Za ulazak u Hrvatsku iz BiH potreban je negativan PCR test ukoliko niste među onima koji su u posljednja tri mjeseca preboljeli Covid-19, što se na granici, da bi slobodno prošli dokazuje odgovarajućom potvrdom obiteljskog liječnika.

Iako je nekoliko desetaka tisuća građana Hrvatske primilo cjepivo Pfizer, Modernu ili Astru Zenecu, cijepljenje protiv Covida-19 još uvijek nije uvršteno među uvjete za slobodan i neometan prelazak državne granice pa je za sada jedina važeća potvrda na ulasku u RH negativan PCR test, za sve pa i hrvatske državljane koji dolaze iz trećih zemalja, u ovom slučaju Bosne i Hercegovine. Drugim riječima „papir“ o cijepljenju takozvana Covid putovnica nije stavljena u funkciju, pa tako svi oni koji su cijepljeni dva puta, a od drugog puta im je proteklo četrnaest dana također podliježu PCR testu prilikom ulaska u RH ne starijem od 48 sati računajući od vremena uzimanja brisa pa do dolaska na granični prijelaz. Za razliku od Hrvatske koja ulazak iz BIH, uvjetuje negativnim PCR testom, BiH za hrvatske građane dopušta neometan ulazak i tako je još od ljeta prošle godine.

Iz PU Dubrovačko-neretvanske su pojasnili da potvrda o cijepljenju nije odgovarajući dokument s kojim bi se moglo ući u RH. Kad takvu odluku donese Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite policija će po njoj postupati-istaknuli su.

Prema informacijama ministarstva civilnih poslova BIH, PCR detekciju SARS-CoV-2 virusa mogu obavljati samo laboratoriji zdravstvenih ustanova koji su verificirani od strane Federalnog ministarstva zdravstva, koje je odobrenje za testiranje dalo petnaest zdravstvenih institucija uglavnom u državnom vlasništvu. Njihovi testovi se priznaju na granica dok PCR nalazi izdani u drugim privatnim laboratorijima koji po Bosni niču kao gljive poslije kiše ne mogu proći. To izaziva dodatne probleme na terenu jer nije lako utvrditi valjanost PCR nalaza pa u posljednje vrijeme sve češće svjedočimo policijskim priopćenjima o krivotvorenju nalaza. Posljednje „veće“ krivotvorenje dogodilo se sredinom veljače na graničnom prijelazu Metković kada je krivotvoren PCR nalaz otkriven kod troje hrvatskih državljana sa prebivalištem u Bih i jednog BIH državljanina koji su putovali u RH i istom vozilu. Policijskim službenicima potvrde o rezultatu testiranja na virus SARS-COV 2 bile su sumnjive a detaljnom kontrolom utvrđeno je da se uistinu radi o krivotvorinama.

Međutim, ako se i otkrije lažni PCR test to nužno ne znači da je kupljen negdje na cesti ili „ispod banka“ u Sarajevu. Naime, bilo je slučajeva da su ljudi tvrdili kako su se regularno testirali u nekom od brojnih privatnih laboratorija koji im je izdao test da bi se na granici ispostavilo da je riječ o krivotvorini.

Kako doznajemo iz pouzdanih izvora laboratoriji zaista uzmu bris osobi i na prvi pogled sve izgleda regularno, no problem nastane kod printanja nalaza. Naime, svaki nalaz ima svoj certifikat i bar kod pa se često dogodi da se na isti bar kod izda nalaz za više osoba. Zapravo samo se mjenjaju imena, a sve ostalo je isto. Naizgled sve je uredno, potpisano, opečaćeno plaćeno četristotinjak kuna ali kad policajac na granici „skenira“ takav nalaz računalo mu izbaci neko drugo ime odnosno prvu osobu kojoj je taj nalaz izdan. Dakle, PCR test izdan je na tuđe ime pa slijedi podnošenje kaznene prijave zbog počinjenja kaznenog dijela „Krivotvorenje isprava“ za što se može izreći kazna zatvora do tri godine.

Za ulazak u Hrvatsku iz BiH potreban je negativan PCR test ukoliko niste među onima koji su u posljednja tri mjeseca preboljeli Covid-19, što se na granici, da bi slobodno prošli dokazuje odgovarajućom potvrdom obiteljskog liječnika.

Iako je nekoliko desetaka tisuća građana Hrvatske primilo cjepivo Pfizer, Modernu ili Astru Zenecu, cijepljenje protiv Covida-19 još uvijek nije uvršteno među uvjete za slobodan i neometan prelazak državne granice pa je za sada jedina važeća potvrda na ulasku u RH negativan PCR test, za sve pa i hrvatske državljane koji dolaze iz trećih zemalja, u ovom slučaju Bosne i Hercegovine. Drugim riječima „papir“ o cijepljenju takozvana Covid putovnica nije stavljena u funkciju, pa tako svi oni koji su cijepljeni dva puta, a od drugog puta im je proteklo četrnaest dana također podliježu PCR testu prilikom ulaska u RH ne starijem od 48 sati računajući od vremena uzimanja brisa pa do dolaska na granični prijelaz. Za razliku od Hrvatske koja ulazak iz BIH, uvjetuje negativnim PCR testom, BiH za hrvatske građane dopušta neometan ulazak i tako je još od ljeta prošle godine.

Iz PU Dubrovačko-neretvanske su pojasnili da potvrda o cijepljenju nije odgovarajući dokument s kojim bi se moglo ući u RH. Kad takvu odluku donese Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite policija će po njoj postupati-istaknuli su.

Prema informacijama ministarstva civilnih poslova BIH, PCR detekciju SARS-CoV-2 virusa mogu obavljati samo laboratoriji zdravstvenih ustanova koji su verificirani od strane Federalnog ministarstva zdravstva, koje je odobrenje za testiranje dalo petnaest zdravstvenih institucija uglavnom u državnom vlasništvu. Njihovi testovi se priznaju na granica dok PCR nalazi izdani u drugim privatnim laboratorijima koji po Bosni niču kao gljive poslije kiše ne mogu proći. To izaziva dodatne probleme na terenu jer nije lako utvrditi valjanost PCR nalaza pa u posljednje vrijeme sve češće svjedočimo policijskim priopćenjima o krivotvorenju nalaza. Posljednje „veće“ krivotvorenje dogodilo se sredinom veljače na graničnom prijelazu Metković kada je krivotvoren PCR nalaz otkriven kod troje hrvatskih državljana sa prebivalištem u Bih i jednog BIH državljanina koji su putovali u RH i istom vozilu. Policijskim službenicima potvrde o rezultatu testiranja na virus SARS-COV 2 bile su sumnjive a detaljnom kontrolom utvrđeno je da se uistinu radi o krivotvorinama.

Međutim, ako se i otkrije lažni PCR test to nužno ne znači da je kupljen negdje na cesti ili „ispod banka“ u Sarajevu. Naime, bilo je slučajeva da su ljudi tvrdili kako su se regularno testirali u nekom od brojnih privatnih laboratorija koji im je izdao test da bi se na granici ispostavilo da je riječ o krivotvorini.

Kako doznajemo iz pouzdanih izvora laboratoriji zaista uzmu bris osobi i na prvi pogled sve izgleda regularno, no problem nastane kod printanja nalaza. Naime, svaki nalaz ima svoj certifikat i bar kod pa se često dogodi da se na isti bar kod izda nalaz za više osoba. Zapravo samo se mjenjaju imena, a sve ostalo je isto. Naizgled sve je uredno, potpisano, opečaćeno plaćeno četristotinjak kuna ali kad policajac na granici „skenira“ takav nalaz računalo mu izbaci neko drugo ime odnosno prvu osobu kojoj je taj nalaz izdan. Dakle, PCR test izdan je na tuđe ime pa slijedi podnošenje kaznene prijave zbog počinjenja kaznenog dijela „Krivotvorenje isprava“ za što se može izreći kazna zatvora do tri godine.

Za ulazak u Hrvatsku iz BiH potreban je negativan PCR test ukoliko niste među onima koji su u posljednja tri mjeseca preboljeli Covid-19, što se na granici, da bi slobodno prošli dokazuje odgovarajućom potvrdom obiteljskog liječnika.

Iako je nekoliko desetaka tisuća građana Hrvatske primilo cjepivo Pfizer, Modernu ili Astru Zenecu, cijepljenje protiv Covida-19 još uvijek nije uvršteno među uvjete za slobodan i neometan prelazak državne granice pa je za sada jedina važeća potvrda na ulasku u RH negativan PCR test, za sve pa i hrvatske državljane koji dolaze iz trećih zemalja, u ovom slučaju Bosne i Hercegovine.
