Tri državna prostora u zagrebačkom Miškecovom prolazu na natječaju 2017. godine pripala su tvrtki Rebeca iz Zagreba.
U to vrijeme ministar državne imovine bio je bivši ministar Goran Marić, a tvrtku Rebeca, koja je tada pobijedila na natječaju, osnovale su firme Lucciola (poduzetnik Neven Perica) i tvrtka Eko-glob, čiji je osnivač društvo Globfi, a čiji je, pak, osnivač tvrtka Finkor, koja je i vlasnik prostora u kojem se smjestio takozvani klub Dragana Kovačevića (koji je i osnivač te tvrtke), a donedavni predsjednik Janafa koji je u pritvoru zbog sumnje da je primio mito od 1,9 milijuna kuna, piše Jutarnji list.

Sve te tvrtke prijavljene su na adresi na kojoj se smjestio Kovačevićev klub i u njima je direktorica Ivana Širić.
Zanimljivo je pritom spomenuti da su mediji ovih dana pisali da je upravo u Janafu radila i nevjesta bivšeg ministra Marića. Riječ je o tri poslovna prostora u Miškecovom prolazu od 22, 22 i 29 četvornih metara za koje najamnina iznosi 3,9 tisuća kuna (za svaki od 22 četvorna metra) te 5,2 tisuće kuna za ovaj od 29 četvornih metara.

Alfa stan grupa

U jednom od prostora nedavno je otvorena pivnica. Podsjetimo da se upravo u aferi s ministrom Marićem također spominjala tvrtka Alfa stan grupa (jer je u jednom od stanova koje je gradila ta tvrtka u najmu živio njegov sin). Pritom je zanimljivo da su upravo u garaži u Samoboru, suvlasnika te građevinske tvrtke Alfa stan grupe, istražitelji ovih dana pronašli Kovačevićev automobil.

"Samobor, strogi centar, prekrasna novoizgrađena (2006. godine) obiteljska vila katnica. Razvedena u samo dvije etaže, ukupne površine oko 600 četvornih metara. Smještena na potpuno ravnom i uređenom zemljištu od 1525 četvornih metara...Prizemlje 200 četvornih metara, garaža za 4 automobila, wc, strojarnica, ostava...Cijena 790 tisuća eura", tako je na Njuškalu prije godinu dana glasio oglas za prodaju jedne od dviju vila u Samboru u sklopu kojih se smjestila i ta garaža.

Riječ je o novcu koji se navodno dovodi u vezu s donedavnim predsjednikom Uprave Janafa Draganom Kovačevićem, uhićenim u USKOK-ovoj akciji pod optužbom za primanje nepunih dva milijuna kuna mita od ivanićgradskog poduzetnika Kreše Peteka.
Radi se o garaži koja je u vlasništvu Kovačevićeva poznanika i poduzetnika Deana Šparavca, člana društva, osnivača i direktora tvrtke Alfa stan grupa koja je registrirana za gradnju stambenih i nestambenih zgrada. Vila uz tu garažu je također u vlasništvu Šparavca, dok je vila koju je putem oglasa prodavala agencija za nekretnine na Njuškalu u međuvremenu prodana, ali navodno mimo agencije.

Prijašnji vlasnici su bili Vilko Vlahović, poduzetnik iz Njemačke, a vilu je Vlahović odmah nakon izgradnje upisao na ime svoje supruge Alfonsine Vlahović.

U izvatku zemljišnih knjiga danas je vidljivo kako se lani u srpnju na Vlahovićevu nekretninu kao vlasnik upisao Dragan Čolić iz Makarske, a navodno je riječ o vlasniku kladionice iz Bosne i Hercegovine.

No, vratimo se na Deana Šparavca i tvrtku Alfa stan grupu, tvrtku o kojoj se pisalo kad je otkriveno da u najmu jednog od stanova u zgradi koju su gradili, živi sin bivšeg ministra državne imovine Gorana Marića.

Vlasnik stana

Ta priča se zakomplicirala kad je otkriveno da je vlasnik tog stana tvrtka Veslačka nekretnine, koja je, pak, tvrtka kćer Šted Investa u kojoj je ministar Marić bio direktor od 2005. do 2008., kada se povukao jer je 2008. godine ušao u sabor kao zastupnik HDZ-a. Ministra Marića povezivalo se tada s tvrtkama u kojima se uglavnom kao vlasnik pojavljivao poduzetnik Željko Udovičić, bivši vlasnik likvidirane Štedbanke kojega je 2017. godine 24 sata stavio na listu “200 obitelji koje imaju Hrvatsku i kako su se obogatile”. Upravo je Udovičić bio jedan i od suvlasnika tvrtka Alfa stan Grupa iz koje se nakon afere s ministrom Marićem povukao, a u vlasništvu je ostao Dean Šparavec. Riječ je o tvrtki u čijem je izvješću o poslovanju za 2019. godine poduzenitk Šparavec naveo da "društvo bilježi uspješnu poslovnu godinu te da je ostvaren ukupan priod od 26.3 milijuna kuna te rashod od 23.6 milijuna kuna i dobit od 2,6 milijuna kuna ".

Na temu budućeg razvoja tvrtke, Šparavec je lani imao velike planove.

"Tržište nekretnina, a time i graditeljstvo u RH posljednjih nekoliko godina kontinuirano raste i taj trend će obilježiti i iduću poslovnu godinu. Društvo priprema dva projekta. U završnoj fazi pripreme je projekt Blok Bužanova-Štrihina sa 60 stanova i 2 poslovna prostora čija je gradnja trebala započeti u travnju 2020. goidne. U početnoj fazi pripreme je stambeno-poslovni blok na lokaciji bive tvornice Kamensko".

Tri državna prostora u zagrebačkom Miškecovom prolazu na natječaju 2017. godine pripala su tvrtki Rebeca iz Zagreba.
U to vrijeme ministar državne imovine bio je bivši ministar Goran Marić, a tvrtku Rebeca, koja je tada pobijedila na natječaju, osnovale su firme Lucciola (poduzetnik Neven Perica) i tvrtka Eko-glob, čiji je osnivač društvo Globfi, a čiji je, pak, osnivač tvrtka Finkor, koja je i vlasnik prostora u kojem se smjestio takozvani klub Dragana Kovačevića (koji je i osnivač te tvrtke), a donedavni predsjednik Janafa koji je u pritvoru zbog sumnje da je primio mito od 1,9 milijuna kuna, piše Jutarnji list.

Sve te tvrtke prijavljene su na adresi na kojoj se smjestio Kovačevićev klub i u njima je direktorica Ivana Širić.
Zanimljivo je pritom spomenuti da su mediji ovih dana pisali da je upravo u Janafu radila i nevjesta bivšeg ministra Marića. Riječ je o tri poslovna prostora u Miškecovom prolazu od 22, 22 i 29 četvornih metara za koje najamnina iznosi 3,9 tisuća kuna (za svaki od 22 četvorna metra) te 5,2 tisuće kuna za ovaj od 29 četvornih metara.

Alfa stan grupa

U jednom od prostora nedavno je otvorena pivnica. Podsjetimo da se upravo u aferi s ministrom Marićem također spominjala tvrtka Alfa stan grupa (jer je u jednom od stanova koje je gradila ta tvrtka u najmu živio njegov sin). Pritom je zanimljivo da su upravo u garaži u Samoboru, suvlasnika te građevinske tvrtke Alfa stan grupe, istražitelji ovih dana pronašli Kovačevićev automobil.

"Samobor, strogi centar, prekrasna novoizgrađena (2006. godine) obiteljska vila katnica. Razvedena u samo dvije etaže, ukupne površine oko 600 četvornih metara. Smještena na potpuno ravnom i uređenom zemljištu od 1525 četvornih metara...Prizemlje 200 četvornih metara, garaža za 4 automobila, wc, strojarnica, ostava...Cijena 790 tisuća eura", tako je na Njuškalu prije godinu dana glasio oglas za prodaju jedne od dviju vila u Samboru u sklopu kojih se smjestila i ta garaža.

Riječ je o novcu koji se navodno dovodi u vezu s donedavnim predsjednikom Uprave Janafa Draganom Kovačevićem, uhićenim u USKOK-ovoj akciji pod optužbom za primanje nepunih dva milijuna kuna mita od ivanićgradskog poduzetnika Kreše Peteka.
Radi se o garaži koja je u vlasništvu Kovačevićeva poznanika i poduzetnika Deana Šparavca, člana društva, osnivača i direktora tvrtke Alfa stan grupa koja je registrirana za gradnju stambenih i nestambenih zgrada. Vila uz tu garažu je također u vlasništvu Šparavca, dok je vila koju je putem oglasa prodavala agencija za nekretnine na Njuškalu u međuvremenu prodana, ali navodno mimo agencije.

Prijašnji vlasnici su bili Vilko Vlahović, poduzetnik iz Njemačke, a vilu je Vlahović odmah nakon izgradnje upisao na ime svoje supruge Alfonsine Vlahović.

U izvatku zemljišnih knjiga danas je vidljivo kako se lani u srpnju na Vlahovićevu nekretninu kao vlasnik upisao Dragan Čolić iz Makarske, a navodno je riječ o vlasniku kladionice iz Bosne i Hercegovine.

No, vratimo se na Deana Šparavca i tvrtku Alfa stan grupu, tvrtku o kojoj se pisalo kad je otkriveno da u najmu jednog od stanova u zgradi koju su gradili, živi sin bivšeg ministra državne imovine Gorana Marića.

Vlasnik stana

Ta priča se zakomplicirala kad je otkriveno da je vlasnik tog stana tvrtka Veslačka nekretnine, koja je, pak, tvrtka kćer Šted Investa u kojoj je ministar Marić bio direktor od 2005. do 2008., kada se povukao jer je 2008. godine ušao u sabor kao zastupnik HDZ-a. Ministra Marića povezivalo se tada s tvrtkama u kojima se uglavnom kao vlasnik pojavljivao poduzetnik Željko Udovičić, bivši vlasnik likvidirane Štedbanke kojega je 2017. godine 24 sata stavio na listu “200 obitelji koje imaju Hrvatsku i kako su se obogatile”. Upravo je Udovičić bio jedan i od suvlasnika tvrtka Alfa stan Grupa iz koje se nakon afere s ministrom Marićem povukao, a u vlasništvu je ostao Dean Šparavec. Riječ je o tvrtki u čijem je izvješću o poslovanju za 2019. godine poduzenitk Šparavec naveo da "društvo bilježi uspješnu poslovnu godinu te da je ostvaren ukupan priod od 26.3 milijuna kuna te rashod od 23.6 milijuna kuna i dobit od 2,6 milijuna kuna ".

Na temu budućeg razvoja tvrtke, Šparavec je lani imao velike planove.

"Tržište nekretnina, a time i graditeljstvo u RH posljednjih nekoliko godina kontinuirano raste i taj trend će obilježiti i iduću poslovnu godinu. Društvo priprema dva projekta. U završnoj fazi pripreme je projekt Blok Bužanova-Štrihina sa 60 stanova i 2 poslovna prostora čija je gradnja trebala započeti u travnju 2020. goidne. U početnoj fazi pripreme je stambeno-poslovni blok na lokaciji bive tvornice Kamensko".

Tri državna prostora u zagrebačkom Miškecovom prolazu na natječaju 2017. godine pripala su tvrtki Rebeca iz Zagreba.
U to vrijeme ministar državne imovine bio je bivši ministar Goran Marić, a tvrtku Rebeca, koja je tada pobijedila na natječaju, osnovale su firme Lucciola (poduzetnik Neven Perica) i tvrtka Eko-glob, čiji je osnivač društvo Globfi, a čiji je, pak, osnivač tvrtka Finkor, koja je i vlasnik prostora u kojem se smjestio takozvani klub Dragana Kovačevića (koji je i osnivač te tvrtke), a donedavni predsjednik Janafa koji je u pritvoru zbog sumnje da je primio mito od 1,9 milijuna kuna, piše Jutarnji list.

Sve te tvrtke prijavljene su na adresi na kojoj se smjestio Kovačevićev klub i u njima je direktorica Ivana Širić.
