Da se strah od raznih prijava, kako cijepe preko reda "uvukao u kosti" dijela liječnika koji vrše procjepljivanje stanovništva, jasno je iz neslužbenih priča, kako neki od njih "skidaju" s liste za cijepljenje one svoje pacijente koji po svojim dijagnozama trebaju dobiti cjepivo, ali zbog svojih godina ne spadaju u skupinu onih koje treba prve cijepiti.
Tako se mogla čuti neslužbena priča, kako je s liste za cijepljenje "skinuta" pacijentica s onkološkim oboljenjem, koja je uzgred budi rečeno i majka, ali koja na svoju žalost nije "zadovoljavala" godine života po kojima bi imala prednost pri cijepljenju.
- Ja bih takvu pacijenticu cijepila, ako je ne bih cijepila, odmah prvi dan cijepljenja, onda bih je cijepila odmah u idućoj turi, dakle za tjedan dana. To je zastrašujuće, da smo mi liječnici obiteljske medicine, sada pod tolikim pritiskom. Imamo osjećaj kao da smo u "Big Brotheru", kao da smo pod velikom prismotrom i svi čekaju samo da netko od nas nešto pogrešno napravi. Mi moramo moći sami donositi svoje odluke, na temelju dijagnoza i kliničkih slika naših pacijenata, a ne na temelju nečijih godina. I ja sam, sada u prvom krugu cijepljenja cijepila one koji imaju 80 ili 70 plus godina, no takvi pacijenti kao ta gospođa ne smiju dugo čekati na cijepljenje - kaže dr. Vikica Krolo, liječnica obiteljske medicine i zamjenica predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore.
'Sva su cjepiva dobra'
Zanimalo nas je, je li se uvukao strah među liječnike obiteljske medicine, kako ne bi "krivog" cijepili?
- Ne bih rekla da se uvukao strah, ali oprez svakako postoji, a to nije dobro jer nikakva vrsta prisile nije dobra. Mnogi od mojih kolega su vrlo oprezni, kako ih nitko ne bi prijavio ili prozvao jer kada vam jednom netko to napravi, poslije se teško "oprati". Upravo zbog toga od Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) tražimo točne upute, kako se ponašati i koga cijepiti. Ali, vjerujte nije lako raditi kada vam nad glavom visi Damaklov mač - kaže dr. Krolo.
Naša sugovornica je uvjerena da bi uz "puno manje buke" bilo kud i kamo ugodnije raditi i cijepiti ljude.
- Puno se, previše priča i piše o cjepivima i o tome koje je dobro, a koje je manje dobro. Sve su to dobra cjepiva i ljudi ne trebaju imati straha od njih. Moraju vjerovati svojim liječnicima. Ne kažem da od ljudi treba nešto zatajiti, ali ljudi su "izluđeni" tolikom količinom informacija. Jedni kažu jedno, drugi kažu drugo i tako u krug. A ljudi zbog toga najviše pate jer ne znaju što je istina, a što laž...
Za kraj nam je dr. Krolo spomenula i cjepivo protiv gripe.
- Cjepivo protiv gripe je učinkovito manje nego cjepivo protiv Covida. Pa nitko nikada nije postavio pitanje o tome. Zašto? Zato jer je svjestan ako se cijepi da će i ako dobije gripu dobiti kud i kamo blaži oblik. Tako vam je i s Covidom. Ako se ljudi cijepe, mogu biti sigurni da neće završiti na respiratoru ili da će umrijeti. Zbog toga se moraju svi cijepiti bilo kojim odobrenim cjepivom - zaključuje dr. Krolo.

Da se strah od raznih prijava, kako cijepe preko reda "uvukao u kosti" dijela liječnika koji vrše procjepljivanje stanovništva, jasno je iz neslužbenih priča, kako neki od njih "skidaju" s liste za cijepljenje one svoje pacijente koji po svojim dijagnozama trebaju dobiti cjepivo, ali zbog svojih godina ne spadaju u skupinu onih koje treba prve cijepiti.
Tako se mogla čuti neslužbena priča, kako je s liste za cijepljenje "skinuta" pacijentica s onkološkim oboljenjem, koja je uzgred budi rečeno i majka, ali koja na svoju žalost nije "zadovoljavala" godine života po kojima bi imala prednost pri cijepljenju.
- Ja bih takvu pacijenticu cijepila, ako je ne bih cijepila, odmah prvi dan cijepljenja, onda bih je cijepila odmah u idućoj turi, dakle za tjedan dana. To je zastrašujuće, da smo mi liječnici obiteljske medicine, sada pod tolikim pritiskom. Imamo osjećaj kao da smo u "Big Brotheru", kao da smo pod velikom prismotrom i svi čekaju samo da netko od nas nešto pogrešno napravi. Mi moramo moći sami donositi svoje odluke, na temelju dijagnoza i kliničkih slika naših pacijenata, a ne na temelju nečijih godina. I ja sam, sada u prvom krugu cijepljenja cijepila one koji imaju 80 ili 70 plus godina, no takvi pacijenti kao ta gospođa ne smiju dugo čekati na cijepljenje - kaže dr. Vikica Krolo, liječnica obiteljske medicine i zamjenica predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore.
'Sva su cjepiva dobra'
Zanimalo nas je, je li se uvukao strah među liječnike obiteljske medicine, kako ne bi "krivog" cijepili?
- Ne bih rekla da se uvukao strah, ali oprez svakako postoji, a to nije dobro jer nikakva vrsta prisile nije dobra. Mnogi od mojih kolega su vrlo oprezni, kako ih nitko ne bi prijavio ili prozvao jer kada vam jednom netko to napravi, poslije se teško "oprati". Upravo zbog toga od Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) tražimo točne upute, kako se ponašati i koga cijepiti. Ali, vjerujte nije lako raditi kada vam nad glavom visi Damaklov mač - kaže dr. Krolo.
Naša sugovornica je uvjerena da bi uz "puno manje buke" bilo kud i kamo ugodnije raditi i cijepiti ljude.
- Puno se, previše priča i piše o cjepivima i o tome koje je dobro, a koje je manje dobro. Sve su to dobra cjepiva i ljudi ne trebaju imati straha od njih. Moraju vjerovati svojim liječnicima. Ne kažem da od ljudi treba nešto zatajiti, ali ljudi su "izluđeni" tolikom količinom informacija. Jedni kažu jedno, drugi kažu drugo i tako u krug. A ljudi zbog toga najviše pate jer ne znaju što je istina, a što laž...
Za kraj nam je dr. Krolo spomenula i cjepivo protiv gripe.
- Cjepivo protiv gripe je učinkovito manje nego cjepivo protiv Covida. Pa nitko nikada nije postavio pitanje o tome. Zašto? Zato jer je svjestan ako se cijepi da će i ako dobije gripu dobiti kud i kamo blaži oblik. Tako vam je i s Covidom. Ako se ljudi cijepe, mogu biti sigurni da neće završiti na respiratoru ili da će umrijeti. Zbog toga se moraju svi cijepiti bilo kojim odobrenim cjepivom - zaključuje dr. Krolo.
