dana pravomoćnosti prekršajnog naloga plati dvije trećine izrečene novčane kazne.
