Zakonska obveza i cilj nam je zaštititi pacijente i zaposlenike u zdravstvenom sustavu od ulaska i širenja zaraze virusa, a ne kažnjavati bilo koga. Ako netko ima bolji prijedlog od učinkovitih mjera koje uvodimo, neka javno kaže, poručio je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš u priopćenju.
Uvođenje dodatnih sigurnosnih mjera u zdravstveni sustav s početkom listopada, kao i u sustav socijalne zaštite, isključivo imaju za cilj podići razinu sigurnosti pacijenata i zaposlenika, odnosno korisnika usluga ustanova socijalne skrbi. Trenutno, riječ je u najučinkovitijem načinu sprječavanja proboja virusa i širenja zaraze u zdravstvenim, ponajprije bolničkim ustanovama, te domovima za starije i nemoćne. Početkom listopada svaki zaposlenik u sustavima zdravstva i socijalne skrbi će biti u obvezi prilikom dolaska na radno mjesto pokazati potvrdu o cijepljenju protiv covida-19 odnosno o preboljenju zaraze ili negativan PCR ili antigenski test na covid-19, prenosi N1.
“Naš osnovni i jedini cilj, ali i zakonska obveza, jest na najučinkovitiji način onemogućiti ulazak virusa u sustave zdravstva i socijalne skrbi. Riječ je o najugroženijim skupinama među kojima se bilježe najteže posljedice zaraze. Jednako tako važna je i sigurnost cjelokupnog zdravstvenog osoblja i zaposlenika u ustanovama za socijalnu skrb. Predložene mjere stručno su i znanstveno utemeljene i u praksi potvrđene kao najučinkovitije i bolje od toga, barem za sada, nemamo,“ – kaže ministar zdravstva o uvođenju sigurnosnih mjera od početka sljedećeg mjeseca, te dodaje:
„Cilj nam je sigurnost svih, a ne kažnjavanje bilo koga. Naime, poštujemo svaki osobni odabir, pa je zaposlenicima omogućen izbor između covid potvrda i redovitog testiranja kako bi mogli ostvariti svoje pravo na normalan rad. Svjestan sam kritika da ćemo još neko vrijeme zajedničkim novcem plaćati testiranja svima onima koji se nisu cijepili ili preboljeli zarazu, ali želimo svima osigurati jednake uvjete prava i pristupa radu u ovim osjetljivim djelatnostima”, stoji u priopćenju ministra Vilija Beroša.
U zdravstvenom sustavu, kao i sustavu socijalne skrbi, najveći dio djelatnika koji izravno rade s pacijentima i korisnicima usluga je cijepljen protiv covid-19. Dio zaposlenika imat će priliku to učiniti, ako se na to odluče, u narednom razdoblju, a oni koji ustraju u odbijanju cijepljenja i nadalje će svoje zdravstveno stanje potvrđivati redovitim testiranjima.
U tu svrhu su sve ustanove u sustavima zdravstva i socijalne skrbi osigurale dovoljne količine PCR i antigenskih testova, a svaka od ustanova provodi pripreme za provođenje tih aktivnosti sukladno svojim uvjetima i organizacijskim mogućnostima. Ministarstvo zdravstva naložilo je svim sastavnicama zdravstvenog sustava organizaciju učinkovitog evidentiranja covid potvrda, kao i redovitog testiranja zaposlenika.
“Vjerujem da će sve dobro funkcionirati i da će najveći dio zaposlenika ispunjavati ove obveze glede sigurnog obavljanja svakodnevnih poslova. Uostalom, to potvrđuje i sadašnja visoka razina cijepljenosti zaposlenika. Oni koji će bez opravdanog razloga, ako nisu cijepljeni ili među preboljelima, odbijati i mogućnost besplatnog testiranja stvorit će nepotrebne probleme prvenstveno sebi, ali i sustavu u kojem rade.
Nemogućnosti obavljanja svojih poslova stvorit će problem ustanovi kako nadomjestiti njihov izostanak, a sebi neopravdani izostanak s posla i gubitak naknade za rad. Ne vjerujem da će bilo tko bez valjanog razloga odbijati bilo koju od predloženih mjera, ali ako takvih i bude, tada će morati s poslodavcem rješavati isto u skladu sa zakonskim odredbama. Volio bih da toga ne bude ili barem u najmanjoj mjeri”, napisao je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš u priopćenju.

Zakonska obveza i cilj nam je zaštititi pacijente i zaposlenike u zdravstvenom sustavu od ulaska i širenja zaraze virusa, a ne kažnjavati bilo koga. Ako netko ima bolji prijedlog od učinkovitih mjera koje uvodimo, neka javno kaže, poručio je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš u priopćenju.
Uvođenje dodatnih sigurnosnih mjera u zdravstveni sustav s početkom listopada, kao i u sustav socijalne zaštite, isključivo imaju za cilj podići razinu sigurnosti pacijenata i zaposlenika, odnosno korisnika usluga ustanova socijalne skrbi. Trenutno, riječ je u najučinkovitijem načinu sprječavanja proboja virusa i širenja zaraze u zdravstvenim, ponajprije bolničkim ustanovama, te domovima za starije i nemoćne. Početkom listopada svaki zaposlenik u sustavima zdravstva i socijalne skrbi će biti u obvezi prilikom dolaska na radno mjesto pokazati potvrdu o cijepljenju protiv covida-19 odnosno o preboljenju zaraze ili negativan PCR ili antigenski test na covid-19, prenosi N1.
“Naš osnovni i jedini cilj, ali i zakonska obveza, jest na najučinkovitiji način onemogućiti ulazak virusa u sustave zdravstva i socijalne skrbi. Riječ je o najugroženijim skupinama među kojima se bilježe najteže posljedice zaraze. Jednako tako važna je i sigurnost cjelokupnog zdravstvenog osoblja i zaposlenika u ustanovama za socijalnu skrb. Predložene mjere stručno su i znanstveno utemeljene i u praksi potvrđene kao najučinkovitije i bolje od toga, barem za sada, nemamo,“ – kaže ministar zdravstva o uvođenju sigurnosnih mjera od početka sljedećeg mjeseca, te dodaje:
„Cilj nam je sigurnost svih, a ne kažnjavanje bilo koga. Naime, poštujemo svaki osobni odabir, pa je zaposlenicima omogućen izbor između covid potvrda i redovitog testiranja kako bi mogli ostvariti svoje pravo na normalan rad. Svjestan sam kritika da ćemo još neko vrijeme zajedničkim novcem plaćati testiranja svima onima koji se nisu cijepili ili preboljeli zarazu, ali želimo svima osigurati jednake uvjete prava i pristupa radu u ovim osjetljivim djelatnostima”, stoji u priopćenju ministra Vilija Beroša.
U zdravstvenom sustavu, kao i sustavu socijalne skrbi, najveći dio djelatnika koji izravno rade s pacijentima i korisnicima usluga je cijepljen protiv covid-19. Dio zaposlenika imat će priliku to učiniti, ako se na to odluče, u narednom razdoblju, a oni koji ustraju u odbijanju cijepljenja i nadalje će svoje zdravstveno stanje potvrđivati redovitim testiranjima.
U tu svrhu su sve ustanove u sustavima zdravstva i socijalne skrbi osigurale dovoljne količine PCR i antigenskih testova, a svaka od ustanova provodi pripreme za provođenje tih aktivnosti sukladno svojim uvjetima i organizacijskim mogućnostima. Ministarstvo zdravstva naložilo je svim sastavnicama zdravstvenog sustava organizaciju učinkovitog evidentiranja covid potvrda, kao i redovitog testiranja zaposlenika.
“Vjerujem da će sve dobro funkcionirati i da će najveći dio zaposlenika ispunjavati ove obveze glede sigurnog obavljanja svakodnevnih poslova. Uostalom, to potvrđuje i sadašnja visoka razina cijepljenosti zaposlenika. Oni koji će bez opravdanog razloga, ako nisu cijepljeni ili među preboljelima, odbijati i mogućnost besplatnog testiranja stvorit će nepotrebne probleme prvenstveno sebi, ali i sustavu u kojem rade.
Nemogućnosti obavljanja svojih poslova stvorit će problem ustanovi kako nadomjestiti njihov izostanak, a sebi neopravdani izostanak s posla i gubitak naknade za rad. Ne vjerujem da će bilo tko bez valjanog razloga odbijati bilo koju od predloženih mjera, ali ako takvih i bude, tada će morati s poslodavcem rješavati isto u skladu sa zakonskim odredbama. Volio bih da toga ne bude ili barem u najmanjoj mjeri”, napisao je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš u priopćenju.
