- Milan Bandić bio je nakon Gojka Šuška drugi najveći zagrebački Hercegovac - kaže umirovljeni general Ljubo Ćesić Rojs, inače zemljak i dugogodišnji poznanik preminulog gradonačelnika Zagreba.

- Bio je odličan gradonačelnik. Prošao je težak život počev od djetinjstva do studija u Zagrebu. Mi kao Udruga 'Hrvatski generalski zbor' imali smo odličnu suradnju s njim. Kada je god trebalo, njegova vrata su nam bila otvorena. Nije bio od velikih riječi, kratko i jasno. Kada bi nešto odlučio, obećao, to bi i izvršio - navodi Ćesić.

- Družio se Milan sa svima. Njegov životni projekt je bio starački dom u Markuševcu. Nije ga doživio, a evo trebao bi biti završen u svibnju. Prigorci koji su mi tu susjedi cijene što im je doveo i vodu, i plin, i kanalizaciju, i vrtić... Ljudi su zadovoljni kako je vodio grad. Ima i onih da im napravite sve živo, opet bi vas ogovarali. Vidjet ćemo tko će doći za novog. Bit će mu teško. Bandić je radio dan i noć - ističe Rojs.

Kaže da Bandić nije zaboravio ni rodni kraj.

- Pomagao je i dolje koliko je mogao. Do 2000. godine državna politika predsjednika Tuđmana i ministra Šuška bila je totalno drugačija. Nikad nitko u povijesti nije više pomagao od njih dva, niti će pomagati, jer su znali cijeniti koliko su Hrvati iz BiH dali za hrvatsku državu. Kada sada kažu da daju 25 milijuna kuna, pa to su Tuđman i Šušak pomagali na dnevnoj bazi. Nije bilo razlike između Hrvata s ove i one strane granice. Milan je kao gradonačečnik mogao pomoći tek nekoj udruzi, Crkvi... Ali da se rado odazivao na pozive zavičajnih klubova iz Posušja, Čitluka, Konjica, Viteza, POsavine..., istina je.. Tu mu kapu skidam do poda - navodi umirovljeni general.

- Mi smo jedan od drugog rođeni na 20 kilometara. Poznavao sam mu pokojnu majku Blagicu, obilazio je. Jutros sam nazvao brata Dragu koji živi u Berlinu i izrazio sućut. Znam i sestru Tonku i njezine. Prošli smo sličnu klavariju odrastanja, dolaska u Zagreb. Puno će faliti svima. Neka mu je laka hrvatska zemlja - još nam je rekao Ljubo Ćesić Rojs.

- Milan Bandić bio je nakon Gojka Šuška drugi najveći zagrebački Hercegovac - kaže umirovljeni general Ljubo Ćesić Rojs, inače zemljak i dugogodišnji poznanik preminulog gradonačelnika Zagreba.

- Bio je odličan gradonačelnik. Prošao je težak život počev od djetinjstva do studija u Zagrebu. Mi kao Udruga 'Hrvatski generalski zbor' imali smo odličnu suradnju s njim. Kada je god trebalo, njegova vrata su nam bila otvorena. Nije bio od velikih riječi, kratko i jasno. Kada bi nešto odlučio, obećao, to bi i izvršio - navodi Ćesić.

- Družio se Milan sa svima. Njegov životni projekt je bio starački dom u Markuševcu. Nije ga doživio, a evo trebao bi biti završen u svibnju. Prigorci koji su mi tu susjedi cijene što im je doveo i vodu, i plin, i kanalizaciju, i vrtić... Ljudi su zadovoljni kako je vodio grad. Ima i onih da im napravite sve živo, opet bi vas ogovarali. Vidjet ćemo tko će doći za novog. Bit će mu teško. Bandić je radio dan i noć - ističe Rojs.

Kaže da Bandić nije zaboravio ni rodni kraj.

- Pomagao je i dolje koliko je mogao. Do 2000. godine državna politika predsjednika Tuđmana i ministra Šuška bila je totalno drugačija. Nikad nitko u povijesti nije više pomagao od njih dva, niti će pomagati, jer su znali cijeniti koliko su Hrvati iz BiH dali za hrvatsku državu. Kada sada kažu da daju 25 milijuna kuna, pa to su Tuđman i Šušak pomagali na dnevnoj bazi. Nije bilo razlike između Hrvata s ove i one strane granice. Milan je kao gradonačečnik mogao pomoći tek nekoj udruzi, Crkvi... Ali da se rado odazivao na pozive zavičajnih klubova iz Posušja, Čitluka, Konjica, Viteza, POsavine..., istina je.. Tu mu kapu skidam do poda - navodi umirovljeni general.

- Mi smo jedan od drugog rođeni na 20 kilometara. Poznavao sam mu pokojnu majku Blagicu, obilazio je. Jutros sam nazvao brata Dragu koji živi u Berlinu i izrazio sućut. Znam i sestru Tonku i njezine. Prošli smo sličnu klavariju odrastanja, dolaska u Zagreb. Puno će faliti svima. Neka mu je laka hrvatska zemlja - još nam je rekao Ljubo Ćesić Rojs.

- Milan Bandić bio je nakon Gojka Šuška drugi najveći zagrebački Hercegovac - kaže umirovljeni general Ljubo Ćesić Rojs, inače zemljak i dugogodišnji poznanik preminulog gradonačelnika Zagreba.

- Bio je odličan gradonačelnik. Prošao je težak život počev od djetinjstva do studija u Zagrebu. Mi kao Udruga 'Hrvatski generalski zbor' imali smo odličnu suradnju s njim. Kada je god trebalo, njegova vrata su nam bila otvorena. Nije bio od velikih riječi, kratko i jasno. Kada bi nešto odlučio, obećao, to bi i izvršio - navodi Ćesić.

- Družio se Milan sa svima. Njegov životni projekt je bio starački dom u Markuševcu. Nije ga doživio, a evo trebao bi biti završen u svibnju. Prigorci koji su mi tu susjedi cijene što im je doveo i vodu, i plin, i kanalizaciju, i vrtić... Ljud...
