Na pitanje zašto je tražila sudsku zabranu za pisanje novinarke Jelene Jindre o Poliklinici za zaštitu djece i njoj samoj, dr. Gordana Buljan Flander u razgovoru za Index je kazala:

- Mi kao Poliklinika za zaštitu djece i naši stručnjaci koji su specijalizirani za zaštitu zlostavljane i zanemarene djece u protekla smo dva i pol mjeseca izloženi prozivanju, raznim optužbama i napadima navedene novinarke, koja je, prema pravu na pristup informacijama, od nas zatražila razne informacije i dobila ih na više od 10 stranica. Te informacije je izokrenula i pristrano prikazivala i prilagođavala svojim pogrešno postavljenim premisama – kazala je Buljan Flander.

Tvrdi da se pisanje nastavilo unatoč demantijima.

- Novinarka je ustrajala u tezi da ne vjerujemo kad nam u Polikliniku dođe seksualno zlostavljano dijete, da širimo doktrinu otuđenja, da u pravilu tvrdimo da djeca lažu u slučajevima otuđenja ili emocionalnog zlostavljanja te da seksualno zlostavljana djeca zbog toga budu sudskim putem oduzimana zlostavljanim majkama i dodjeljivana očevima seksualnim zlostavljačima. A Poliklinika provodi isključivo obradu djeteta, ne obrađuje roditelje i ne donosi preporuke ni mišljenja vezana za dodjelu skrbi – navela je za Index.

Isto tako, dodala je kako Sud ne donosi odluke na osnovi nalaza Poliklinike, nego prikuplja dokaze iz raznih izvora, provodi svoja saslušanja, vještačenja, te da se kroz sve tekstove navedene novinarke provlačilo da su nalazi Poliklinike krivi, kako Poliklinika sudjeluje u zlostavljanju zlostavljanih žena… Prema analizi koju su napravili u poliklinici, Buljan Flander navodi da je u 2019. godinu, od 1277 djece koja su došla u Polikliniku utvrdili da je 16 djece otuđeno od drugog roditelja.

- Neki od majke, neki od oca, dok nas se prikazivalo kao da se radi o ogromnom broju djece koju zbog lažnih nalaza i nepostojećih dijagnoza zlostavljaju poliklinika i majke. A 2020. godine smo imali nešto manje od 400 žrtva nasilja u obitelji, 100 djece koja svjedoče nasilju nad majkama, što smo sve prijavili institucijama, štiteći i djecu i majke kazala je.

U protekla dva i pol mjeseca novinarka je napisala niz tekstova o Poliklinici, zašto ste baš sad tražili sudsku zabranu?

 - Cijelo ovo vrijeme smo napadani, a ne možemo se braniti jer nismo ravnopravni u smislu da možemo odgovoriti istinitim podacima jer bi to bilo kršenje djetetova prava na privatnost. Zato smo smatrali da je pravni put jedini način na koji možemo pokušati zaustaviti stvaranje nepovjerenja roditelja u našu ustanovu, kao i pozive na linč stručnjaka Poliklinike, zaustavljanje rada Poliklinike, kao i lažne informacije kojima se plaši roditelje da ne dođu u Polikliniku.

I zato smo zatražili zaštitu putem suda, jer nikakvu drugu zaštitu nismo mogli zatražiti, nismo čak ni mogli zatražiti kontrolu Ministarstva zdravstva jer nam nitko od tih slučajeva koji se spominju u tekstu nije dostavio nikakvu pritužbu. Nije nam dostavljeno nijedno ime, pa da sami pozovemo inspekcijski nadzor.

Smatrate li da je vaš potez napad na slobodu medija?

Uvijek sam za slobodu medijima, godinama surađujem s njima. Sloboda medija je izuzetno važna, no smatram da je potrebno u pisanju o ovako osjetljivoj problematici iznositi istinite podatke, čuti drugu stranu, a ne ulaziti u pisanje s unaprijed pogrešnim premisama koje će se, bez obzira na dostavljene istinite podatke i demanti, i dalje provlačiti kroz tekstove.

- Mi kao Poliklinika za zaštitu djece i naši stručnjaci koji su specijalizirani za zaštitu zlostavljane i zanemarene djece u protekla smo dva i pol mjeseca izloženi prozivanju, raznim optužbama i napadima navedene novinarke, koja je, prema pravu na pristup informacijama, od nas zatražila razne informacije i dobila ih na više od 10 stranica. Te informacije je izokrenula i pristrano prikazivala i prilagođavala svojim pogrešno postavljenim premisama – kazala je Buljan Flander.

Tvrdi da se pisanje nastavilo unatoč demantijima.

- Novinarka je ustrajala u tezi da ne vjerujemo kad nam u Polikliniku dođe seksualno zlostavljano dijete, da širimo doktrinu otuđenja, da u pravilu tvrdimo da djeca lažu u slučajevima otuđenja ili emocionalnog zlostavljanja te da seksualno zlostavljana djeca zbog toga budu sudskim putem oduzimana zlostavljanim majkama i dodjeljivana očevima seksualnim zlostavljačima. A Poliklinika provodi isključivo obradu djeteta, ne obrađuje roditelje i ne donosi preporuke ni mišljenja vezana za dodjelu skrbi – navela je za Index.

Isto tako, dodala je kako Sud ne donosi odluke na osnovi nalaza Poliklinike, nego prikuplja dokaze iz raznih izvora, provodi svoja saslušanja, vještačenja, te da se kroz sve tekstove navedene novinarke provlačilo da su nalazi Poliklinike krivi, kako Poliklinika sudjeluje u zlostavljanju zlostavljanih žena… Prema analizi koju su napravili u poliklinici, Buljan Flander navodi da je u 2019. godinu, od 1277 djece koja su došla u Polikliniku utvrdili da je 16 djece otuđeno od drugog roditelja.

- Neki od majke, neki od oca, dok nas se prikazivalo kao da se radi o ogromnom broju djece koju zbog lažnih nalaza i nepostojećih dijagnoza zlostavljaju poliklinika i majke. A 2020. godine smo imali nešto manje od 400 žrtva nasilja u obitelji, 100 djece koja svjedoče nasilju nad majkama, što smo sve prijavili institucijama, štiteći i djecu i majke kazala je.

U protekla dva i pol mjeseca novinarka je napisala niz tekstova o Poliklinici, zašto ste baš sad tražili sudsku zabranu?

 - Cijelo ovo vrijeme smo napadani, a ne možemo se braniti jer nismo ravnopravni u smislu da možemo odgovoriti istinitim podacima jer bi to bilo kršenje djetetova prava na privatnost. Zato smo smatrali da je pravni put jedini način na koji možemo pokušati zaustaviti stvaranje nepovjerenja roditelja u našu ustanovu, kao i pozive na linč stručnjaka Poliklinike, zaustavljanje rada Poliklinike, kao i lažne informacije kojima se plaši roditelje da ne dođu u Polikliniku.

I zato smo zatražili zaštitu putem suda, jer nikakvu drugu zaštitu nismo mogli zatražiti, nismo čak ni mogli zatražiti kontrolu Ministarstva zdravstva jer nam nitko od tih slučajeva koji se spominju u tekstu nije dostavio nikakvu pritužbu. Nije nam dostavljeno nijedno ime, pa da sami pozovemo inspekcijski nadzor.

Smatrate li da je vaš potez napad na slobodu medija?

Uvijek sam za slobodu medijima, godinama surađujem s njima. Sloboda medija je izuzetno važna, no smatram da je potrebno u pisanju o ovako osjetljivoj problematici iznositi istinite podatke, čuti drugu stranu, a ne ulaziti u pisanje s unaprijed pogrešnim premisama koje će se, bez obzira na dostavljene istinite podatke i demanti, i dalje provlačiti kroz tekstove.
