Most je u utorak u Hrvatskom saboru predao potpise građana prikupljene za raspisivanje referenduma kojima se traži ukidanje covid-potvrda i "stožerokracije", odnosno prebacivanje ovlasti s Nacionalnog stožera na Sabor. Predsjednik Sabora Gordan Jandroković objasnio je proceduru koja slijedi nakon predaje potpisa.

“Primio sam predstavnike dvije referendumske inicijative koji su podnijeli zahtjev za raspisivanje referenduma i predali potpise”, rekao je predsjednik Sabora, javlja N1.

“Uputit ću prema Odboru za Ustav zahtjev za referendumom i zapisnik o primopredaji potpisa. Nakon toga će Odbor održati sjednicu i plenarnoj sjednici uputiti zaključak kojim će od Vlade zatražiti da utvrdi broj i vjerodostojnost potpisa. Kad Vlada to učini, vraća Saboru zaključak ima li ili nema dovoljno potpisa”, objasnio je Jandroković.

“Ako se utvrdi da su pitanja u skladu s Ustavom, tada se raspisuje referendum, ako se utvrdi da nisu, tada referenduma nema”, rekao je Jandroković.

Na pitanje ima li mjesta za ocjenu ustavnosti pitanja, on kaže kako treba shvatiti njegovu poziciju. “Što se tiče mog osobnog mišljenja, stava sam da će Odbor uputiti plenarnoj sjednici zahtjev da se od Ustavnog suda traži ocjena ustavnosti”, kaže.

“Teško je govoriti o tome kakva će biti daljnja dinamika pandemije. Pratimo što govore stručnjaci. Vrlo je teško predvidjeti što će se točno događati. Bilo bi najbolje kad bi bilo točno ovo da omikronom pandemija završava. Unaprijed govoriti što će se događati, ne bi bilo ozbiljno”, kaže Jandroković na pitanje postoji li mogućnost da se covid-potvrde ukinu prije samog referenduma.

Pri brojanju potpisa, kaže, bit će promatrači kako nijedna strana ne bi mogla dovoditi u pitanje legitimnost brojanja potpisa.

Predsjednik Sabora nije htio komentirati uhićenje 72-godišnjaka koji je na Facebooku napisao da predsjednika Vlade na obilježavanju VRO Maslenica treba dočekati pokvarenim jajima, piše N1.

“Nemam imformacija o tome, o tome treba pitati nadležne službe” kaže Jandroković.

Most je u utorak u Hrvatskom saboru predao potpise građana prikupljene za raspisivanje referenduma kojima se traži ukidanje covid-potvrda i "stožerokracije", odnosno prebacivanje ovlasti s Nacionalnog stožera na Sabor. Predsjednik Sabora Gordan Jandroković objasnio je proceduru koja slijedi nakon predaje potpisa.

“Primio sam predstavnike dvije referendumske inicijative koji su podnijeli zahtjev za raspisivanje referenduma i predali potpise”, rekao je predsjednik Sabora, javlja N1.

“Uputit ću prema Odboru za Ustav zahtjev za referendumom i zapisnik o primopredaji potpisa. Nakon toga će Odbor održati sjednicu i plenarnoj sjednici uputiti zaključak kojim će od Vlade zatražiti da utvrdi broj i vjerodostojnost potpisa. Kad Vlada to učini, vraća Saboru zaključak ima li ili nema dovoljno potpisa”, objasnio je Jandroković.

“Ako se utvrdi da su pitanja u skladu s Ustavom, tada se raspisuje referendum, ako se utvrdi da nisu, tada referenduma nema”, rekao je Jandroković.

Na pitanje ima li mjesta za ocjenu ustavnosti pitanja, on kaže kako treba shvatiti njegovu poziciju. “Što se tiče mog osobnog mišljenja, stava sam da će Odbor uputiti plenarnoj sjednici zahtjev da se od Ustavnog suda traži ocjena ustavnosti”, kaže.

“Teško je govoriti o tome kakva će biti daljnja dinamika pandemije. Pratimo što govore stručnjaci. Vrlo je teško predvidjeti što će se točno događati. Bilo bi najbolje kad bi bilo točno ovo da omikronom pandemija završava. Unaprijed govoriti što će se događati, ne bi bilo ozbiljno”, kaže Jandroković na pitanje postoji li mogućnost da se covid-potvrde ukinu prije samog referenduma.

Pri brojanju potpisa, kaže, bit će promatrači kako nijedna strana ne bi mogla dovoditi u pitanje legitimnost brojanja potpisa.

Predsjednik Sabora nije htio komentirati uhićenje 72-godišnjaka koji je na Facebooku napisao da predsjednika Vlade na obilježavanju VRO Maslenica treba dočekati pokvarenim jajima, piše N1.

“Nemam imformacija o tome, o tome treba pitati nadležne službe” kaže Jandroković.

Most je u utorak u Hrvatskom saboru predao potpise građana prikupljene za raspisivanje referenduma kojima se traži ukidanje covid-potvrda i "stožerokracije", odnosno prebacivanje ovlasti s Nacionalnog stožera na Sabor. Predsjednik Sabora Gordan Jandroković objasnio je proceduru koja slijedi nakon predaje potpisa.

“Primio sam predstavnike dvije referendumske inicijative koji su podnijeli zahtjev za raspisivanje referenduma i predali potpise”, rekao je predsjednik Sabora, javlja N1.

“Uputit ću prema Odboru za Ustav zahtjev za referendumom i zapisnik o primopredaji potpisa. Nakon toga će Odbor održati sjednicu i plenarnoj sjednici uputiti zaključak kojim će od Vlade zatražiti da utvrdi broj i vjerodostojnost potpisa. Kad Vlada to učini, vraća Saboru zaključak ima li ili...
