Koronavirus i dalje komplicira život u bolnicama. Na Rebru kažu da imaju stagnaciju. No, svi su u stanju pripravnosti i vrlo oprezni oko prognoza s omikronom, piše Dnevnik.hr.
Reporterka Nove TV provjerila je i kakvo je stanje u KBC-u Sestre Milosrdnice. Razgovarala je s glavnom medicinskom sestrom zaduženom za COVID-19 u toj zagrebačkoj bolnici, Snježanom Krpetom.
"Situacija je takva da imamo malo manji pritisak, popunjeni smo s nekih 65 do 70 posto. Prije mjesec dana bili smo puni sa 120 COVID bolesnika. Imamo lagani pad", rekla je Krpeta.
"Mi stalno radimo punim pogonom, moramo biti oprezni zbog velikih brojeva zaraze, nadam se da ćemo vratiti hladni pogon", dodala je.
O tome puni li omikron manje bolnice, kaže: "Prije dva dana na našem punktu za testiranje bilo je 720 ljudi koji su se testirali. Nismo imali preveliki priljev bolesnika u našu bolnicu. S obzirom na to da je Zagreb i županija jedan od bolje procijepljenih, to znači da je cjepivo učinilo svoje i da je zato manji broj bolesnika na našem objedinjenom hitnom prijemu".
"Vrijeme će pokazati je li točno da se kod zaraze omikronom radi o blažim kliničkim slikama. Ovih dana izgleda da su to blaže kliničke slike čim nije tolika opterećenost na naš objedinjeni hitni prijem", rekla je Krpeta.
"Za Split je teško reći, znamo da je to velika županija s najmanje procijepljenih. Vidjeli ste ponašanja i proslave, sve to doprinosi širenju virusa. Bolnica je prenatrpana, a tamo gravitira više od 1,5 milijuna stanovnika. To je zaista veliki pritisak na kolege", kaže Krpeta.
Novi lijek protiv korone dobilo je nekoliko pacijenata, otkriva Krpeta.
"Dali smo četvorici bolesnika srednje životne dobi i izgleda da djeluje. Moram naglasiti da je jedan bolesnik bio hematološki bolesnik, a znamo da su to ozbiljni bolesnici. Oni su u tijeku liječenja, a kako se čini, imamo povratno dobre rezultate", navela je Krpeta.
"Zaraženi omikronom imaju drugačiju prezentaciju kliničkih simptoma od onih koji su zaraženi deltom. Simptomi su nastali naglo, ali su trajali kraće, u tome se razlikuje", zaključila je Krpeta.

Koronavirus i dalje komplicira život u bolnicama. Na Rebru kažu da imaju stagnaciju. No, svi su u stanju pripravnosti i vrlo oprezni oko prognoza s omikronom, piše Dnevnik.hr.
Reporterka Nove TV provjerila je i kakvo je stanje u KBC-u Sestre Milosrdnice. Razgovarala je s glavnom medicinskom sestrom zaduženom za COVID-19 u toj zagrebačkoj bolnici, Snježanom Krpetom.
"Situacija je takva da imamo malo manji pritisak, popunjeni smo s nekih 65 do 70 posto. Prije mjesec dana bili smo puni sa 120 COVID bolesnika. Imamo lagani pad", rekla je Krpeta.
"Mi stalno radimo punim pogonom, moramo biti oprezni zbog velikih brojeva zaraze, nadam se da ćemo vratiti hladni pogon", dodala je.
O tome puni li omikron manje bolnice, kaže: "Prije dva dana na našem punktu za testiranje bilo je 720 ljudi koji su se testirali. Nismo imali preveliki priljev bolesnika u našu bolnicu. S obzirom na to da je Zagreb i županija jedan od bolje procijepljenih, to znači da je cjepivo učinilo svoje i da je zato manji broj bolesnika na našem objedinjenom hitnom prijemu".
"Vrijeme će pokazati je li točno da se kod zaraze omikronom radi o blažim kliničkim slikama. Ovih dana izgleda da su to blaže kliničke slike čim nije tolika opterećenost na naš objedinjeni hitni prijem", rekla je Krpeta.
"Za Split je teško reći, znamo da je to velika županija s najmanje procijepljenih. Vidjeli ste ponašanja i proslave, sve to doprinosi širenju virusa. Bolnica je prenatrpana, a tamo gravitira više od 1,5 milijuna stanovnika. To je zaista veliki pritisak na kolege", kaže Krpeta.
Novi lijek protiv korone dobilo je nekoliko pacijenata, otkriva Krpeta.
"Dali smo četvorici bolesnika srednje životne dobi i izgleda da djeluje. Moram naglasiti da je jedan bolesnik bio hematološki bolesnik, a znamo da su to ozbiljni bolesnici. Oni su u tijeku liječenja, a kako se čini, imamo povratno dobre rezultate", navela je Krpeta.
"Zaraženi omikronom imaju drugačiju prezentaciju kliničkih simptoma od onih koji su zaraženi deltom. Simptomi su nastali naglo, ali su trajali kraće, u tome se razlikuje", zaključila je Krpeta.
