Neprimjerena brzina kretanja 25-godišnjeg BiH državljanina Armina B., vozača teretnog vozila pulskih oznaka, uzrok je stravičnog frontalnog sudara koji se dogodio jučer oko 15.10 sati na kraku prvog prometnog čvora Okučani kod mjesta Gornji Bogičevci, a u kojoj je život izgubila tročlana obitelj iz Srbije, javlja Jutarnji.

Policijski očevid djelatnika prometne policije PU brodsko-posavske potrajao je do sitnih noćnih sati, a dok je pogrebno poduzeće preuzimalo tijela na mjestu nesreće, policija je u 19.30 sati 25-godišnjem vozaču kamiona, inače BiH državljaninu, pročitala njegova prava te ga uhitila.

Sukus kriminalističkog istraživanja je kaznena prijava protiv 25-godišnjaka zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće sa smrtnim ishodom a zbog čega mu prijeti višegodišnji zatvor. On će danas tijekom dana biti predan pritvorskom nadzorniku nakon čega se očekuje njegovo ispitivanje u prostorijama Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Slavonskom Brodu. Za očekivati je da će za njega biti zatražen istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela, ali i jer je riječ o stranom državljaninu.

Prema kaznenoj prijavi, 25-godišnjak je u 15.10 sati vozio teretnjak s prikolicom na kat koja služi za prijevoz osobnih automobila te se kretao iz smjera juga prema sjeveru. Svoju vožnju, kako je utvrđeno očevidom, nije prilagodio osobinama i stanju ceste koja je bila sklizava pa je u jednom trenutku u lijevom zavoju prešao na suprotni kolnički trak kojim je toga trenutka iz smjera zapada nailazio Renault srbijanskih oznaka u kojem je 38-godišnji D.P., neslužbeno doznajemo, vozio svoju 57-godišnju majku i tri godine mlađeg brata.

Kako piše Jutarnji, teretnjak je prvo prednjim dijelom udario u zaštitnu ogradu A3 a potom stražnjim dijelom skupa vozila u prednji dio Renaulta srbijanskih oznaka. No kako se dalje nastavio nekontrolirano kretati, auto je teretnjak udario i u njegov stražnji dio. O jezivoj nesreći policija je dobila dojavu u 15.18 sati nakon čega su na mjesto prepuno tuge stigle sve službe od policije, djelatnika Hitne pomoći, JVP Nova Gradiška te djelatnika HAC-a.

Navedena dionica bila je zatvorena za promet sve do 22 sata.

Inače, vozač teretnjaka prošao je alkotest, a još se čekaju rezultati analize krvi i urina koje je dao u gradiškoj bolnici prije nego što je uhićen. Također, utvrđivat će se tijekom istrage i je li možda u kobno vrijeme vozač koristio mobitel.

Neprimjerena brzina kretanja 25-godišnjeg BiH državljanina Armina B., vozača teretnog vozila pulskih oznaka, uzrok je stravičnog frontalnog sudara koji se dogodio jučer oko 15.10 sati na kraku prvog prometnog čvora Okučani kod mjesta Gornji Bogičevci, a u kojoj je život izgubila tročlana obitelj iz Srbije, javlja Jutarnji.

Policijski očevid djelatnika prometne policije PU brodsko-posavske potrajao je do sitnih noćnih sati, a dok je pogrebno poduzeće preuzimalo tijela na mjestu nesreće, policija je u 19.30 sati 25-godišnjem vozaču kamiona, inače BiH državljaninu, pročitala njegova prava te ga uhitila.

Sukus kriminalističkog istraživanja je kaznena prijava protiv 25-godišnjaka zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće sa smrtnim ishodom a zbog čega mu prijeti višegodišnji zatvor. On će danas tijekom dana biti predan pritvorskom nadzorniku nakon čega se očekuje njegovo ispitivanje u prostorijama Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Slavonskom Brodu. Za očekivati je da će za njega biti zatražen istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela, ali i jer je riječ o stranom državljaninu.

Prema kaznenoj prijavi, 25-godišnjak je u 15.10 sati vozio teretnjak s prikolicom na kat koja služi za prijevoz osobnih automobila te se kretao iz smjera juga prema sjeveru. Svoju vožnju, kako je utvrđeno očevidom, nije prilagodio osobinama i stanju ceste koja je bila sklizava pa je u jednom trenutku u lijevom zavoju prešao na suprotni kolnički trak kojim je toga trenutka iz smjera zapada nailazio Renault srbijanskih oznaka u kojem je 38-godišnji D.P., neslužbeno doznajemo, vozio svoju 57-godišnju majku i tri godine mlađeg brata.

Kako piše Jutarnji, teretnjak je prvo prednjim dijelom udario u zaštitnu ogradu A3 a potom stražnjim dijelom skupa vozila u prednji dio Renaulta srbijanskih oznaka. No kako se dalje nastavio nekontrolirano kretati, auto je teretnjak udario i u njegov stražnji dio. O jezivoj nesreći policija je dobila dojavu u 15.18 sati nakon čega su na mjesto prepuno tuge stigle sve službe od policije, djelatnika Hitne pomoći, JVP Nova Gradiška te djelatnika HAC-a.

Navedena dionica bila je zatvorena za promet sve do 22 sata.

Inače, vozač teretnjaka prošao je alkotest, a još se čekaju rezultati analize krvi i urina koje je dao u gradiškoj bolnici prije nego što je uhićen. Također, utvrđivat će se tijekom istrage i je li možda u kobno vrijeme vozač koristio mobitel.

Vozač kamiona je odgovoran za stravičnu prometnu nesreću u kojoj je poginula tročlana obitelj iz Srbije

Neprimjerena brzina kretanja 25-godišnjeg BiH državljanina Armina B., vozača teretnog vozila pulskih oznaka, uzrok je stravičnog frontalnog sudara koji se dogodio jučer oko 15.10 sati na kraku prvog prometnog čvora Okučani kod mjesta Gornji Bogičevci, a u kojoj je život izgubila tročlana obitelj iz Srbije, javlja Jutarnji.

Policijski očevid djelatnika prometne policije PU brodsko-posavske potrajao je do sitnih noćnih sati, a dok je pogrebno poduzeće preuzimalo tijela na mjestu nesreće, policija je u 19.30 sati 25-godišnjem vozaču kamiona, inače BiH državljaninu, pročitala njegova prava te ga uhitila.

Sukus kriminalističkog istraživanja je kaznena prijava protiv 25-godišnjaka zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće sa smrtnim ishodom a zbog čega mu prijeti višegodišnji zatvor....
