Pozicija Hrvatske je jasna. Pratit ćemo Sloveniju u odluci o proširenje nuklearke Krško ako se ona na to odluči, poručio je nedavno premijer Andrej Plenković na Brdu kod Kranja nakon sastanka sa svojim slovenskim kolegom Robertom Golobom.

I time izrijekom potvrdio ono o čemu se već neko vrijeme spekuliralo: u jeku bitke za energente Hrvatska prilično ozbiljno razmatra mogućnost da "podeblja" vlastitu proizvodnju električne energije gradnjom nove nuklearne centrale, i tako smanji ovisnost o uvozu plina iz Rusije.

Namjera Slovenije da u Krškom izgradi novi blok nuklearke Plenkoviću je došla kao naručena. Novi blok gradio bi se na teritoriju Slovenije, po modelu po kojemu je izgrađena i postojeća nuklearka. Pola troškova snosila bi Slovenija, a pola Hrvatska. Jednako tako bi se dijelilo i vlasništvo, kao i proizvedena struja, te u jednakim dijelovima skladištio nuklearni otpad.

Za Hrvatsku to bi bila win-win situacija: neće imati nuklearku na svojem teritoriju, a od nje će dobivati struju. Zauzvrat, Hrvatska je po svemu sudeći spremna proširiti LNG terminal na Krku i to na način da Sloveniji za njezine potrebe ponudi na korištenje dio terminala.

Time bi pakt kojega su Hrvatska i Slovenija sklopile prije pedeset godina u Titovoj Jugoslaviji – pakt po kojemu se dogovorom o gradnji nuklearke ove dvije socijalističke Republike 1970. otrgnule od ovisnosti od električne energije dobivene u Srbiji – mogao ponovno zaživjeti.

Energetski ekspert prof. dr. Igor Dekanić ističe da nuklearna energija doista može biti dobar izlaz iz aktualne energetske krize.

- Novi blok u Krškom u zajedničkom vlasništvu bi za Hrvatsku riješio sve energetske probleme u idućih 30 do 40 godina. Oko ovog je potrebno postići pametan ekonomsko-politički dogovor Hrvatske i Slovenije u kojemu će obje zemlje imati velike koristi - ističe u izjavi za Slobodnu Dalmaciju Dekanić. Iza svega naravno, leži težnja da se Europa oslobodi ovisnosti o ruskim energentima.

- Ako se Europska unija odrekne ruskog plina i velikog dijela ruske nafte, nedostajat će joj četvrtina energije. Izlaz iz toga je čini se nuklearna energija jer ne emitira stakleničke plinove. Obnovljivi izvori energije su relativno skupi i dugo se grade i zato paralelno s njima Europa razmatra i mogućnosti nuklearne energije – pojašnjava Dekanić. Novi blok u Krškom uz daljnji razvoj obnovljivih izvora energije iz vjetra, sunca i geotermalnih izvora za Hrvatsku bi bio izuzetno koristan.

- Krško je građeno po američkoj Westinghouse tehnologiji koja je sigurna, ispitana i normalno radi već 40 godina. I radit će još 20 godina. Tu je osnovni problem ima li Sava dovoljno vode za proizvodnju dodatnih tisuću dvjesto megawata.

Cijena gradnje je visoka. U Finskoj se nova nukearka gradi za ukupno 5 milijardi eura, no u Krškom već postoji infrastruktura, pa će i ti troškovi biti niži – upozorava Dekanić.

Kada se govori o gradnji nove nuklearke, tu je, dakako, ključno pitanje sigurnosti. Dr. Tonči Tadić s Instituta Ruđer Bošković vodeći je stručnjak upravo za ovo područje. Član je znanstveno-tehničkog odbora Euroatoma, Europske zajednice za atomsku energiju, a bio je i u stručnom timu koji je Ministarstvo gospodarstva konzultiralo vezano za produljenje radnog vijeka nuklearke Krško.

- Nuklearna elektrana Krško je odlično projektirana i danas je u izvrsnom stanju, i Slovenija i Hrvatska produljit će njezin životni vijek do 2043. godine. Ako i dalje bude vođeno od jednako kvalificiranih stručnjaka kao što je to do sad bilo, ne vidim razloga za brigu.

Krško je građeno da izdrži potres magnitude 9, a na Savi nema tsunamija pa se ne može ponoviti Fukushima. Osim toga, svi akcidenti u nuklearnim elektranama dogodili su se u državama koje nisu članice Eurotoma koja propisuje rigorozne standarde postupanja u upravljanju nuklearnim elektranama – ističe u izjavi za Slobodnu Dalmaciju Tadić.

Električna energija iz Krškog pritom je, napominje naš sugovornik, uvjerljivo najjeftinija na tržištu. Kilovat sat iz Krškog tri je puta jeftiniji od velikog solara, pet puta od solara na krovu objekta, a podjednako ili nešto jeftiniji od vjetroelektrane.

Što je svakako argument kojega ne bi tako olako trebalo odbaciti.

I Hrvatska je trebala izgraditi nuklearku

Sporazum o gradnji nuklearnih elektrana između SR Slovenije i SR Hrvatske potpisan je 1970. godine. Dogovor je tada bio da se prva nuklearka gradi u Sloveniji, a druga u Hrvatskoj.

Četiri godine kasnije su odabrani izvođači, u veljači 1975. su počeli građevinski radovi, a u listopada 1981. nuklearka Krško krenula je s radom.

U Sloveniji se upravo gradnja nuklearke danas smatra prvim korakom ka osamostaljenju.

Hrvatska, međutim, nikad nije sagradila drugu nuklearku na svojem teritoriju. Razmatrale su se tri lokacije: jedna na Savi, u Prevlaci kraj Dugog Sela, druga na Viru i treća na Dunavu, na granici sa Srbijom.

Na koncu je odabrana Rugvica, raspisan je i natječaj. Predviđeno je bilo da izgradnja započne 1985., a da nuklearka s radom krene 1992. godine. No od svega se na koncu ipak odustalo.

Pozicija Hrvatske je jasna. Pratit ćemo Sloveniju u odluci o proširenje nuklearke Krško ako se ona na to odluči, poručio je nedavno premijer Andrej Plenković na Brdu kod Kranja nakon sastanka sa svojim slovenskim kolegom Robertom Golobom.

I time izrijekom potvrdio ono o čemu se već neko vrijeme spekuliralo: u jeku bitke za energente Hrvatska prilično ozbiljno razmatra mogućnost da "podeblja" vlastitu proizvodnju električne energije gradnjom nove nuklearne centrale, i tako smanji ovisnost o uvozu plina iz Rusije.

Namjera Slovenije da u Krškom izgradi novi blok nuklearke Plenkoviću je došla kao naručena. Novi blok gradio bi se na teritoriju Slovenije, po modelu po kojemu je izgrađena i postojeća nuklearka. Pola troškova snosila bi Slovenija, a pola Hrvatska. Jednako tako bi se dijelilo i vlasništvo, kao i proizvedena struja, te u jednakim dijelovima skladištio nuklearni otpad.

Za Hrvatsku to bi bila win-win situacija: neće imati nuklearku na svojem teritoriju, a od nje će dobivati struju. Zauzvrat, Hrvatska je po svemu sudeći spremna proširiti LNG terminal na Krku i to na način da Sloveniji za njezine potrebe ponudi na korištenje dio terminala.

Time bi pakt kojega su Hrvatska i Slovenija sklopile prije pedeset godina u Titovoj Jugoslaviji – pakt po kojemu se dogovorom o gradnji nuklearke ove dvije socijalističke Republike 1970. otrgnule od ovisnosti od električne energije dobivene u Srbiji – mogao ponovno zaživjeti.

Energetski ekspert prof. dr. Igor Dekanić ističe da nuklearna energija doista može biti dobar izlaz iz aktualne energetske krize.

- Novi blok u Krškom u zajedničkom vlasništvu bi za Hrvatsku riješio sve energetske probleme u idućih 30 do 40 godina. Oko ovog je potrebno postići pametan ekonomsko-politički dogovor Hrvatske i Slovenije u kojemu će obje zemlje imati velike koristi - ističe u izjavi za Slobodnu Dalmaciju Dekanić. Iza svega naravno, leži težnja da se Europa oslobodi ovisnosti o ruskim energentima.

- Ako se Europska unija odrekne ruskog plina i velikog dijela ruske nafte, nedostajat će joj četvrtina energije. Izlaz iz toga je čini se nuklearna energija jer ne emitira stakleničke plinove. Obnovljivi izvori energije su relativno skupi i dugo se grade i zato paralelno s njima Europa razmatra i mogućnosti nuklearne energije – pojašnjava Dekanić. Novi blok u Krškom uz daljnji razvoj obnovljivih izvora energije iz vjetra, sunca i geotermalnih izvora za Hrvatsku bi bio izuzetno koristan.

- Krško je građeno po američkoj Westinghouse tehnologiji koja je sigurna, ispitana i normalno radi već 40 godina. I radit će još 20 godina. Tu je osnovni problem ima li Sava dovoljno vode za proizvodnju dodatnih tisuću dvjesto megawata.

Cijena gradnje je visoka. U Finskoj se nova nukearka gradi za ukupno 5 milijardi eura, no u Krškom već postoji infrastruktura, pa će i ti troškovi biti niži – upozorava Dekanić.

Kada se govori o gradnji nove nuklearke, tu je, dakako, ključno pitanje sigurnosti. Dr. Tonči Tadić s Instituta Ruđer Bošković vodeći je stručnjak upravo za ovo područje. Član je znanstveno-tehničkog odbora Euroatoma, Europske zajednice za atomsku energiju, a bio je i u stručnom timu koji je Ministarstvo gospodarstva konzultiralo vezano za produljenje radnog vijeka nuklearke Krško.

- Nuklearna elektrana Krško je odlično projektirana i danas je u izvrsnom stanju, i Slovenija i Hrvatska produljit će njezin životni vijek do 2043. godine. Ako i dalje bude vođeno od jednako kvalificiranih stručnjaka kao što je to do sad bilo, ne vidim razloga za brigu.

Krško je građeno da izdrži potres magnitude 9, a na Savi nema tsunamija pa se ne može ponoviti Fukushima. Osim toga, svi akcidenti u nuklearnim elektranama dogodili su se u državama koje nisu članice Eurotoma koja propisuje rigorozne standarde postupanja u upravljanju nuklearnim elektranama – ističe u izjavi za Slobodnu Dalmaciju Tadić.

Električna energija iz Krškog pritom je, napominje naš sugovornik, uvjerljivo najjeftinija na tržištu. Kilovat sat iz Krškog tri je puta jeftiniji od velikog solara, pet puta od solara na krovu objekta, a podjednako ili nešto jeftiniji od vjetroelektrane.

Što je svakako argument kojega ne bi tako olako trebalo odbaciti.

I Hrvatska je trebala izgraditi nuklearku

Sporazum o gradnji nuklearnih elektrana između SR Slovenije i SR Hrvatske potpisan je 1970. godine. Dogovor je tada bio da se prva nuklearka gradi u Sloveniji, a druga u Hrvatskoj.

Četiri godine kasnije su odabrani izvođači, u veljači 1975. su počeli građevinski radovi, a u listopada 1981. nuklearka Krško krenula je s radom.

U Sloveniji se upravo gradnja nuklearke danas smatra prvim korakom ka osamostaljenju.

Hrvatska, međutim, nikad nije sagradila drugu nuklearku na svojem teritoriju. Razmatrale su se tri lokacije: jedna na Savi, u Prevlaci kraj Dugog Sela, druga na Viru i treća na Dunavu, na granici sa Srbijom.

Na koncu je odabrana Rugvica, raspisan je i natječaj. Predviđeno je bilo da izgradnja započne 1985., a da nuklearka s radom krene 1992. godine. No od svega se na koncu ipak odustalo.
