Osječki Županijski sud u srijedu će izreći nepravomoćnu presudu bivšem čelniku i sadašnjem savjetniku NK Dinama Zdravku Mamiću, njegovom bratu Zoranu, bivšem "Dinamovom" direktoru Damiru Vrbanoviću i porezniku Milan Pernaru.
Četvoricu okrivljenika Uskok tereti za izvlačenje oko 116 milijuna kuna iz toga kluba te nanošenje štete državnom proračunu od 12,2 miljuna kuna neobračunatog poreza i prireza.
Nakon suđenja započetog 27. travnja prošle godine, kada su se sva četvorica okrvljenika izjasnila da se ne smatraju krivim, tužiteljstvo je na posljednjem ročištu, održanom 28. svibnja, predložilo da se svi optuženici proglase krivim i osude po zakonu na bezuvjetne zatvorske kazne.
Obrana je zatražila oslobađujuću presudu, smatrajući da Uskok nije dokazao svoje optužbe, posebice one o navodnim nezakonitostima aneksa ugovora o podjeli transfernog obeštećenja za igrače Luku Modrića i Dejana Lovrena te navodnoj šteti pričinjenoj NK Dinamu.
Tijekom istrage i suđenja ispitano je 97 svjedoka, pregledana brojna dokumentacija, provedena financijsko-knjigovodstvena i druga vještačenja.
Suđenje je obilježilo i nekoliko verbalnih izgreda Zdravka Mamića, koji je 1. rujna prošle godine, tijekom svjedočenja nogometaša Dejana Lovrena, zbog remećenja reda udaljen iz sudnice do okončanja dokaznog postupka, pa se pred sudskim vijećem ponovno pojavio tek 16. travnja ove godine kako bi mu se predočili dokazi izvedeni tijekom njegovog odsustva sa suđenja.
Tijekom iznošenja obrana nitko od okrivljenika nije želio odgovarati na pitanja tužiteljstva, a okrivljeni Zdravko Mamić u svom je završnom obraćanju 28. svibnja pozvao sudsko vijeće da se pri donošenju odluke vodi "pravdom, istinom i strukom".

Osječki Županijski sud u srijedu će izreći nepravomoćnu presudu bivšem čelniku i sadašnjem savjetniku NK Dinama Zdravku Mamiću, njegovom bratu Zoranu, bivšem "Dinamovom" direktoru Damiru Vrbanoviću i porezniku Milan Pernaru.
Četvoricu okrivljenika Uskok tereti za izvlačenje oko 116 milijuna kuna iz toga kluba te nanošenje štete državnom proračunu od 12,2 miljuna kuna neobračunatog poreza i prireza.
Nakon suđenja započetog 27. travnja prošle godine, kada su se sva četvorica okrvljenika izjasnila da se ne smatraju krivim, tužiteljstvo je na posljednjem ročištu, održanom 28. svibnja, predložilo da se svi optuženici proglase krivim i osude po zakonu na bezuvjetne zatvorske kazne.
Obrana je zatražila oslobađujuću presudu, smatrajući da Uskok nije dokazao svoje optužbe, posebice one o navodnim nezakonitostima aneksa ugovora o podjeli transfernog obeštećenja za igrače Luku Modrića i Dejana Lovrena te navodnoj šteti pričinjenoj NK Dinamu.
Tijekom istrage i suđenja ispitano je 97 svjedoka, pregledana brojna dokumentacija, provedena financijsko-knjigovodstvena i druga vještačenja.
Suđenje je obilježilo i nekoliko verbalnih izgreda Zdravka Mamića, koji je 1. rujna prošle godine, tijekom svjedočenja nogometaša Dejana Lovrena, zbog remećenja reda udaljen iz sudnice do okončanja dokaznog postupka, pa se pred sudskim vijećem ponovno pojavio tek 16. travnja ove godine kako bi mu se predočili dokazi izvedeni tijekom njegovog odsustva sa suđenja.
Tijekom iznošenja obrana nitko od okrivljenika nije želio odgovarati na pitanja tužiteljstva, a okrivljeni Zdravko Mamić u svom je završnom obraćanju 28. svibnja pozvao sudsko vijeće da se pri donošenju odluke vodi "pravdom, istinom i strukom".
