Ministarstvo zdravstva medijima je poslalo novo priopćenje u kojem su detaljno objavili koje su poslove na problematičnoj platformi 'Cijepise' odradile tvrtke Cuspis, In2 i Ericsson Nikola Tesla te koliko im je za taj posao plaćeno, piše Jutarnji list.
- Sve tri angažirane tvrtke Cuspis, in2 i Ericsson Nikola Tesla uključeni su isporukom pojedinih komponenti u cjelovito programsko rješenje za praćenje postupka cijepljenja- objavili su iz Ministarstva zdravstva u priopćenju koje prenosi Dnevnik.hr.
Podjelu posla po stavkama prenosimo u cijelosti kako je priopćilo Ministarstvo:
Komponente koje isporučuje Cuspis su:
Smart Call centar i Web servisi - 92.400,00 Kn
Komunikacija s Listom zainteresiranih i Smart Call centrom – 155.600,00 Kn
Popis zainteresiranih i Web servisi – 156.000,00 Kn
Javni web cijepise.zdravlje.hr i Web servis – 196.000,00 Kn (dizajn weba, izrada javnih stranica, integracija s bazom osiguranika HZZO-a, integracija s eCjepih za preuzimanje statusa cijepljenja građana)
Stavka u iznosu od 196.000 kuna koja se spominje u medijima je do sada jedina realizirana i plaćena, a odnosi se na web stranicu cijepise.zdravlje.hr
Ukupno: 600.000 Kn +PDV
Troškovi uključuju podršku i održavanje do 09.02.2023.

Nadogradnja PZZ aplikacija za naručivanje na cijepljenje protiv COVID-19
Nadogradnja sustava eNaručivanja za naručivanje na cijepljenje protiv COVID-19

Izrada funkcionalnosti web aplikacije Portal zdravlja za naručivanje na cijepljenje protiv COVID-19, naručivanje kod odobrenog PZZ liječnika i komunikacija s liječnikom – 525.400,00Kn
Izrada funkcionalnosti mobilne aplikacije Portala zdravlja za naručivanje na cijepljenje protiv COVID-19, naručivanje kod odobrenog PZZ liječnika i komunikacija s liječnikom – 388.505,00 Kn
Odražavanje Web aplikacije Portala zdravlja – 122.900,00 Kn
Održavanje mobilne aplikacije Portala zdravlja – 307.750.00 Kn
Ukupno: 1.344.555,00 Kn +PDV
Aktivnosti konfiguracije kalendara i edukacija zaposlenih na svim punktovima za masovno cijepljenje još nisu naručene jer ovise o broju aktiviranih punktova – procijenjena vrijednost oko 1.000.000 Kn
Troškovi uključuju podršku i održavanje do 01.10.2023.
Sveukupna procjena za cijeli projekt: 3.486.655,00 Kn + PDV (871.663,75)= 4.358,318.75'', navodi Ministarstvo.
Ericsson i In2 tvrde da nemaju veze s CijepiSe
Tvrtke Ericsson Nikola Tesla i In2 odbacile su ranije danas tvrdnje da imaju ikakve veze s platformom CijepiSe, ustvrdivši da samo imaju ugovore s Ministarstvom zdravstva o suradnji na Centralnom zdravstvenom informacijskom sustavu eNaručivanje.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla nije sudjelovao u izradi web stranice cijepise.zdravlje.hr, niti je povezan s načinom rada ili održavanjem te web stranice, objavila je tvrtka na svojim stranicama.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla trenutno s Ministarstvom zdravstva ima sklopljen ugovor o održavanju i nadogradnji programske osnovice CEZIH-a, a kreiranje ili održavanje web stranice cijepise.zdravlje.hr nije dio tog ugovora.
Stoga ne postoji, niti je postojala, zakonska ni ugovorna mogućnost angažmana Ericssona Nikole Tesle u poslovima vezanim uz web stranicu cijepise.zdravlje.hr, poručili su iz tvrtke.
Stranica cijepise.zdravlje.hr nije dio sustava eNaručivanje, za čije je za izgradnju i održavanje zadužen IN2, kao dugogodišnji strateški partner Ministarstva zdravstva u razvoju CEZIH-a, priopćili su iz IN2.
Na temelju ugovora za održavanje i nadogradnju CEZIH-a, IN2 je zadužen za njegovu prilagodbu potrebama procesa naručivanja građana na cijepljenje protiv covida-19.
Svoju ulogu u tom složenom projektu IN2 obavlja u skladu sa svim postojećim ugovorima s naručiteljem, transparentno i profesionalno, kaže se u priopćenju.
Ministarstvo nije htjelo otkriti tko je izradio platformu
Telegram je u četvrtak objavio da Ministarstvo zdravstva nije htjelo otkriti tko je izradio platformu CijepiSe, za koju je korištena besplatna platforma WordPress. te da su to otkrili po kodu tvrtke Cuspis.
Ta je tvrtka od 2018. godine, otkad je na mjesto pomoćnika, a zatim ministra došao Vili Beroš, po javno dostupnim podacima iz državne riznice primila oko 14 milijuna kuna, a od 2013. godine do 2018. nije imala doznaka, ističe Telegram.
Ministarstvo zdravstva objavilo je da su tvrtke Ericsson Nikola Tesla, In2 i Cuspis angažirane “kroz postojeće ugovore za informacijske podsustave Centralnog zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava Republike Hrvatske (CEZIH), potpisane po provedenim otvorenim postupcima javne nabave".
Komponente platforme CijepiSe naručene su iz stavke adaptivnih sati u sklopu postojećih ugovora, priopćilo je Ministarstvo.
Kako se platforma CijepiSe sastoji od većeg broja komponenti, koje se stalno prilagođavaju situaciji s epidemijom, vrijednost ovog projekta se može izraziti na razini procijene od 4,467.515 kuna.
Od toga, stavka u iznosu od 196.000 kuna, koja je ugovorena s tvrtkom Cuspis do sada je jedina realizirana i plaćena, a odnosi se na web stranicu cijepise.zdravlje.hr koja je integrirana s servisom za provjeru statusa osigurane osobe.
Ministarstvo ističe da je svaki plan nabave, kao i registar ugovora, javno dostupan na stranici Ministarstva pod kategorijom Pristup informacijama – Javna nabava, te da se angažiranje dobavljača za platformu CijepiSe provodilo transparentno i u skladu s odredbama Zakona o javnoj nabavi.

Ministarstvo zdravstva medijima je poslalo novo priopćenje u kojem su detaljno objavili koje su poslove na problematičnoj platformi 'Cijepise' odradile tvrtke Cuspis, In2 i Ericsson Nikola Tesla te koliko im je za taj posao plaćeno, piše Jutarnji list.
- Sve tri angažirane tvrtke Cuspis, in2 i Ericsson Nikola Tesla uključeni su isporukom pojedinih komponenti u cjelovito programsko rješenje za praćenje postupka cijepljenja- objavili su iz Ministarstva zdravstva u priopćenju koje prenosi Dnevnik.hr.
Podjelu posla po stavkama prenosimo u cijelosti kako je priopćilo Ministarstvo:
Komponente koje isporučuje Cuspis su:
Smart Call centar i Web servisi - 92.400,00 Kn
Komunikacija s Listom zainteresiranih i Smart Call centrom – 155.600,00 Kn
Popis zainteresiranih i Web servisi – 156.000,00 Kn
Javni web cijepise.zdravlje.hr i Web servis – 196.000,00 Kn (dizajn weba, izrada javnih stranica, integracija s bazom osiguranika HZZO-a, integracija s eCjepih za preuzimanje statusa cijepljenja građana)
Stavka u iznosu od 196.000 kuna koja se spominje u medijima je do sada jedina realizirana i plaćena, a odnosi se na web stranicu cijepise.zdravlje.hr
Ukupno: 600.000 Kn +PDV
Troškovi uključuju podršku i održavanje do 09.02.2023.

Nadogradnja PZZ aplikacija za naručivanje na cijepljenje protiv COVID-19

Izrada funkcionalnosti mobilne aplikacije Portala zdravlja za naručivanje na cijepljenje protiv COVID-19, naručivanje kod odobrenog PZZ liječnika i komunikacija s liječnikom – 388.505,00 Kn
Odražavanje Web aplikacije Portala zdravlja – 122.900,00 Kn
Održavanje mobilne aplikacije Portala zdravlja – 307.750.00 Kn
Ukupno: 1.344.555,00 Kn +PDV
Aktivnosti konfiguracije kalendara i edukacija zaposlenih na svim punktovima za masovno cijepljenje još nisu naručene jer ovise o broju aktiviranih punktova – procijenjena vrijednost oko 1.000.000 Kn
Troškovi uključuju podršku i održavanje do 01.10.2023.
Sveukupna procjena za cijeli projekt: 3.486.655,00 Kn + PDV (871.663,75)= 4.358,318.75'', navodi Ministarstvo.
Ericsson i In2 tvrde da nemaju veze s CijepiSe
Tvrtke Ericsson Nikola Tesla i In2 odbacile su ranije danas tvrdnje da imaju ikakve veze s platformom CijepiSe, ustvrdivši da samo imaju ugovore s Ministarstvom zdravstva o suradnji na Centralnom zdravstvenom informacijskom sustavu eNaručivanje.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla nije sudjelovao u izradi web stranice cijepise.zdravlje.hr, niti je povezan s načinom rada ili održavanjem te web stranice, objavila je tvrtka na svojim stranicama.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla trenutno s Ministarstvom zdravstva ima sklopljen ugovor o održavanju i nadogradnji programske osnovice CEZIH-a, a kreiranje ili održavanje web stranice cijepise.zdravlje.hr nije dio tog ugovora.
Stoga ne postoji, niti je postojala, zakonska ni ugovorna mogućnost angažmana Ericssona Nikole Tesle u poslovima vezanim uz web stranicu cijepise.zdravlje.hr, poručili su iz tvrtke.
Stranica cijepise.zdravlje.hr nije dio sustava eNaručivanje, za čije je za izgradnju i održavanje zadužen IN2, kao dugogodišnji strateški partner Ministarstva zdravstva u razvoju CEZIH-a, priopćili su iz IN2.
Na temelju ugovora za održavanje i nadogradnju CEZIH-a, IN2 je zadužen za njegovu prilagodbu potrebama procesa naručivanja građana na cijepljenje protiv covida-19.
Svoju ulogu u tom složenom projektu IN2 obavlja u skladu sa svim postojećim ugovorima s naručiteljem, transparentno i profesionalno, kaže se u priopćenju.
Ministarstvo nije htjelo otkriti tko je izradio platformu
Telegram je u četvrtak objavio da Ministarstvo zdravstva nije htjelo otkriti tko je izradio platformu CijepiSe, za koju je korištena besplatna platforma WordPress. te da su to otkrili po kodu tvrtke Cuspis.
Ta je tvrtka od 2018. godine, otkad je na mjesto pomoćnika, a zatim ministra došao Vili Beroš, po javno dostupnim podacima iz državne riznice primila oko 14 milijuna kuna, a od 2013. godine do 2018. nije imala doznaka, ističe Telegram.
Ministarstvo zdravstva objavilo je da su tvrtke Ericsson Nikola Tesla, In2 i Cuspis angažirane “kroz postojeće ugovore za informacijske podsustave Centralnog zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava Republike Hrvatske (CEZIH), potpisane po provedenim otvorenim postupcima javne nabave".
Komponente platforme CijepiSe naručene su iz stavke adaptivnih sati u sklopu postojećih ugovora, priopćilo je Ministarstvo.
Kako se platforma CijepiSe sastoji od većeg broja komponenti, koje se stalno prilagođavaju situaciji s epidemijom, vrijednost ovog projekta se može izraziti na razini procijene od 4,467.515 kuna.
Od toga, stavka u iznosu od 196.000 kuna, koja je ugovorena s tvrtkom Cuspis do sada je jedina realizirana i plaćena, a odnosi se na web stranicu cijepise.zdravlje.hr koja je integrirana s servisom za provjeru statusa osigurane osobe.
Ministarstvo ističe da je svaki plan nabave, kao i registar ugovora, javno dostupan na stranici Ministarstva pod kategorijom Pristup informacijama – Javna nabava, te da se angažiranje dobavljača za platformu CijepiSe provodilo transparentno i u skladu s odredbama Zakona o javnoj nabavi.
